My systems running well but I want to upgrade the processor. Any recommendations for an X2 that's not too expensive. I have a 939 socket so I think that limits my choices quite a bit. Thanks for your help

Don't forget the dual core Opterons: 165, 170, 175, 180 and 185. Although they're also getting scarce, they are basically equivalent to X2 Toledo cores with 2M of L2 cache and the same multiplier.
Newegg used to have them all but lately only the 180 and 185. My 175 was new from the Egg while the 180 was an ebay salvage that went for $45 - a big gamble as it had about 70 bent pins but after hours of work it dropped in the socket and runs like a champ. I just mention that since ebay will soon become the primary source for S939 CPUs.
After a BIOS update DC Optys work in the K8N Neo2 so should have no problem in your NF4 board.

i would like to use oracle financials for example... as far as i know i can buy the financials license only if and only if i am installing this application on one server, so i should buy:

assume i have a company with 200 employees, i want to use finacials application, the application will be deployed on a single server with 4 cpus. the quantity of the license i should buy now is:
1- 10% of the 200 users = 20 user license, or
2- 10% of the 200 users =20 x 4 cpus = 80 user license, or
3- 200 user license, or
4- 200 x 4 = 800 user license ?
it is supposed i should buy 10% of the 200 users = 20 user license, but i am getting confused because terms of named user plus and cpu license.
is there anyone who can conform which one is correct?

As for me, you should use ASUS or NETGEAR cards.
I have no problems with them.
If there any problems with drivers installation you can use NDISWRAPER
But don't use D-LINK 'cause original schematic of impulse power suply is "unstable" and it can burn out
your card or AP. This caused by using btm-like components which are unstable on higher frequencies. (higher than 2 ghz and we have 2.4 ghz) And TP-link cards is "Chinese modified" D_LINK and it is more stable.
I think that the best way to power up your linux with wireless device is to use Atheros or Prism chipsets.
If you want "much powerfull" connection you should use Orinoco Gold card. This thing will blow up all the chanells.
There are nice Planet cards and AP's supported by wireless-ng. Why Planet?
Planet ARM's (CPU's) on AP's are about 166-233 mhz, but there are a lot of stuff on them.
And they've got much power - about 850 mW
As for me, if you don't whant to play with drivers you should use AP's.
Greatest AP that I've ever seen is Senao Deluxe. This series of AP's is about 1W of power!!! But there are some problems with their inner stuff.

What PSU should i buy?

Hey, i have an important question. I have seen a bunch of posts here on the forum about lack of juice out of PSU's with certain hardware configs....
I think i have the same problems here, flickering textures in games, when playing games they just quit and im back in windows.... and even sometimes it just hangs.... this is only when playing games or 3D rendering in 3D studio max.

I assume that you will have to set up as new since it will not let you restore from the backup. Then after you set it up, you can restore from the iCloud backup. The backup should not disappear be use you are setting this device up as new. Your backup should still be in iCloud.
However, after you activate the iPd and update the software, you will have to erase the device in order to restore from the Cloud backup, that is the only way to get to the iCloud backup.
