What is wrong - my miniatyres from the last year do not show?
When I start Elements Organizer 8 the latest images do not show - just grey pictures with an hourglass.When I enlarge the miniatyres so that only 2 of the show at a time they suddenly appear. This is very troublesome because I can not organize my pictures. Pleas help!

Select all your files >> Right click >> Select 'Update thumbnail'. This should show all your thumbnails perfectly and the hour glass symbol should go away.
On re-launch if you again face the same issue, try repair and optimize for your catalog.
Launch Organizer and click File >> Catalog. Select your catalog and hit 'Repair' button. Tick the check box for re-building indices.
Next perform optimize by hitting the 'Optimize' button on the catalog manager dialog.
See if that helps?

I guess you could try but I don't believe Apple can help with activation lock issues. They may, however, be able to determine if the Apple ID belongs to one of you and reset the password for you if you can prove your identity.
You might want to try calling Apple by going to https://expresslane.apple.com; click 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. Perhaps they can help determine if it's your ID and reset the password for you (and they probably have more expertise in doing this than the Apple store). -
I have an iPhone 4. I unplugged my phone during an update and have lost all pictures, text messages and videos from the last year. Is there any way to restore from a certain date to recover them?

Who is your servicer? Each cell phone servicer should have a number you can call and they should be able to transfer service to your new phone over the phone. You will need another phone on which to make that call (a frien's or use skype) and they'll need information in the new phone settiings.

I recently bought a new macbook and installed Acrobate Pro. My settings/preferences did not come over and I do not have the same style options for my signature. It now only allows me three options and the style I have been using for the last year is not there. How do I add additional options and get my preferred signature style back?

Which signature style are you talking about?
You can go ahead and try uninstalling and reinstalling it and see if that works for you .

Everything from the last year has been wiped from the Hub
What the hell has happened to my phone...
Last night when I looked at it everything from the hub except facebook friend requests and 1 text message was gone!
Now this morning the hub is filled with facebook conversations from 2011 and 2012, everything recent has gone. All my text messages, all my emails, gone.
I've logged into facebook and my convo's don't appear there anymore either.
I have logged into hotmail and it has completely wiped all of my emails, important emails with important reference numbers and such.

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device. Didn't like 4.0, so I deleted it and downloaded the .dmg to reinstall 3.6.17. The app opens fine but I did not get the usual installation screens and Firefox does not show as an application.

Last Result from Fulltext SQL Query Search Not Showing
I am creating a custom search results page for MOSS 2007 (using inline .aspx code - don't ask) that uses Fulltext SQL Queries. I get the results in a ResultTable (see code below) and then use a DataTable to write code to display it (I could have used
a DataGrid, I know).
The problem is that the last result is not showing. So, if it reports that there are 5 results, only 4 will show. I have verified that all 5 results do exist (using a slightly broadened query). If it reports 1 result, none exist in the DataTable that loads
the result data from the ResultTable.

The variable "qry" is a valid SQL Query with the relevant clauses.
I am using a foreach loop to go through "table" (a DataTable), and so I do not think that I have a "one-off error".
Any suggestions would be most welcome.So in results you have all items but when you are loading it into table (type DataTable) you are loosing one last record.
1) First you check what data you are getting in resultTable - as you are specifying RelevantResult
2) Check last index of data in ResultTable collection and try to find out the last index ResultTable, or try to find last index of data in result table
DataTable.Load method accepts parm of type IDataReader and IDatareader, there are cases it looses records if not read properly..check below links

When I try to sync my iPad and iPhone it will get within the last 3 pictures then stop giving me an APPCRASH error message. Then iTunes will shut down. No matter what I do to increase or decrease the number of pictures it always stops 3rd from the last.

I am using iPhone 4 from the last one year and went dead and got it replaced by paying Rs.12500/- to Nyasa Sion Koliwada Mumbai Service Provider but now again after 38days the problem has started, what do i do? Is this is the quality & service we boost? On visiting the store we get only one reply you may write to Apple directely. we have the similar kind of problem with iPad which is being used by my wife Mr.Neelam Vij and paid Rs.16000/- to get it replaced within a year & 6months use. so in totality we have paid Rs.28500/- + Rs. 3000/- diagnostic charges.

My iPhone4 doesn't appear to have "FacTime" (App), yet when I "ring" it from my iPad's FaceTime, I hear a faint ringing tone but nowhere to answer the call? Anyone out there suggest what's wrong? Yeah, I know I can restore it, but I might as well go ahead and try. I just finished a backup for icloud and itunes to make sure, I'll go ahead and restore it and set it up as new and see how that works. Seems like I have no other options at this point, I'd still like to know what they did with the Download tab in itunes store, if they removed it or if I'm just overlooking it.

My iphone 5c crashed after updating to IOS 8.02 and now i don't have anything from the last 3 months. What do I do?
Don't worry about that. iPhone stuck in recovery mode always happens when you update the iOS on your iPhone. There are two ways to solve it.
First is is to put your iPhone in DFU mode.
Step 1. Turn off iPhone
Step 2. Hold down the Power and Home button.
Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the Home button down.
Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that it’s in restore mode.
If DFU mode can't solve the problem, I'm afraid the only solution is to try some 3rd party software, like iPhone data recovery or something like that. You may simply try the tutorial here: How to Fix iPhone that is Stuck in Recovery Mode. -
Hello All, yesterday afternoon I just lost all recent updates to my iCal from the last days. How can this possibly happen ??? It may have occured after I chose the Refresh function after I had problems searching my iCal for a particular event. I think my iPhone was also not properly synched in the morning but I didn't pay it much attention and opened iCal on my MacBookAir instead.
How can I prevent this from happening again?
What can I do to restore iCal with the most recent updates?Random glitch. It doesn't matter; if you didn't backup the data, then you can't recover the data.
In the future, for any 'important' data, back up that data regularly. Forward the 'important' text messages to your email. Trasnfer your photos & videos to your computer, etcetera.
