What is wrong with the iPhone 5 chargers
Does anyone know who I can contact about a complaint? It's about those **** IPhone five chargers.
In less than a year that I have had my iPhone 5 I have gone through four chargers. All of which have stopped working for no reason. Just out of nowhere they stop.
No matter where I got the charger from, apple stores, amazon, the local Mini mart. They have all just stopped. It's now gotten to the point where I am fed up.
I have bills to pay, an apartment, loans from school, things for my needs. I barely make 9 an hour. Barely 200 a week. I need this phone and to have to buy a charger over and and over is ridiculous. I have gone a whole month without my phone because the charger died and I didn't have the money for it.
My iPhone 4 charger lasted a couple of years. Why is it that the 5's can't make it a few months with out breaking? I keep good care of them. They're always in the same place everyday. I live with just my boyfriend who I know isn't breaking them. So what's the deal?
Is this only happening to me?
One things for sure I won't be buying the new phone when it comes out.
We're users just like you, so carrying on a rant like you did just makes you look childish and foolish.
I've had my iPhone 5 since the day it was released, I charge it every day, and still have the same cord it came with. It looks pristine. Not sure why yours have failed, but if many have, and not just ones made by Apple, it would defiintely appear that user error is to blame.
As the cable comes with the same warranty as the iPhone, not sure why you felt compelled to purchase multiple 3rd party cords when you could have just returned the original cable for free replacecment. Oh, but then you couldn't carry on and embarrass yourself in a public forum.

I just wanted to leave a note that it's working now. I'm not sure if it was the latest iTunes update that got it working or that i decided to start a new library instead of using the one i had backed up on Windows 8 (it didn't occur to me to check using the old library when i re-installed iTunes). But if anyone is having this problem, it might be worth trying again with a new installation of iTunes to see if the latest update works for you, and if not, try using a fresh library instead of a backup (by fresh library i mean discard your old library completely and start a new library, not just restore as new iPhone, a whole new library).

What is wrong with the iphone 4 contacts?
On the 3gs there is an alphabet that goes down the right side of the screen and the contacts are all kind of displayed in alphabetical order with their corosponding letter above that group(like the ipod artist and song view). but on the iphone 4 there is nothing, just all the contacts bunched up? Is this normal?

first thing I would try is rebooting hold the sleep/wake switch and home button until you see the white apple logo appear
if that doesnt work restore from backup and see if its fixed and if that doesnt work restore as new not from a backup and see if its fixed
all that fails you may need to take it into a apple genius bar -
Starting to wonder if the iPhone's been hacked into. The Iphone was working perfectly fine just a short time ago...only 48 hours ago. I never saw a screen on the front of the front of the phone which showed an iTunes Icon at the top of the screen and a cord going down to the bottom of the screen before. I cannot use the phone, get online to get to the internet, take photos of anything.
The phone was working perfectly the day it started working very very strangely and I was able to use the phone, see the time of day, take photos, get online, etc.
How do you fix the phone? I am not going to "restore" the phone & get ALL my info, photos & everything deleted!
Think we need to change the phone number because we also got a strange phone call from a phone number we never saw before!
Need some help. as I'm sure people CAN hack into smartphones.It's in recovery mode. It's tryijng to tell you to plug it into iTunes and restore it.

I don't know what's wrong with my iPhone, I can listen to music but if I try to take a video you can't hear my voice, if I take a voice memo you can hear my voice.
try exiting the app and double clicking the home button. the multitasking apps will show up. delete all of them by holding them down and pushing the red circle (dont worry that doesnt remove them from the phone, just completely closes the app and makes your device run faster) then power off your phone by holding down thw lock button and sliding the red arrow when it comes up. wait about 5 seconds after its completely off and turn it back on. then try using the mic. hope this helps

I have a recently acquired iphone 4s and despite having good hearing and the volume up to max can barely hear who ever I am speaking to. WHat is wrong with the phone?
The plastic cover was removed before I left the store and I have moved the volume up and down during, before and after phone calls. Have tried it in protective case and out of it. Impossible to hear calls unless phone is on speaker. There seems to be lots of comments re this. Is it a significant flaw? Can I fix it?

You use the side control and make sure your phone isn't on vibrate. Up is for ringer down is for vibrate.

I've tried all tuning tricks - nothing changed.This is not a current feature of any iphone, it never has been! I've heard that there are apps in the app store that allow you to transfer contacts but i'm not sure about anything else! Again you would need to look in the appstore, but again it will be very specific to that app if there are any at all!

what's wrong with the activation server? i just bought my ipad wifi celllular... and have a 3g cellular network connection... when i press the bottom to activate my ipad it says the activation server cannot be reached. what to do then?

I found the following that goes over troubleshooting the same issue for the iPhone. I know you have an iPad, but the steps should still apply:
Perform the following steps:
Restart the iPhone.
Try another means of reaching the activation server and attempt to activate.
Try connecting to a known-good Wi-Fi network if you're unable to activate using a cellular data connection.
Try connecting to iTunes if you're unable to activate using Wi-Fi.
Restore the iPhone.
If you receive an alert message when you attempt to activate your iPhone, try to place the iPhone in recovery mode and perform a restore. If you're still unable to complete the setup assistant due to an activation error, contact Apple for assistance.

What is wrong with the app store and how long before its fixed, im downloading atna very slow pash and i have a 10mb uncontested line.
Sorry, its on both my iphone 4s (2 iphones) and ipad2 that the app store is slow, I have done all the above and still when i download a 1 mb app it take about a half a hour just to download and previously it wasn't even a second. When browsing the web the devices are fast and internet speed is good, but when going in to app store it takes long to load and show me the new app, updates, featured app ect. We watch movie online and the streaming is brilliant. Even on my windows pc the app store is slow and sometimes says that i store could not be opened, i have also tried on my buddies wifi and there it does exactly the same which makes me think that its on apples side, but why do you not have any problems?

I used to able to watch movies, TV series on youtube for more than 20 minute straight. In last few days, somehow it stopped after only 1-2 minutes. What is wrong with my iPhone 4S? I even updated youtube.
That would indicate an issue with the local network, not internet. This can impact devices differently and will likely be more obvious on a streaming only device.
If you are on wifi try ethernet
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)
Go to istumbler, netstumbler or similar to get a report of the network, look for signal strength and noise. -
