how to step by step running apex until successed with implemented Apex Early Adopter + Tomcat ?
i ready install them, then success to access http://localhost:8080/apex/config, then what next ?
form configuration can not save.
is there any completed documentation ?

I have a folder that has my previous system stuff in it, but what do I do now to have my apps and content over to the Home directory, etc and not in this previous systems folder?
Reinstall any applications which came with an installer or as a package, and drag the rest of the files you want over manually.
Is their a better way to migrate these over to the correct locations and not have any hiccups?
No. The Migration Assistant will not transfer data from the archived system of an Archive & Install to the current Mac OS X installation.

In your middle tier (where your dads.conf file is located), do you have a file called marvel.conf (this was used in very early versions of APEX if memory servers)? If so you will either need to put your /pls/apex entry into your marvel.conf file of configure the App Server to user the dads.conf file. (I think all of this is done in the http.conf file but I am not 100%)
Also, this sounds like a stupid question but can you ensure that you only have entry in you dads.conf or marvel.conf file that relates to /pls/apex
If you are still having issues, try updating the line: PlsqlDatabaseConnectString faiz:1521:orcl ServiceNameFormat
to: PlsqlDatabaseConnectString TNS_ENTRY TNSFormat
where TNS_ENTRY is replaced by a valid TNS Identifier in the same Mid Tier home: ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/tnsnames.ora
Finally, in earlier versions you had to use a forward slash character as the last value in the Alias line i.e. Alias /i/ "E:/oracle/product/10.2.0/db/Apache/images\". I always configure this line in this way and never seem to have an issues. Not sure if this is required anymore but may be one more thing that is mis configured.

Hi,
You need to logon as Administrator using the URL and create workspace. The URL for logging on as APEX adminstrator would be
http://hostname:port/apex/apex_admin (If your setup uses the embedded PL/SQL gateway) Or
http://hostname:port/pls/apex/apex_admin (If your setup uses Apache and mod_plsql).
The userid is " admin " and password is what you have specified while running apexins.sql.

What next after installation

Hi All,
I have installed Weblogic server V 5.1.0 on Windows 2000 advanced server.
How do i check if the installation has been carried out successfully. next after
instalaltion what do i do? do i need to change any settings or anything on the
properties file or can i open the console and start deploying things directly

jCreate a database account that would have read access to all the schemas, and create a connection pool and start building out your RPD, and once RPD work is completed, you can build your reports based on those subject area's you have built in the RPD.
If you are new to OBIEE, I would recommend you read the documentation to understand what repository is and what it's role in the process of creating the reports in the front end.

What next after getting the BPEL codes ?

I am trying to implement End to End BPMS for an application sort of an POC for me. I have done with simulation and prepared a TO Be model. I generated theBlue print and got the BPEL code(WSDLs) in the J Develper. The code is all Error Free. BUt i donot know what next that i have to do ? I wanted to create the screens and all but i am totally lost at this point of time. I had downloaded the Process manager trial version but what should i be doing with it. ?
Can anyone please guide me what has to be done next in the process in order to proceed further?

Error "Error ERR-1014 Application not found. " after Installing APEX 40

i have installed apex 4 to an existing apex 3.2 installation (oracle 11g windows) with oracle http Server.
i follow the installations guide and install the full version.
I try to call "http://dmsapex:7777/pls/apex/apex_admin" and it works and i can admin my application and see my existing workspace
i try to call "http://dmsapex:7777/pls/apex/apex" and it does not work. i get follw error message in the browser (IE8):

Thanks mo**** . I executed @apxdvins from my extracted oracle directory using the followin procedure and it was working properly.
Start/Run
CMD
You need to change your directory to the directory where apxdvins.sql iis available. Mostly this is Apex extracted directory.
$ SQLPLUS/NOLOG
SQL> CONNECT SYS AS SYSDBA
@apxdvins
This will take some time.
If you want you can also do this extra steps in SQL mode:
shutdown
startup
alter user anonymous account unlock;
ALTER SESSION SET CURRENT_SCHEMA = APEX_040000;

So what next after 8i Installation(???)

I am very new to Oracle and I have just finished installing Oracle rel 3(8.17) on Linux. I was hoping to have a preconfigured database during installion, but due to the popular glibc incompatibility problems, the database creation failed and I ignore those errors, finished installation and installed the patch.
Having done this, whats the next logical step to do if I wanna have a database up and running and does anyone have any instructions to set up the database and a few handy commands to get me up and running and get the feel of Oracle.

Startup choices not showing up after install of earlier system on second drive

I run Yosemite on my main hard drive and love it. However, I have Pro Tools 10 and it won't run on the latest OSX 10.10.2 (Yosemite). So I decided to install OSX 10.6.8 on one of 5 internal hard drives on my computer so I could use PT10. So the install was successful, but when I go to my startup disk to select my Yosemite drive to startup with it again, I get no choice to select it. The only choice I get in my Startup Disk selections is the 10.6.8 drive, and the 10.6.8 install disk which is in my DVD drive. All my other drives are visible when I have a window open in 10.6.8, including the Yosemite, but not visible in as a startup choice in the Startup Disk preference.
The fact I see everything still in a window keeps me from freaking out.
Can someone tell me how to make my other system drive visible as a choice? I don't know what I've done to make it not visible. I've done this kind of thing plenty of times over the years, using another drive for an earlier system, but this has never happened where the others don't show up as a choice to restart, and I'm a tad worried.

Two more questions, if you don't mind.
1) Do I have to do that every time I want to get back to my Yosemite drive from 10.6.8? Can I change that where it shows up all the time?
2) What do I do to have all the other drive icons show up on the desktop of the 10.6.8 drive? Even the main 10.6.8 drive isn't showing on the desktop. I remember this happening before, but forgot what I did to correct it.

What next, after Tungsten E?

My T/E is working just fine, right now; but I know this can become no longer the case at any time. When/if it does, what PDA should I go to next, that will be able to import my address book, notes, etc.? I'm happy with a separate cell phone, feel no need for mobile email. Any suggestions?

You really have two options after the Tungsten E and that is the Tungsten E2 and the Palm T|X.
Neither of these devices are still manufactored so quantity is decreases ever so quickly you can still pick them up through channels besides normal retail outlets such as ebay, craigslists etc. possibly even amazon.
The PDA market has diminished Palm and various other companies have pulled out and have stopped making these devices.

After this what is the next step to access in BI Answers or any other steps are involved Please help me. In which .rpd file financial Receivable exist so that I can see it through BI Administration tool.

TOSHIBA SATELLITE A105 -S4284 WHAT NEXT AFTER MOTHERBOARD REPLACEMENT

Ok so I am having some troubles
The motherboard was fried and a new one has been installed.
When I power the unit on it remains a black screen runs for 40-60 seconds and shuts down.
It will not load cd's and I think I am missing something and not understanding something
I tried to run a new windows xp program and you can hear the disk running but the screen remains black and runs the same as above for 40-60 seconds and shuts down
More or less once a motherboard is replaced upon start up what should would see or expect?
Is what I seeing the normal process?

In safe mode it is not possible to standby. That is disabled. Tried to make it possible with Toshiba's power control service, but it is not available.
In a new account, the BSOD still occurs. I created a new account, logged out of my account, and went to the new one. Tried standby. It came out of standby for a second and then had the blue screen of death.
In checking the event manager, I seen errors shortly before crashes sometimes that involve the CD.
So I went to Toshiba.com and downloaded the DVD RAM driver and ran it, reinstalling the driver, and then restarted. I also saw that there was C-Dilla driver in my drivers. I uninstalled the SafeCast program that I think is associated with C-Dilla, moved the C-Dilla driver out of the drivers to a distant folder, unchecked C-Dilla in MSCONFIG so it won't load (it was still there after removing SafeCast), and then reinstarted. So with a new DVD Ram driver and neutering, I hope, of C-Dilla, I tried things again and the system appeared to be crash free - better than it had been. But then a crash occurred - BSOD - and upon restart, the CD locked up, and crashed again.
After restarting, there was a new dialog that popped up after Windows launched indicating that there had been an error with SONIC DLA. Before the crash, there was an event n the event viewer:

The device 'MAT**bleep**A DVD-RAM UJ-841S' (IDE\CdRomMAT**bleep**A_DVD-RAM_UJ-841S________________1.60____\5&226f6cf2&0&0.0.0) disappeared from the system without first being prepared for removal.
Hmmm. So things are still vulnerable. Any ideas? Buy new CD drive? Or new computer?

I'm confused a bit on Oracle SOA Foundation Practitioner Exam and Oracle Service Oriented Architecture Infrastructure Implementation Certified Expert.
Are these two diff certification programmes?
Passing IZ0-451 gives us what certificate of the two mentioned, and how to get the other one?
Oracle Site (http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=41&p_org_id=1080544&lang=US&p_exam_id=1Z0_451) says the associated certificate is Oracle Service Oriented Architecture Infrastructure Implementation Certified Expert. Whats next after FC

Ok, i just went through the process of creating an application with flash catlyst. Being completly new too application building, adobe products. This was such a find in a field that seems very complicated. Where should i go next. What i want too do. Is take this simple soundboard application idea of mine. That intergrates flash videos etc.. I built with FC and eventually. Have it be on the android market and mobile platform. Of course, it seems i have a long way too go and steps too learn. Though, what is the next step. I assume its flash builder or Eclipse. Where can i find tuturials on this subject. For developer want to be. Beggining stuff. I have been trying to find the correct tuturials on adobe tv. Although, maybe iam just to much of a begginer with this stuff. Should i put my project aside and start from the very raw in coding. Any help please.

Try the Flex in a Week series to learn the Flex framework. You should also look into the ActionScript 1:1 series on Adobe TV as well.
