What is this archiving scenario?

Hi!
I am configuring archlink for our recruiting department.
The requirement is that
1) applicants' resumes received via fax or email will be archived immediately into optical media managed by OT IXOS;
2) above archived resume should be searchable by keywords
3) above resumes should be able to be attached with comments from reviewer later.
I try to match this requirement with all known scenarios but cannot decide which scenario is a fit.

Ashley,
1. I suggest go for Store and susequent Assignment.
the reason is,
a. To Store incoming fax or mails, this is happaning in common mail room or other way scanning department. here they don't 
    know next proccess, only their task is to store incoming documents as Business documents.
    TC- OAWD
    Note: prerequisite use Workflow TS30001117.
b. This will trigers Authrized persons  throuhg sap office mail, Now assume he represents as HR Team person.
    He is one of authorized person he could Assigne this incoming document to respective Emloyee ID,
    while executing his Workflow.
c. By trancsation PA30/PA20, we can see these incoming fax or scann documents by entering respective eplyee ID.
for this senario requres TWO person.
For Store and Assign, only one person can store as well as Assign emloyee.
For Assign and store, here first Assigns Emloyee id [PA20] and then stores Document . one person Acitivity
For store and enter senarios are used where the requrement BAR Coding Exist. this also one person activity.
For store and Subsequent enter senarios are used where the requrement BAR Coding Exist. this also Two person activity.
I would prefer Store and subsequent assignment, if u r not maintaining Bar Code recognition for Incoming Documents.
