What is wrong with my phone if the battery life is draining while the phone is in the lock position?

Last night my phone just started getting extremely dim and I had it on the brightest setting. It was so dim you had to look at it under a light just to see what was on the screen. It then proceeded to lock down. I plugged it in but it would not charge. Finally, after almost an hour of being plugged in it finally started charging. It is acting completely normal except that it is constantly warm and the battery life keeps draining even when it is not in use. Does anyone know what is wrong with it? Can it be fixed? Normally, how much would this cost me? Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

well i'd seriosly say point a hot hair drier at the speakers as water has entered the phone most commonly via the home button but avoid getting it too hot let it cool every 3 minutes after constant drying. Don't worry I have honestly dont this with my iPhone 4 GSM 16GB. For future reference avoid letting it get wet.

When i'm using a string control to select on the case structure, my vi is working as expected. But when i'm using the output of the read visa which outputs exactly the same string as the one i used in control string, the vi is not working as i expect it.
The output of the read visa string is "HP8593E", an id query from agilent spectrum analyzer.

While the UK store is selling TV programs and now has the iPhone, the neighboring country to the United States has nothing new since iTunes U came out. No movies, no TV programs, no iPhone... And to top it all, Steve Jobs has never said a word about iTunes Canada. No official statement about these services in iTunes Canada. ARE we going to have movies? Are we going to have TV programs? I have the G60-535dx, but I am a little disappointed with the battery life. I may want to upgrade, get a Sony, or get a 12 cell battery.

The batery life mainly depends on the 6 cell lithium or 9 cell and 12 cell and they mainly depends on the Notebook.Some of the Notebooks are compatible and some or not compatible,. Does the upgraded MBA 11'' from 1.4Ghz to 1.6Ghz affect the battery life?

Im looking into buying 11'' MBA and i still cant deside if i should upgrade the CPU.
Surely i will upgrade the RAM to 4GB.
But Apple Store staff adviced me that if i upgrade CPU to 1.6Ghz it may reduce the battery life from promised 5hrs to around 4.5hrs... Is that true? Personally i think that is maybe not really true, cuz normally any OS have an option to control and set up a limit of the CPU performance and frequency speed in regards to manage the baterry life... it even can be adjusted either manually or automatically.. am i right? And actually if you dont use CPU intensive programs so it won't consume more power, right? And even in such case also you can set the limit of the CPU performance to save the battery...
So does the upgraded CPU affect the battery life or not ?
And another matter - will the upgraded CPU get overheating sometimes and will it be "throttled" to control overheating ? as i heard...

Mountain Lion 10.8.1 update the battery life get only 5:6 hrs after a full charge.

The battery life got only 5:6 hrs after installing the first update 10.8.1. Strangly the remaining time keep on changing up and down. It show remaining 2 hr, then for sometime show 3:00 hr!!! Don't know why. It looked like the battery life calculator mulfunction.

The remaining time reported is not an actual remaining time of use. It said 6 hr but in a normal use is much less than that. Say around 3:30 hr of real and normal use of my Macbook Pro.
