What model of imac OR macbook is necessory to install Oracle tool set

Hi Gurus,
I have played with oracle toolset for last 10 years on windows environment But never run oracle on Apple computer. I would buy imac or macbook for testing purpose. I would install Oracle database and developer suit(if possible) on Apple computer. What model (minimum requirement like memory, hard dist, operating system, CPU power) I should buy for this purpose.

For installation of oracle database on apple computer, all apple systems are compatible.
you can install oracle database 10.2.0.4 on mac system.

What model of Airport Extreme Card for 2007 Mac Pro 2.6GHz

I am trying to find what model of Airport Extreme Card I need to install into my 2007 Mac Pro 2.6GHz
I understand that there is a 2008 card which is incompatible, so I don't want to buy the wrong one.

Its really confusing when Apple calls their internal wireless card on a Mac an AirPort Extreme card......and they also market an outboard wireless router called an AirPort Extreme. See info below:

IMac (2006) won't let me install system

I have a iMac core duo (2006) and I just replaced the failed hard drive. I purchased the Mac with the system already installed (thus I had no install disks). When I replaced the hard drive, knowing I would need the disks I purchased (on eBay) an original iMac OS X 10.5.2 Install / Restore Disk set.
When I try to install it, it boots up fine, lets me choose the language, but then tells me "Mac OS X cannot be installed on this computer". I can go into system profiler and and it recognizes the new hard drive I put in, the fresh 2 GB of ram and everything else.
Is there something I'm missing?

Drive Preparation
1. Boot from your Leopard Installer DVD. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
5. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Security button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
6. Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
7. After the process has completed quit DU and return to the installer. Complete the Leopard installation.
Note that installer discs for specific systems may only work on those systems, so an installer DVD for an iMac released with 10.5.2 installed may not work on the iMac you have which was released in 2006 with a special version of Tiger.

You don't.
Need a internal optical drive and the Hardware Test on disks is old and outdated anyway.
Your machine has lasted a long time, congratulations, they usually only last about 4-5 years.
They get clogged up with dust and overheat, kills the video card, there is nothing you can do as it's hardware damage over time.

When I try to see my Grandson on webcam out of state the login will not activate. For PC use I needed Java and Active X to let it run. My Java is checked as ready to go but nothing happens. By default, OS X does NOT come with Java installed nowadays. You need to open the Java Preferences app found in Utilities; when you do that the first time, it will inform you of the fact and offer to install the product for you.
Afterwards, due to a major security issue we had back in the first quarter of the year, the plugin is disabled by default. You need to revisit the Preferences and enable manually. It will auto-disable if unused in awhile.
Lastly, you may have to adjust which Java instance is being used, the 32-bit or the 64-bit. Default is 64-bit, but some applets crash & burn or outright refuse to run in such a platform. You can prioritize which version you prefer by dragging on top in the Preferences.

I think that paragraph (actually, the first sentence) says it all. I would have returned the system at that point. By attempting to repair it yourself you may have caused further problems and certainly let Apple off of the hook for a bad system.

I have just over 1TB of my 3TB used up. I just ran the test and received the following results. Note that this is not the best test, just a typical one.
Also my storage shows a total of 3.11 TB where yours shows 3 TB:

So I'd say it is time for a visit to Apple. Of course, you could try Apple phone support first if you think they could solve it over the phone. However, as it failed with the first boot (the OS is shipped on the flash) in a way that suggested a valid OS wasn't found, I suspect something is wrong with the flash hardware and a phone call won't solve it.

There are none in production at this time. I suspect it was the 15" 2012 model. I do know the 2011 15" and 17" MBPs had that option.
