What's a good illuminated keyboard for the iMac?

Last time I checked there wasn't one. Logitech has an illuminated keyboard but it just says it's for windows.
I was wondering if there have been any new products.

Currently using the logitech K800 illuminated keyboard, seems to be fine. speaker controls work, display brightness controls are the scroll lock and pause break keys. Its nice having a DELETE button that works like it should. The "Windows" button is the Mac "flower" button. With the unifying receiver it connects flawlessly, and faster than the mac keyboard. Since I am using Boot camp with windows on it, it has the familiarity I need to be productive.

What's a good external keyboard for MBP

Given that the MBP keyboard is so inadequate and Apple is seemingly too stubborn to give us a good one, an external keyboard is mandatory. However, I'm not sure what's good in the Apple world. There is, of course, the Apple keyboards and I'm going to take a look, but there are also some from Logitech and others. Does anyone have any suggestions on good ones? I purchased the iHome IH-K236LS, but just looking at it and feeling it and seeing that it requires a power cord is not making me feel like it's a good purchase. Plus the mouse feels incredibly cheap. Like something from a kids toy. And it requires two of the three USB ports (but does add two on the keyboard). Anyway, I'm thinking I'd better check into other possibilities, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

People have such different views of what makes a "good" keyboard, GTGeek, that it is almost impossible to make suggestions without getting a better idea of what your requirements are.
I grew up using manual typrewiters (Olivetti Lettera 32's etc), migrated to IBM and Brother electrics, and then nearly 30 years of different computer and data terminal keyboards.
In the early years, perhaps not surprisingly, the closer a computer got to approximating that of an IBM golfball the happier I was. Few computer keyboards seemed to have the "feel" or travel that I was used to. Despite this i gradually found I adapted to almost all of them.
I still have many of my older computers and I often get a bit of a shock when I use them these days! My favourite in days gone by on a portable was on the NEC8021a, but today when I use it the keys seem too sculpted and to have too much travel (both features I once really liked about it!)
The keyboards on modern MBPs , of course, are at the opposite extreme - flat keys and little travel. The same goes for Apple's own current external keyboards. I now use them all the time, but if you don't like the keyboard on a current MBP I doubt you will want to yourself. The feel is very similar.
The older white Apple Bluetooth keyboards had more travel , and more sculpting and a nice feeling of "solidity", but can only be found second hand these days.
I personally like the Apple Pro wired keyboards in days gone by, but, as with the white bluetooth they are now history.
I have two Logitech wireless and and a Microsoft USB keyboard tucked away in the draw (together with just about every keyboard Apple have ever made) . The Logitech and MS ones feel very "plasticky" compared to Apple offerings, but, as I said, I have simply adapted to the latter over time. You might find them fine if that is what you are used to.
On Mac notebooks my favourites in the past were those on the PB1400, the PB 12 and the earlier models of the MBP, but I've adapted to the current MBP ones now as well.
All of which adds up to the fact that the only way to decide something like this is to test them yourself, and, perhaps, to be prepared for a period of adjustment whatever you get before you can really judge it. Familiarity breeds contempt, they say, but in the case of keyboards it has always seemed quite the opposite to me. What you have been using most in recent times always seems to be the best after a while!

I have had my mac for about a 1 year 5 months, coming onto 6 months. And I want to keep it running in top shape, or as close as it can get. First Mac OS X doesn't need defragged. If your harddrive is ~80% full heavy downloading could hurt disk performance but I'd say you're in the clear. If Apple considered defragging a necessity they would have included it into Disk Utility.

There isn't one, and there won't be one. Apple and Adobe could never get a flash player that worked. And now since Adobe has ceased all production on mobile flash, there won't ever be one.
Your best alternative is to explore the app store for browsers that support flash and see if one of them will do what you want.

I've been looking at some of the intuos5 tablets out there... I'd like to get a small tablet preferably wireless which would allow me to sketch and create my own designs. logos, and even some gothic type imagery from sketches.
I'm by no means a pro at sketching but I do have some skill and would like to give it a try... But I don't know which tablet is right for my needs. I'd like it to be compatible with the variety of Adobe Software Products I own... What (small) tablet does Intuos make that would suit might needs and not break my budget?

Good is relative. Google for reviews and pick one. Navigon and TomTom are popular. Mapquest is pretty good and free.
Personally, I much prefer a standalone nav device, i.e. a Garmin Nuvi.

I recently bought my first iPad (ipad 4). I want to get a protective case in case I drop it. Some of the features I want include, 360 degree viewing angle, auto wake and sleep (doesn’t have to have this but would be nice) I don’t want big case like the otter box cases. I want a folio case with different viewing angles.

For drop protection, you aren't going to get much better than the Otter, but yes it will add some bulk to the iPad (really any high level drop protection case will). That isn't to say other cases will not offer some protection against dropping, but not as effective. The Apple Smart cover offers no back protection at all, and the Smart Case only minimal.
Not sure what you mean by "360 degree viewing angle" or why it would matter. Any case offering a portrait and a landscape orientation should work. (also not so sure how effective at recording lectures the iPad would be). There are literally hundreds of polio type cases available. Most will offer a number of angles in landscape mode, but fewer for portrait mode.
Even some fairly inexpensive folio cases offer the smart cover function.
I would recommend a trip to a full service electronics store such as Best Buy and have a look yourself. Really the only way you will be able to make a decision.

I did an extensive research prior to purchase the Sena case. If you like a case without magnet, this is the one I recommend. I have some reservations about using a case with magnets. Other than a test I did for McAfee in 2004, after which I immediately removed their product, I've NEVER used antivirus in more than ten years and eight different Macs.

Rather than convert, you'd be better off capturing with a more current version of the program -- one that supports AVCHD video. Otherwise, you're in for a lot of headache. A converter isn't going to solve your problems.
BTW, when you say Premiere 6, do you mean Premiere 6 -- which is over 10 years old? (There was no Premiere Elements 6.)
Trust me on this: Capture with a Mac version of Premiere Elements 11 or 12 and your video will be perfectly compatible with any Mac program.

Due to a brain injury my daughter can only use her left hand to type. She also uses a text to speech app to verbalize all of her needs since her speech isn't intelligible any longer either. And her vision was significantly affected also, so the keyboard has to be mounted about 6 inches from her face. So to reach across the keyboard with her left hand to the right side delete and enter button is physically difficult and causes typing errors, which cause people to not understand what shes trying to say.
The best keyboard so far is the Zagg folio mini. I just had to make stickers to enlarge the letters on the key buttons.
Does anyone know how I can reprogram these two keys? Or where I can buy a wireless mini keyboard for Ipad made for lefthanders with these two functions on the left side. I have searched for days and days. It's sooooo important to me that she be able to contribute her voice again. Good for what? That would depend on what you want to use it for. Also, it would depend on whether you have a 3G unit. Without 3G to stream maps, the GPS would be mostly worthless for on-the-move navigation.
Even with 3G, it would be real easy to blow right past the 256MB plan and even the 2GB plan while out and about.
