What is :Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified and will not be repaired

System is acting quirky. I have to do a lot of "Forced Quit"s. Ran permissions repair and keep getting this as part of the report (Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified and will not be repaired).
Disk utility seems to indicate drive is OK, but I have to do a lot of rebooting. Any ideas?
Thanks.
