I am debugging a custom method in my app module. When it steps through a line with a VO.createRow() it complains about not being able to find the class
oracle.jbo.server.remote.AbstractRemoteApplicationModuleImpl
It I hit the "play" button, none of the remaining code in the method gets executed.
What library should I add so that this can be resolved?

I have just finished the development of version 1 of my application using Flash CS4. It's almost completely AS3 code with a SQL backend. For the next version I want to look at adding TouchEvents for a mobile version of the application. But I'm confused as to what I need to add to my development software in order to develop apps that use touch.
Do I just need to install the Flash 10.1 player beta in order to get access to classes such as "flash.events.TouchEvent" or do I need to upgrade to Flash CS5?

you need to upgrade is you want to use more than a press event. otherwise, you can use a mousedown event for a finger press.

What Software Do I need to add Chapter Markers

I've got a 55 min QuickTime movie file that I'd like to simply add Chapter Makers as well as setup a Chapter Menu selection at that beginning.
Also, I'd like to be able to render this file to a format that will playback on any DVD player.
To be able to edit/sweeten the audio and/or video is not a priority....I'd just need to add chapters so to divide up this one-long-movie into...well...chapters.
What software do I need that will do this?

You can add chapter markers using Quicktime Pro if you don't need to edit the movie.
You can find detailed instructions in the Apple document Chapter Tracks.
These instructions teach how to add a chapter track, containing your chapter titles and timecodes, to an existing quicktime movie without using iMovie or FCE or other editing software. No codec, compression, or conversion is applied to your video and audio, which are left alone. Only a new text track with adequate formatting is added.
A few additional notes:
- you need Quicktime Pro (30$)
- you must correct a couple of points in the Apple instructions:
a. in step 3. you have first to +enable the text track+ in the Property Window of the movie, and then you can use the Text to Text option in the Export Menu (otherwise no Text to Text option is made available).
b. step 10 must be corrected as follow: +"Open Show Movie Properties from the Window menu, choose the *Video Track* ( not: new text track). Choose Other Settings then choose your Text track in the Chapters popup"+

I've used Linux for several years, but only recently installed Arch for the first time. I installed Bridge Linux, Chakra, and later ArchBang, and after getting a feel for pacman (I think it's great!) and, with Bridge and ArchBang, the Arch repos, I was convinced that I wanted to go ahead with an Arch installation. Not sure if this is an option for you or not, but I actually tried two "test" installations on a spare computer first, taking detailed notes, with tabs in my browser (on another computer) opened to the Beginners' Guide and the "official" Installation Guide. Whenever I turn my iPod mini off, it seems to go back to the main menue.

Depends on how long you are leaving it turned off. If it's more than enough time for the iPod to go into deep sleep, then when next you turn it on, it restarts with the Apple logo and returns to the main menu.
If it's only for a few hours that you leave it turned off, then the iPod should resume from the point at which you left it.
I don't know for sure whether the "remember playback position" in iTunes works after the iPod has been in deep sleep.

Designing websites -- what code do I need to add to allow a pop behind window to open from one of my webpages? I have code, but Firefox is the only browser that won't pop behind. It pops on top instead. That's not what I want.

I have designed websites, and would like a pop under (new window) to be displayed BEHIND the current/open window. I have code that does this on all browsers except firefox. For some reason, Firefox insists on opening up the new window on top of the active browser window session. It covers the entire page. Reason is because I purposely have a new full-size window opening BEHIND the open browser. Is there some code I can add to my web page script that forces the new window to open up BEHIND the active/open browser, specific to firefox?

What drivers do I need to install for my MG6360 printer to work with a Mac with OSX10.8.5?

I have a PIXMA MG6360 printer that needs its software updating to return its full features but the Canon support line in Australia has prescribed several different options with no two alike and none providing the full features I once enjoyed. 'Phone and email support responses are all uniformly poor and I cannot get a straight story from any of the technicians I've encountered so far. Currently, they've stopped responding altogether!
I know where to download the latest software, but I'm not clear about which packages I should install and in what sequence and I cannot locate a definitive answer in the knowledge base.
Can someone tell me which drivers etc I need and the sequence in which I should load them.
I'm assuming that I have to uninstall the existing software and printer from the Mac (MacBook Pro 15", Late 2012 with OSX 10.8.5) first. That's about the only thing the techs agree on so far!
Also, does Canon update its software periodically and provide either automatic downloads or email warnings to update its users?

Just for future reference, AJA has a free app called "AJA VTR Xchange" that would capture just fine for you. It would probably capture directly from the camera, also.

What converter do I need to download for converting CR2 files into DNG?

Used EOS Rebel T1i in camera raw setting. The Canon Camera Raw images will not open up because camera is not supported in Photoshop CS5 Extended, version 12.0.4 X64. Also tried to open by changing the the setting to Photoshop Raw but got a "Specified image is smaller than file" alert. When image opened, it was a grayscaled image full of noise. See below. What can I do to open these images, or to convert them?

Your Canon EOS Rebel T1i is supported and only requires ACR 5.4 or newer.

Since you have Photoshop CS5 you should have ACR 6.7, so either there is something wrong with your install of ACR or you are doing something wrong.
Trying to open in PHOTOSHOP RAW is completely different than ADOBE CAMERA RAW.
You need to use Adobe Camera Raw (ACR),
Just forget that Photoshop Raw even exists.It does not do what you need to do to open your CR2 files.
