IF you are talking about the two ports on the side of your marked red area then the top one is for an express card and the bottom is for PCMCIA which is the legacy older and slower expansion port.
You can find a list of express card adapters at:  http://www.expresscard.org/web/site/cons_wtb.jsp#adap

  • What kind of classes are these?

    Hello,
    The code
    Map availcs = Charset.availableCharsets();
    System.out.println(availcs.getClass().getName());
    Set keys = availcs.keySet();
    System.out.println(keys.getClass().getName());prints:
    java.util.Collections$UnmodifiableSortedMap
    java.util.Collections$UnmodifiableSet
    API docs do not describe such classes. Neither I can find out what this form of class name means (ie: '$' in the middle).
    Thanks in advance.

    Is there any convention as to documenting nested
    classes?
    I would imagine that you can use the same conventions that apply to normal classes. Documentation of local and anonymous nested classes might not be as important. The reason why the classes mentioned are not in the official API documentation is that as a user of the API you don't need to know the internal workings of classes and it is sufficient to know that the object returned from some method implements a certain interface.
    May they possess some important
    functionality??
    Yes, have a look at [url http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.1/docs/api/java/awt/geom/Point2D.html]the class Point2D for instance. Point2D is an abstract class and provides two non-abstract subclasses (one implements Point2D with floats and the other with doubles) as nested classes; to create an actual instance of Point2D you must use either of them.

  • What kind if tables are suitable for partitioning?

    What kind of tables are suitable for partitioning?
    I have several tables in same schema. Each of them is bigger than 200MB. DML commands are executed continuously against these tables. After diagnosis, I know than the sequential read wait is the root cause. Should I partition each of them?

    BTW sequential read wait has to do with index scans, not table scans. Table scan waits are reported as scattered reads, not sequential.

  • What kind of costs are assessed and distributed

    Hi Gurus,
    Can anyone explain to me what kind of costs are usually assessed and what kind of costs are usually distributed?
    Thanks

    hi there,
    ok lets say you have a company and you have diff departments in there for say manufacturing, accounting, sales, marketing, HR and so on...and each are made cost centers since as you know each dept is a cost center where some or the other cost incurr on them
    and you will have expenditure on ur company right!
    lets say you have to pay electricity ,and rent for the building , and water bill, and postage and telegram expenses and things like that..
    each department might be using diff units of electricity for say manufactuting department might use the 70 % of the total bill and other depts use only 30% of the whole bill but in the electricity expense GL you will put down the 100 % bill
    since we have cost centers and this amt is goin to cost center attached on that gl so at later point they distibute the amt to other cost centers accordingly for internal auditing purpose ( to keep track of ) how much cost incurring in whihc department.
    hope this gives you some idea on what you are looking for. assign points if helpful

  • What kind of upgrades are my iMac model eligible for?

    Hi, I have the same problem and was wondering if someone could walk me through what I need to do to find out what kind of upgrades the iMac model I have is eligible for?
    <Re-Titled By Host>

    The model identifier info provided shows what may be a 20-inch or 24-inch, as iMac7.1
    These may see an upgrade in RAM so as to facilitate running a system software upgrade:
    Maximum Memory   6.0 GB (Actual) 4.0 GB (Apple)
    Memory Slots    2 - 200-pin PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SO-DIMM
    Until some time ago there had been a Firmware Update:  iMac EFI Firmware Update 1.3
    however, now the link previously available, appears to no longer function.
    According to http://mactracker.ca database application, your general iMac7.1 series is
    able to run as new a system as Yosemite 10.10; however some users had found that to
    be a bit far of a reach for this old a model due to hardware limits of the vintage. If not
    already running at least Snow Leopard 10.6.8, you could get & try Mountain Lion 10.8.5
    (buy $19. upgrade code, from Apple; that would unlock Mac app download) as Mavericks
    10.9.5 is no longer available as an upgrade to older systems. The theory is that if a Mac
    could use Mavericks, it should be able to accommodate Yosemite. But, not always.
    Some people liked Snow Leopard 10.6.8 - and it is on retail DVD for easy offline restore
    or bootable utilities on the same disc - still available from Apple $19. It should run fine
    unless you have some need to upgrade further. This system is needed to go to App Store
    and other aspects of the newer OS X available from the internet only.
    The site http://everymac.com has a fair database of most things Mac, so that in addition
    to the download MacTracker app, are good references and hardware example data.
    Hopefully this helped some.
    Good luck & happy computing!

    You can't install Access Manager without full control on the base organization.
    You need the Directory Manager user (maybe with a temporary password) or a user with full permissions on the Access Manager root DN.
    Hope It Helps

  • What kind of joystick are supported by labview 7.0?

    Dear all,
    I'm going to use a USB 3D joystick (very normal one, which people used
    to ues it to play game) to control a 3D XYZ stage movement.
    now I'm caring what kind of 3D joystickk works in Labview 7.0? need any special joystick?
    thank you very mcuh
    Wei

    weichengatech,
    I've looked into the specifics of the using a joystick and found a very good article that I think will point you in the right direction. Check out the knowledge base titled Can I Monitor a Joystick or Gamepad in LabVIEW 7.x? Basically, the vi's can be used with the USB HID (Human Interface Device) class of hardware. Please post if you have questions.

  • What kind of Headphones are included with Zen Mik

    I was wondering about buying a Mp3-Player a long time, and finally decided that Zen Mikro would be the best choice to make.
    There is no information about the kind of headphones who are included in the package, and knowing the quality of the Headphones is essential for me, in fact.
    So, can anyone here tell me how the headphones are? Are they loud enough? Do they have a full-bass support? Does Zen Mikro have different sound-presets (bass/treble adjustion)?
    I am still walking around with an stone-old Sony Discman (unbreakable, perfect, but no Mp3 ) and I have old Sony-Headphones who are really superb, but they are also patched after several accidents.
    So, are the Creative-Headphones usefull, or do I have to buy some new ones from Sony?
    Thanks for every answer...

    With the Zen Micro, you get what Creative calls "High Fidelity Earphones." They are Creative earbuds that are pretty comfortable as far a earbuds go. The sound quality on the headphones are above better than average. The range on the phones are really good. You get most of the low bass beats and most of the very high tones. If you are an audiophile then you may not appreciate the quality of the earbuds. But for most they offer mediocre satisfaction.
    The Zen lets you choose from about half a dozen EAX EQ settings that lets you customize the sound of your audio. If none of those satisfy your tastes, then you can create your own custom setting by playing around with the different frequencies to tweak it to pure audio satisfaction. It can come in pretty handy sometimes. What also helps is the sound quality produced by the player itself is second to none.
    Hope this hel
    ps.

  • What tcp/udp ports are required to access the app store via a firewall?

    we have ports 80/443 open but users are still unable to connect.

    You should be ok - but read this. Try opening 2195 and 2196.  If you still have issues

  • What kind of speakers are in a mid-2013 MacBook Air?

    We bought a new MacBook Air about a month ago, and I'm gobsmacked by the terrific sound it plays.  The highs are about as good as anything I've ever heard, and in a past life I had an audio system that totalled over $50K new.  (I bought most of its components used.)  The amazing thing is that there are no visible speaker ports at all.  It's like there's a planar speaker behing the screen!  If anyone knows how they do this, I'd love to know.  Or if you know somewhere I can go read about the subject, that would be great too.

    Theyre BOSE speakers.   Yes,theyre loud too.   You can make them louder if you use the APP called "BOOM" on the APP STORE.
    They speakers are in the main chassis, not in the display assy.
