Is there a program in adobe that I can use to create a pdf like this? There is a link on an email blast and this is what comes up with my bosses information already filled in. All he needs to do is agree and submit. We would like to send this out to our clients as well. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

You could use Acrobat to create PDF forms, including the functionality of populating the fields with pre-defined data, but that would require a custom-made script to be written and the data will have to be embedded within the PDF file itself. From the screenshot it looks like the data is arriving from an external source, which is very complex to implement in a PDF file.

Nope. You should be good. Any iPad can connect to almost any WiFi network.
WiFi is the wireless network created by wireless routers or base stations.
All iPads support wifi.
3G is the ability to get internet over cell towers. Like a cell phone, only data.
The 3G data plan allows you to get data from the provider, in the US it's ATT and Verizon.

What parts do I need/Is this fixable? (Compaq C571)

Part of the body of my laptop broke away recently, it seems to be what I'd call the hinge of the door that connects the screen to the body. Now the screen doesn't sit properly and is putting stress on the other "hinge", which I worry will cause that to fail as well. If that part fails, the screen will completely detach itself from the body of the laptop. When I search for a hinge, I keep getting the pieces that hold the screen itself within the bevel. Is this even possible to fix myself? I've been using tape to hold the part in place as best I can for the time being, however the tape blocks the vent and causes heating issues. Looks like the vent grate is failing as well, as part of the hinge broke through that, causing the detachment.

VCR to Digital Camcorder using whatever the highest input interface the camcorder has in common with the VCR (be it S-Video, etc.).
You need a FireWire cable to connect the Camcorder to Mini most likely if its a Sony unit. Check the manual. You will need a Mini-FireWire (probably 4-pin) to 6-pin adapter (this side plugs into your apple mini).
That should do it, most likely iMovie will detect the Camcorder and start sucking down video.

The Late 2008 model 5,1 Aluminum Unibody and the Late 2009 model 6,1 and Mid 2010 model 7,1 White Unibody have a Mini DisplayPort.
The Early 2006 model 1,1 through Early 2008 model 4,1s plus the Early and Mid 2009 model 5,2s have Mini-DVI ports. Each would take a different adapter to connect with the TV.
To see which model you have go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info (and then System Report if you’re running 10.7 Lion). When System Profiler comes up check the Model Identifier and post it back here.

Your problem is that the program wants a good video card and a fast hard drive and lots of memory and you have none of the above. If you upgraded the RAM to 8 gigs and installed a solid state hard drive you might make the program useable but the real bottleneck is going to be the Intel HD graphics, which cannot be upgraded.
You do have an open slot to add one 4 gig memory module. This is an easy relatively inexpensive upgrade. See here:

I would try this a step at a time. Next would be the solid state drive. That would cost maybe $150. Post back if you need more help.

Do you have two different Macs? If you have a second mac with OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), you could upgrade that to MAvericks and buy the most recent iPhoto '11, version 9.5.1 from the App Store. That would be the least expensive solution to upgrade your iPhoto.
If you only have iPhoto 7 on OSX 10.6.8, you can can buy the boxed iLife '11 installer package from Amazon. This will install an early version of iPhoto '11, that runs well with your current system and will let you print your book. You will need to run the iPhoto library upgrader to convert your old library, see: iPhoto '11: About the Library Upgrader
Also, you should be aware, that upgrading your library may change the book layout a bit, because the themes have changed between the versions, so you need to keep a backup copy of the library and iPhoto 7, to be able to compare the upgraded version to the original.

You need either a FireWire 800 to FW 400 cable or a FR 800 (male)/FW(female) adopter.
However. it the Mini (note that you still have the late 2012 Mini, Apple has not updated the Mini since then) has Mavericks it may not work satisfactorily. I tried it on my 2102 and I get abount 1 frame every 20 seconds. Another uses posted same problem.
However, it it work fine on my late 2009 Mini with Mavericks
