can anyone out there tell me that when i go into a music folder and a circle with a play function and you can play the whole song.Also when i access my external hard drive i can do the same thing.is this part of the software or is it in the computer itself.

Actually..........a vriant is something like a specific selections............for an example...... if you have a report instead doing the selections all the time.. you save the selection as variant............it reduces time..........errors in input...........you can schedule a background job only using variants........
Generally..........we create a JOb in SM36.........as already said............there the job is created using the program and the variant..............while executing the job...........this program get executed.........

After trying 8-10 different files over that many days or more, the program still doesn't work. Get the error message, file to large, unable to complete. What does this program do? Nothing as far as I can see.

I notice many of us seem to have the same problem, does anyone ever answer our questions online?
We paid to use this program, we would not have bought the program unless we had a use for it. I thought this would be much faster than OCR, but I am finding that it is worthless unless it works and so far that isn't happening.

Can you please tell me a bit more about the files that you're converting? How large are they (there's a 100MB file-size limit), and are they text, images, or both? File size or complexity can cause the ExportPDF service to time out before it can process the files.
Other things to check:
Clear the browser cache and try again.
Make sure that you're using a supported web browser (http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/)
Try a different browser

What is this program for?

Apparently you can no longer save a slideshow or movie to DVD to play at your brother's memorial or your niece's graduation or anything else.
Even though export to iDVD is still an option in the program. iDVD does not exist anymore.
So I spent 4 hours scanning photos, 15 minutes making a slide show and then the next two days figuring out how to get it to a DVD because I had no idea they would eliminate such a basic function.
I finally found Burn but it is stuck on PAL so only the Xbox will play it and it doesn't loop. Thank you, Microsoft for small favors.
When I did my brother's memorial a couple years ago on my first macbook pro, it all worked perfectly and I was sold on Apple.
Now, with a new iMac and the latest operating system, I feel I am back in Windows land.

What was this program for, or did you just assume it's something you shouldn't have and therefore arbitrarily decide to "throw it away"? Exactly how did you supposedly throw it away?
If you didn't change your administrator password, there's no reason it shouldn't work now, so that suggests you did something else, or changed it and then forgot what it was.
You can't recover that password; you can only change it. To do that, you would need to boot from your Snow Leopard DVD, choose your language, then choose Reset Password from the Utilities menu in the top menu bar.

Trying to install iTunes 10.7, first attempt; downloaded and ran with everything closed, seccond atttempt; just click on run, third attempt; ran upgrade with iTunes open. All of the results were the same.

Unfortunately, for your endeavor, PDF is not a file format that supports edit-layout-format activities such as are in word processors.
Not an "issue" - rather, it reflects what PDF was/is designed to be.
While minor editing ("touchups") are possible extensive editing of PDF content is not.
What you appear to have encounterd with the process used to convert something to PDF is something that happens rather too often.
That is, many non-Adobe PDF creation processes to not provide "proper" PDF.
Which is to say PDF built to the Adobe PDF References or, now, the ISO Standard for PDF (32000-1:2008).
As you have Acrobat Pro perhaps using it to convert the document's authoring file to PDF via print to Distiller or via Adobe PDFMaker is something to consider. These convert to PDF per the PDF References/ISO Standard.

It's strange. The problem apparently resolved itself after I ran TechTool on it. When I clicked on Firefox last night, I had no problem opening a window. Thanks for your help. (As to your previous post, the focus was on Firefox and neither the speed keys nor the menu bar would open a window or tab of allow me to enter a URL to open a window. Strange!)

Your method signature states that myMethod should return an array for chars.
But in ur implementation of myMethod, there is nothing returned.
Just add a return statement like "return p1"
