I am using oracle application version 11.5.8 and the oracle database version is
9.2.0.4. When I am login the oracle application, what type of encryption is?
How can I know?

Oracle Applications uses it's own encryption for username passwords in
FND_ORACLE_USERID and FND_USER
There might be some information in the 11i SysAdmin documentation
but Oracle doesn't provide a procedure to decrypt the passwords !
(one thing I know is that the APPS database account password is used to as a seed when encrypting other passwords).
You could check the 11i documentation or raise this query in the 11i forums.
The Oracle Database itself doesn't use encryption for passwords but a
one-way hash.

I want to get a case before we upgrade to the iPhone 6. Some of the cases we are looking at (Speck Mightyshell) do not come with screen protectors. I was wondering what kind of glass is used for the iPhone 6 and if a screen protector is even necessary?

The iPhone 6 currently uses Corning’s Gorilla Glass. There was some speculation that they would start using Sapphire glass but I guess they’re not ready yet. I have had my iPad 2 for years now and the glass is still perfectly fine. My new iPhone 6 uses a more developed version of the same glass. Will the glass break? Yes. Will the glass scratch? Yes, if you carry your phone in the same pocket as your car keys, the screen will scratch. It’s not impervious, just highly resistant.
I do have a real life controlled experiment going on in the family. My wife and one son have their iPhone 6s in a case WITH a screen protector. Myself and my other son carry our iPhone 6s around without ANY protection whatsoever, no case and no screen protector. So far they all still look perfectly fine. We’ll se how this experiment turns out.

We can create as per the requirements.
One is E-mail alerts for Manager levels.
Lets example in MM module:
Material1(10-06-2007), Material2(01-07-2007).
In this scenario we have to set for materials i.e Material1 is going to expire on next 4 days and Materail2 is going to expire next 25 days.

As standard? None.
Are you talking about password encryption in 11.5.8 ? It's a reversible encryption algorithm.
Are you talking about the network layer? Only if you've setup to run https mode.

Deciding what kind of file to use to display a message

I have an email system which is a pop system that basically pulls my emails from gmail. And I am trying to also view these emails. In particular cases, emails are just simple plaintext and so I can just display that in a JTextArea or something like that. But certain emails are much more complicated and I do not know how to display it. For example, here is the content from an email: (scroll all the way down for the rest of my question)

did you put the entire content of the email in a file and try to load it as html? is so, that would be your problem. that email is a mime multipart, which means there are separate sections which are different types. if you take the second part, between the "<html>....</html>" tags, that should be a valid html. the first part is plain text. please read up on mime multipart encoding and that should give you a better idea how to handle these emails.

Before you can answer that question, you have to answer the question "what is the zip format"? It is a trick quesetion. There has never been such a thing. Zip was invented by the proverbial "some dude" (Phil Katz) who was a good at coding. The Zip format was never standardized so there is really no such thing as a zip file. There are many zip variants that use different forms of encryption.
The original zip encryption was a homemade algorithm written by Roger Shalfly. He has a PhD in math but this was an early attempt before the field was mature and people starting giving names to individual algorithms. i run the inspire p580 5.1 speakersystem and i would like to know which cable to get in order to extend the cables of my rear speakers!
i don't really want to cut the cables and add usual speakercable somewhere in the middle but i don't know which cable to get in order to extend it...
cinch seems to be appropriate but i haven't had a chance to test it yet. Anybody know what to do?

Allright I found an answer myself. What we call Cinch-cabel in German is a common phono-cable in English...
so in order to extend the speakercables just use male to female phono-cable!

What kind of refnum to use

I am nearing completion of my VI...thanks to those of you who have helped. I've run into what I hope is one of my final issues.
Brief refresh - I parse a text file then create a bunch of boolean/numeric controls/indicators accordingly. All of the data that comes out of the text file gets put into arrays in a particular format. All of this data is saved in a new VI that I can then open and use independently. All of that is working.
One of the final things I'm trying to do is as follows...I want to create an array of references to the controls that I create. Let's take the example of the boolean control. First I initialize an array using the Boolean class specifier constant:
Then as I am parsing the text file and creating the controls, I grab a refnum from the control I create and put it into the array (the entry at the top left of the case structure is the refnum):
When the loop is complete, I take the modified array and assign it as the value to the array I want created in my output/final VI:
This new array shows up in the output VI, but I am having a really hard time testing its contents. All of its contents are of type control refnum, which is obviously because that's how I create it in the final picture above. So I've yet to find a way to read out the value assigned to one of those refnums. Here's an example of what I tried (again, just trying to read the true/false value of the control associated with the reference in the array):
The reason for the broken wire there is that it says the Value output is of type variant. This doesn't make sense to me...if I cast it as a boolean (which obviously works because the property node is interpreting it as type Bool), then why does the Value property output a variant instead of a boolean? I also tried Varient to Data, but had no luck.
Perhaps there's an easier way to do this, I don't know. Ultimately I have 2 questions:
1. assuming I'm trying to create an array of boolean refnums, is Control Refnum the correct 'style' to use when I create the new VI Object, and if not, what is?
2. assuming control refnum is correct, how do I then read out the value of the control in the newly created VI? In other words, the final array I'm trying to read (in my final picture above)?

why the hell are you creating 2D arrays of refnums?
You collect refnums of different types in that array, so they became "more generic". To get back the specific properties of the controls you need to convert them "to more specifc class" - or you convert that variant back to a boolean value.
For both conversion you need to know the type of the control belonging to that refnum…

What kind of component to use as CI if I want to add a project costing rec

Seems like the Project_Express and Intfc_Proj_Express components do not allow, by default, for a creation of new records. When I tried to enable the creation by allowing for Adds in the component properties, and then create CIs from these components, it still will not allow me to create a record (the create in the CI tester is disabled). Any ideas on how to create a project costing transaction record via a CI?
