What program i need to write on pdf forms in my androd

What program do I need in order to write in my PDF form in my android

Have you tried Adobe Reader ? If it is a form created in Adobe Acrobat , then you should be able to fill in that pdf form. If it is XFA (xml based form) then it is not supported by Adobe Reader currently.

  • Can CreatePDF write on PDF forms?

I have a few documents that my company uses and don't want to carry around my laptop all the time when I can take out my iPad and get things done quick.  We have some PDF forms and I noticed they will not work on an iPad.  Will this program allow you to fill out PDF forms with text input fields?  Is there a program for the iPad that will allow this if this app does not?

With Adobe CreatePDF app, you can convert Microsoft word , excel documents and many other file types into pdf. However, this app cannot be used to fill forms.

  • What program filenames are used to create PDFs?

We are in school where we restrict what type of programs the students can access by filenames (e.g. Word.exe, Excel.exe), using the Windows 2003 Group Policy "Run only Windows Applications" policy.
I've added all the programs I can in the Adobe folder into the policy(e.g. Acrobat.exe and so forth).
However, whenever the students try to create a PDF from an application, say Word 2003, the restrictions kick in "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your systems administrator."
Printing to physical printers works fine. It's only when I try to print to Adobe PDF does the error message occur. I can't find out what program adobe is trying to use to create the PDF.
I've tried process tracking and the registry to find out what uses it and I can't find it.
When I try as a student going into Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional and try to Create PDF....from file.... the "Starting the application which created the selected document. Please wait" appears then states: "Acrobat could not open xrd.doc' because it is wither not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an e-mail attachment and wasn't properly decoded).
To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF."
Which, of course, I've tried as the first step.
The clients are running Windows XP Service Pack 2, with Office 2003 as the program they are trying to create from.
The software being used is Adobe Web Premium CS3.
Server Enviorment: Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 2
Client Spec: Pentium 4, 512Mb-1024Mb of memory, 40 gig hard disk
Can anyone help? Some students need to create PDF documents as part of their coursework and time is looming.

    That worked!
Now getting the error message "Adobe PDF Creation cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated," but looking at the KB for a solution for that. It still prints out the PDF fine.
    Many Thanks.

I want to build a facebook game similar to Monster Legends.   It will have turn based pvp, leader boards, guilds, leveling, rankings, quests, various currencies, teams, jobs/professions, vendors, story modes, customizable characters, customizable skill sets, skill trees, various drop rates eg. low and high chances of certain items dropping from kills.    What programs are required to create a game like this?   Can it be done using only Adobe products?

Have you ever developed a game before? I only ask because there is a lot involved in doing so and you listed a long list of features you wish to accomplish. The game you mentioned was developed by Social Point, most of their games are for Facebook as well as a few for iOS, you can begin to see some of the technologies they leverage by looking at their job openings. They mention things such as: Illustrator, Flash, C++, Lua, Java, Air, Actionscript, MySQL, Apache, PHP, Python, PHP, Ruby, etc., and no doubt more is involved as well.
As you can see a lot goes in to games such as these. If you wish to try and leverage Flash you would need to learn and become very proficient with AS3 if you are not already familiar with it, you would also need to also know or learn backend technologies for your leader boards, etc., Again there is a lot involved with this type of development. Of course I am not trying to discourage you but want you to know the road ahead may involve a lot of learning as games themselves can be very sophisticated applications regarding development.
Here are some resources for Flash that may get you started if thats the direction you wish to take:

  • What Program Is Needed for .SWF?

I think I posted a similar question in the wrong forum, I
    apologize for that.
I'm in the process of creating my first Captivate 2 Training
Video at our federal agency. When I'm finished, I will publish the
.cp file as an .SWF file that will be posted onto our Intranet Web
Site, so users can run the Training Video any time they want.
Here's my Captivate newbie question. Our agency is using IE6
for Intranet and Internet access. What program or programs will the
users at our agency need to run the .swf Training Video? I'm very
confused about the differences between Flash and Shockwave.
    Thanks,
    Robert

    Hi Robert
The other files will vary, depending on your choices when you
published. In a nutshell, I'll list them here.
    Files you commonly see
    * MainMovie.SWF (Contains the main part of your movie)
    * MainMovie_skin.SWF (Contains the playback controls and
other information - You may banish this file and force the controls
into the MainMovie.SWF by clicking Project > Skin... >
Borders tab and DE-selecting the "Show Borders" check box.
    * MainMovie.HTM (This is the HTML file used to present the
movie to your user. Contains sizing information and also looks for
    the fourth file, standard.js)
    * standard.js (Contains code used by the HTML file)
Files you may see if different selections are used:
MainMovie_fs.HTM (Created when you select the Full Screen
option. If this file exists, you point your user to it instead of
the MainMovie.HTM. When launched, it contains a link that opens the
movie in a browser without toolbars and such)
MainMovie.ZIP (If you use the .ZIP files option, this is the
    only file you will find.
autorun.inf (If you use the autorun option, this file is
created for you to burn to the CD to autostart it in a PC)
    Hopefully this helps... Rick

  • Need to fill out PDF forms

Does anyone have a good app for filling out PDF forms?  I used Acrobat Pro in Windows, but then my employer supplied it for me.  I'm not going to pay $300 to fill out PDF forms.  I tried it in Preview, as people say that works, but I can't get it to work.  The forms I have to fill out that are supplied by my employer won't accept editing in Preview.  They work fine in Acrobat Pro in Windows.  I also tried formulate.pro, but I couldn't save the form back to PDF, only to a propietary format.  Not useful for sharing these forms with colleagues.  Is there a solution to this problem?  Thanks.

I know about that.  Unfortunately, the form can no longer be modified once you do that.  (According to others who have tried it.)  I know it's a pretty nit-picky list of requirements I have, but I work in a very Windows-centric, Mac-hostile workplace (even though a sizeable minority of people here use Macs).  I've been using a Mac since 2004, and it's been a battle to solve one problem after another: web pages that only render "properly" in IE, web applications that only work "properly" in IE, a voice messaging system that is Mac-hostile, and most recently this business with the forms.  My solution has usually been "if it doesn't work in Firefox or Safari, then it doesn't work."  Unfortunately, I don't have that option with these forms.  More and more of what I have to do must be done either online or at least digitally, and yet we are generating more paper than ever!  And no one who is responsible for creating/purchasing the apps to do all these things seems even to know about the existence of any OS other than Windows.  Sorry about the rant, but that is the world at Coastal Carolina University!

  • I need to make a pdf form that is fillable and send from ipad to email not tracked just the complete email. Can someone help me.

I have forms that I have created with submit buttons, that are filled out and sent complete to an email box.  I would like to do the same only have my form filled out on an ipad and then have the submit button send the completed form the same way.
I don't want to gather the data, since i am doing this for another department.  They want to track there own data via the Pdf's they receive.  Is this possible?

    majende,
Adobe Reader for iOS does support a Submit button.
    (a) Button action to submit an entire PDF document via email
    (b) JavaScript submitForm to Adobe FormsCentral
Do you use the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat to create a PDF form?
    For option (a)
Add the "Submit a form" action to your Submit button.
Enter "mailto:" (including a colon) followed by email recipient(s).  Please add a comma between two email addresses.
    Example: [email protected], [email protected]
    Select "PDF The complete document".
This particular type of PDF form will work with Adobe Reader desktop and mobile products (including Adobe Reader for iOS and Android).
In Adobe Reader for iOS, a user can do the following steps to submit the particular type of PDF form.
    Fill out the PDF form.
Tap the Submit button in the PDF form.
Select "Share Original Document" or "Share Flattened Copy" from the Share File dialog.
Adobe Reader for iOS will automatically fill in the email address(es) that you specified when you created the PDF form.
Tap the Send button in the upper right corner.
Adobe Reader for iOS will send the PDF form as an email attachment via Apple Mail (the default mail app for iOS).
Please let us know if you have additional questions.

  • What programs I need for this?

Hello, I know which program do what is in the home, (people moving). It seems that appears before you load an image to the animation. (Http://www.thesingularkitchen.com/)
    Or (http://agencynet.com/) --->  people animated
Excuse me for my poor English.
    Thank you very much!

They use Flash for delivery. You'll need some kind of video editor like Premier, Final Cut Pro, Vegas or even After Effects for basic editing like cuts and wipes.
Of course, you'll need lots of talent in Photoshop to get 3d effects or pretty good in any 3D app and then finishing in Photoshop.
But, those little videos are .flv's  which can be made with the Flash Media Converter that comes with Flash. However, there are free online services such as onlinemediaconverter.com where you upload a file and specify the conversion.

The .part indicates that the file is incomplete. Try downloading it again so that you just get a .PDF.

  • What Software/Techniques Needed to Write Slide Show to DVD?

Created my first slide show of +/- 1,200 slides in PSE 4.0 slideshow. No problem there. I want to burn this slideshow to a DVD that I can use in a laptop or other computer to view the slideshow on other computers with DVD drives, not necessarily to view on a TV. PSE 4.0 Help file says: Select "File"; then "Output Slide Show"; then "Burn to disc"; then "Select DVD Option." I'm ok to step "Burn to disc," but then there is no "Select DVD Option." Only options at this point are to select video format (NTSC or PAL), and Output Speed. "Burn VCD on drive (Phillips DVD+RW-D28)" is pre-printed in the dialog box and cannot be changed. Inserted a DVD+RW in drive, clicked "OK," and this disk was immediately ejected with a pop-up box reading "Incompatible media. Please insert a blank CD-R or a CD-RW disk to burn the VCD". (1,200 slides will not fit on VCD.) One user suggestion to reboot the computer to see a DVD option on screen did not help. My OS System is Windows XP. Two programs installed on my computer with the DVD burner, that I believe are DVD authoring programs: MyDVD v.3.5, and PowerDVD v.4.0. Must I have Photoshop Premiere Elements 2.0, or some additional software (recommendation?) to create a "portable" slideshow to view on other computers?
    Would appreciate any help!

    >Must I have Photoshop Premiere Elements 2.0, or some additional software (recommendation?) to create a "portable" slideshow to view on other computers?
Glad that you added the fact that you want to play the DVD on other computers - it does make a difference. As the prior post indicated, you really do need Premeire Elements or Nero Vision Express or Sonic MyDVD to make the DVD to view on a TV DVD player.
However, there is something else that might work if all people who will watch this slide show have a DVD player on their PC/laptop and play it using Windows Meida Player 10. So I suggest that you try it on your PC.
    - In the slide show Editor of PSE 4, do your Output command to a WMV file on your hard drive.
    - Then use whatever DVD software came with DVD burner to burn this WMV file to a DVD as a data file (NOT as a video DVD). Choose an output resolution that will be good for the monitors of the recipients.
    - Next try to play this DVD on your system using Windows Media Player 10 (I don't know if earlier versions will play). I doubt that the software on your PC that plays commercial DVDs will play the WMV file; that is why I directed you to use Windows Media Player.
If you plan to distribute this to the general public, I think you will have problems with the recipients not having the necessary hardware or not understanding that they can't use their normal DVD player software. However if you are sending to a limited set of relatives and friends, it might work. If anyone has an Apple computer, I think there is software that will play a WMV file on Apple software, but it seems that many people may not have it.
    In closing I will say
    - be sure to save your slide show as a project so you can do multiple experiements (you may have already done this)
    - it would be much more flexible as to how it is played if you did make a video DVD. However, you actually have a choice of using higher resolutions if you only save as a WMV file for play on a computer.
