What package gives access to BBC1 HD, ITV1 HD Etc.

Can any one here confirm what package I need to see BBC1 HD. I pay for the entertinment package not the HD package (£7 per month) and I have infinity broadband. I have found on BT website that as well as 18 extra channels, the entertainment pack includes channels 101 - 107 BBC1 HD, BBC2 HD, ITV1 HD, Channel 4 HD etc. I cant get any of these channels when this is why i took the package but i can see the other channels in the pack. I have spent the last three nights on the phone to technecal support trying to resolve this problem and now they are saying i need to speak to sales. Can anyone with just the entertainment pack tell me if they get BBC 1 HD.

If you are on a BT Vision+ box.
Check Help & Settings > Settings > Entitlement Information
You need the 'PSB HD' entitlement which should be included for free.
e.g. Here are my current entitlements.
If you are on a BT Youview+ box.
The PSB HD channels the tuners pick up will depend on your location and aerial set up.

In order to use the NI Motion driver for C++, when you are installing the driver, ensure that Microsoft Visual C support is included in the installation. Afterwards, the NI Motion C reference can be found on the Start Menu under National Instruments > NI-Motion.

I know Java is OS neutral but I was wondering if anyone has developed an open source or free group of java classes (probably C++ wrappers) to give you the ability to easily interface with Windows? I'm looking for ways to work with Windows users and groups, NTFS permissions, the Windows registry, the Windows API, etc. I saw a decent registry wrapper awhile back but I'm not sure about the rest!

here i have a F5 for load blance and
a request from external to F5 is https request and F5 to sharepoint server http request
and sharepoint server to F5 is http request but F5 to external users it is https response so
when i change below settings in alternate access mapings all links changed to https
but only authentication link is still showing http and authentication page not opened.

One of my clients has an environment similar to yours with an internal pair of F5s and a pair used for the access from the internet.
I am only going to focus on the method using an F5 Load Balancer and SSL Offloading. the setup of the F5 will not be covered in detail but a reference to the documentation to support SharePoint and SSL Offloading will be provided
Since you arte going to be using SSL Offloading you do not need to extend your WebApps to use separate IIS WebSites with Unique IP Addresses
Configure the F5 with SSL Offloading
Configure a Internal AAM for SSL (HTTPS) for each WebApp that maps to the Public HTTP FQDN AAM Setting for each WebApp
Our environment has an additional component we require RSA Authentication for all internet facing Sites. So we have the extra step of extending the WebApp to a separate IIS WebSite and configuring RSA for each extended WebSite.Reference:

- Parallels is instal on my iMac. I use Parallels Desktop to run Windows 7 and Quick Books accounting software. This is the main reason I want to give access to my iMac because most task are done online using email and my online store platform.

You are going to need a server of some type, web server, that you or your emplyees can connect to, concurrently, over a VPN connection.
I really don't thing this is the forum for this type of thing.

Can I give access to truncate one table only ?

We have system where it is deleting one table and inserting records using pro-cobol in a table owned by another schema. It means user b is inserting records in a's table i.e. t. Can I give access to truncate only a.t ? delete any table or drop any table will give access to b to truncate any table in 'a'. I do not want this. How can I achive this ?

As Justin already said there is no separate right to simple GRANT TRUNCATE ON TABLE to user.

To truncate a table or cluster, the table or cluster must be in your schema or you must have DROP ANY TABLE system privilege.
So the best way would be to encapsulate this login in a packaged procedure as described by Justin.

Default/package/none access modifier

I was hoping for some discussion on the default/package/none access modifier. It's always really bugged me that we have public, private, protected, and then "none", while it seems to me that it would be less confusing, and more consistent to use the keyword "package", or maybe even "default".
Then, source code would look like

A good example is within a tightly grouped package (usually should be this way) you may have some cooperative classes that access methods.

Go to Site Settings -> Users and Permissions -> Site Permissions -> In the ribbon select Permission levels. Here you can see different permission levels like Read, Contribute etc.
You can create a permission level by clicking on Add a permission level. Select the permissions you want to give the users. "Make sure to not give the permission "View Application Pages - View forms, views, and application pages. Enumerate
lists."
Now you can create a SharePoint group and associate this permission level to that group. Finally add those users to this group and they won't have access to Site Contents.

How do I find out what Package a class is in

I am trying to find out what Package the classes XMLNode and XMLInterface are located in. Is there a way to search for a class to find out what package it is held in ?
Quite often I see example code but spend wore time working out what package the class is in than actually writing code. Am I being really stupid ? (Don't answer that !!)
