What's a durable iphone 5s case that still reveals the gold?

I really want to find a good, strong case that will protect my phone from cracking. However, I want the gold to still be visible even with the case on. Does anyone know of any cases that meet this criteria?

I got this one http://www.bodyglovemobile.com/cell-phone-cases/apple/iphone-5s/mysuit/.  I like it a lot - my only complaint is that you can't use the lightning adapter with the case on.

  • I Was Told About an iPhone 4s Case that Really...

In an Apple Forum I posted about a protective but not limiting case since I have trouble with dropping, hitting, etc. expensive things like large phones. Someone told me about a case, said he was thinking about getting one, did not sound too excieted about it, but I saw it at Best Buy and after looking for a year for a practical, case I could tell that this one was going to do what I needed in a case.  In this group of cases one really stood out but if it helps there was one that was like a holster.  I have got a major problem when I am carrying something like an expensive phone, laptop, etc. I drop them (my first MBP, it had to go back to Apple because I cracked the display costing me an additional $1000 just from jitting it by accident against the wall)  I wish I could remember the name of this case.  I came here hoping someone would say it because I was so excieted when I saw it, like I said after looking for a year, I could tell that this one was going to help me out a lot save the phone from being ruined after the first week. Yea Otter is OK but it seems like it would collect more dirt than anything else, this one just really felt to me that it would allow me to not have the iphone destroyed in a month.
It was not fancy, but so practical.  Anyway, I will see if someone says the name of it.
I am looking to get a new iPhone 4S (guess why?) and my contract at Verizon was up a year ago. I see that ATT advertises that only AT&T's Network let's your iPhone 4S download 3 times faster?  Is this true?
A friend of mine sent me some emails from his iPhone 4S and his email adress was his phone number.  Is this an app or does the iPhone 4S allow you to send emails and get your emails without an additional app?
Still not sure what carrier is the best.  I know I sound like I am all set but then I hear from someone and they make a good point.
Any idea if the next iPhone will be 4G?
thanks, I am just looking for some assist. in the areas I just have no idea on like what plan.  How does one decide what plan. Is the mobile hot spot one can make the iPhone 4S due allow one to surf on their MBP while on a car trip or do you need another type of MIFI by Novetel for that?

Which lifeproof case did you get?  Does it look pro along with being super durable? I need one that I can take into meetings and leave it out on the desk along with it being super durable like the ones on Ballistic Case Co.com.
Do you have invisibleshield or can't you use that with your case?  some of the durable cases have their own cover so they do not allow the invisible shield to be used.
Do you have a clip for your pants or to clip the case somewhere else?
I think why they don't get better ratings is not because they are super durable and take care of the iPhone  but because they are not the best looking case out there including ones like some on the Ballistic Case Co.com website.  I have heard people say that they look cheap, like a cheap plastic.  I actualy started this post awhile back and I forgot the name but one night it came to me.  I am still looking  for a case that has the durability like LifeProof but a tad better looking and more professional.  Hard to explain if you don't see that but that is why I have not purchased one yet is because I need a case like LifeProof but more professional looking lie the ones at BallisticCaseCo.com.  Speck makes a good looking, classy durable iPhone 5 case too.  I think it is Speck.

  • I notice when I plug in my phone to my computer and look at what's "On this iPhone" it says that I have a book on there (one that was a free download from something), but I don't have iBooks installed on my phone. How do I remove the book?

    Hi tinashah817,
Was this book downloaded using iBooks, or from another application? If it was from iBooks you will need to install that application to delete it.
See this article about managing your iBooks library on your iPhone -

Once the book has been deleted from the iPhone you can uninstall the iBooks application if you so desire.

  • What is the case that comes with the iPod?

I'm planning on getting a 30GB iPod but, this stupid company won't say what is in the box. I know it comes with a case. I was wondering if anyone had a picture of the case or could at least give me a brief description. If anyone could, I would greatly appreciate it.
All I know is, that this company really could care less about it's customers. I can't even contact them about this.
    Thanks Again

the 5th gen iPod comes with a small faux leather envelope-like case, light grey in color, that has a soft cotton-like interior. it has an opening in the top and is just large enough to hold the ipod. reminds me of one of those tiny wallets that will only hold a credit card. you slide the ipod in the top. while the ipod is in its case you cannot access the click-wheel, screen etc. basically you can't see the ipod.
if you're looking for a case that will protect the ipod while allowing you to use the interface, you will need to buy anouther one.

When I try to send email from my iPad and iPhone it says that I have the wrong username and/or password, but I know they are correct.  Can someone help me?

"Your email account" means to tap on the name of your email account. Whatever it is listed as in the settings.
In my mail settings, one of my email accounts is a Comcast account. I tap on the Comcast name and it brings up this window.
Then I tap on the arrow under the Outgoing mail server smtp setting to get to the next window.
In the resulting window, I then tap on the arrow next to the smtp server under the Primary Server setting.
That brings up this window in which I check to make sure that my user name and password have been entered correctly. If those items are missing, enter them in the appropriate fields and then tap done.

  • I am going to japan with an Ipod nano and Iphone 4. Do I need a converter? or does the one the iphone comes with that plugs into the wall enough?

I am going to japan with an Ipod nano and Iphone 4. Do I need a converter? or does the one the iphone comes with that plugs into the wall enough? I know i wont need an adapter because it will fit into the wall outlet, but voltage wise, will i need a converter? Japan runs on 100 V. I am so confused on all of this...

As long as the adapter is 2 pronged, then you should be able to use it without any problems.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Your Apple TV may have become paired with another remote. Hold the remote close to and pointed at the Apple TV, hold down the menu and Rewind buttons together for 6 seconds or until you see a broken chain icon on screen.

  • I Would Like to Find an iPhone 4S Case that Is what My Sis Wants.

I was first going to get some info from Apple Maniacs. If they think the iPhone 4S has one of the best HD video in their iPhone 4S?  I am just curious about this question
If you get a chance read my post and se if you have any ideas.  Thanks
This person needs one sthat can take a lot of abuse, not have any flaps or parts of the case get in the way of what she needs to do with the phone, no dangiling stuff.  If it covers most of the phone, is a material that can take a lot and still looks OK.  Somebody said one about a case but I forgot the name........................................................................... ...................Ah, yea, LifeProof.  the only think is that I told her I would buy her the extra battery since she has a video-intensive job and she need a decent battery back for the iPhone 4S where the battery does not fal out of the case.  she has just seen the one LifeProof, so I am not sure she will dig the extended case with the battery.
anybody know if the extended battery cases come with an extra battery or is that something ou have to get in additional to the battery back?
so anybody know if LifeProof has battery pack with an extra battery so she can swap the drained one out and stick the recharged one in?
One last question.  I head some of the carriers are doing away with the data benefit they gave to the people they grandfathered into their data plans soon.  Since the iPhone 4S is not 4G LTE will additional data help with any part of an establishd iPhone 4S line if the customer included the mobile hotpack when they were set up with Verizon?  Anybody have a pretty maxed out data plan on their Apple or Verizon phone, especially if their data plan supports somethng a bit like a 4G Verizon plan and also they have a have a mobile hotspot for their phone?
I am trying to help my sister sinse she shoots wedding videows for her job, but uses the most gig-intensive way to send themto her photo lab and then to her website.  it's amazing to see how she does it, but she is booked out all summer.

The Mophie Air is a good battery case, but doesn't offer the protection she's looking for. I suggest sticking to the Lifeproof, the iPhone has a very good battery (2-3 days moderate usage for me).
To your 2nd to last paragraph, that is false. Verizon is allowing exisiting customers to keep Unlimited Data - but will lose it once they use a subsidized upgrade. So if you buy a 4S (or LTE device for example) outright, you will keep unlimited data. Mobile hotspot may use up a bit of data, but it is a separate add-on/feature. The new Family Share plans may change that, so it's one giant center of data all devices use.
