It has some choices like 1:1, 1:1.66, or 1:2 etc.? Any help will be appreciated.

Also, AMD's DO not have an FSB.
It's a common mistake, that even BIOS engineers make.
AMD's have a reference clock where everything is devided from.
But it's not a Front-size-Bus, AMD has a Hyper-Transport bus, but the clock for that is a multiple of the reference clock.
However, this HT-clock doesn't have to be the same as the CPU-ref-clock...it can have several different clocks

Sounds like you maybe trying to download with firefox. In Internet explorer it will automatically switch to the correct application, but with firefox it prompts you instead.
Scroll down the window and find content manager. That will download the installer. Run the installer, after the installer has finished and the manager runs. Open the manager if it is not already, then from there you can select illustrator. It will install it for you.

You can't buy from the Apple store online in the US because it is country specific and you firstly need a US credit card and then a US address and they won't ship outside of the US so you can't.
No Apple online store will ship outside the coutry.
If you want an iPhone, then you'll have to order via the Russian Apple store online if there is one, or you'll have to wait until it is released in your own country or go and buy one in Europe.

P31 Neo-F - I don't have 1:1 FSB\memory ratio

The BIOS sees both sticks of RAM. I have tried slots 2 & 4 in desperation as well.
I can not get 1:1 memory ratio.
With the 4300 I get AUTO\1:1.66\1:2. Set to Auto it runs at 1:1.6
With the 6300 I get AUTO\1:1.25\1:1.5 (if my memory servers me right). Set to Auto it runs at 1:1.25
I have cleared the BIOS many times. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, and there should be no problem making your RAM operate @800 Mhz by choosing the proper FSB/DRAM ratio in BIOS.

I know, this matter is complicated, but I will try to explain and to give you at least a partial answer. P31 and P35 chipsets do not use the same memory controllers. Have a look at the Intel Datasheets for both memory controllers:

As you can see, according to Intel specs, the P31 chipset itseld does not offer native support for CPUs that operate @333 (1333) MHz FSB Clock Speed. That is why, from a chipset point of view, the number and variety of possible dividers is less compared to the P35 chipset. Looking at the differential between FSB and Memory Clock speed you can also see that 1:1.25/1.1.5 (E4300) and 1:1.66/1:2 (E6300) are the native chipset ratios to match DDR2-667 and DDR2-800 RAM with FSB/200 MHz and FSB/266 MHz processors.
Of course, in practice chipset limitations can be exceeded by BIOS programming to a certain degree. That is why P31 boards actually do support FSB/333 MHz CPUs, but the support is not native. Have a look >>here<< as well.
The only situation in which you actually need the 1:1 memory divider is overclocking, but since this a budget board not meant to be put to excessive OC use, BIOS implementation of memory dividers that go beyond Intel specs is limited. After all, it is a matter of price/performance. The MSI P31 Neo-F matches the Intel specs and exceeds them when it comes to FSB/333 MHz processors, there is no real mistake here. I can find nothing in the Intel specs nor in the MSI Product information that says there has to be a 1:1 ratio implemented at all costs.
There is a chance, of course, that MSI will implement more memory dividers in a future BIOS release. Try contacting MSI, maybe they can give you a more definate answer this one:

You are most likely right about BIOS implementation in general, but I don't see a reason to call it an issue at this point.

1:1 FSB:Memory ratio on 865pe fisr (250+Mhz)

Does anyone have memory that is capable of running 250mhz and over? I was interested in knowing whether the bios changes your ratio to 5:4 when you select 250mhz FSB and over like mine does. I don't know why it changes the ratio when the ram is capable of running at 250+ on 2.7V easy. Nothing is holding me back as I have tested all relevant components at required voltages so it is strictly a bios/mobo issue as I see it. Do any of the 5 bioses for the 865pe allow for higher than 250mhz 1:1 ratio? Could it be the brand of memory I have? It is detected as pc3200 memory which is actually a good thing cause it 'tricks' the mobo into thinking it is compatible ram. But even if the ram is not on the list of 'compatible' ram modules, this should not cause such a problem as that. My theory is that this MSI board has set parameters coded into the bios that govern the way the mobo behaves IRRESPECTIVE of the capabilites of the components in the system. If your mem modules, cpu, etc. fall under a certain category defined by MSI, the mobo will change them back to a default or 'safer' setting if you increased it beyond what the deem is acceptable. How do I know this? Well if you use an utility that allows you to change parameters in windows, such as MSI's very own corecenter you will see that the computer will run at a speed that it would not run at if set in the bios (assuming that your components are capable of running at increased speeds). If anyone has done extensive testings and can tell me which of the 5 current bioses are the least restrictive on user settings, can they please let me know?

As of now I am in hardcore diagnostic OC mode. I am taking the time to verify the limits of each of my components separately. Only one component is stressed at any one time and the others are all run as below spec as possible. Lets see what turns up. Let me know what bios works best for you guys.

What should i choose XLIFF or TL tables in database?

What is the best way to translate codes what i have in database?
For better understanding e.g: i have an item/product status code in my DB table:
item, status_code, completed_flag
Laptop, DELIVERY,N
Assume In UI i have ViewObject called ItemsVO based on the table showed above.
Assume In UI i'd like to translate DELIVERY code to "Delivering" (if it's not completed- still in delivery) or "Delivered".
- There are two ways how i can translate it one is by creating translatable database table. This is easiest way i just join translatable table in my ItemsVO query and passing language code as bind parameter to this VO.
- Another way - using bundle XLIFF file and then loading values from that. This is more complicated method. Because i need to create programmatic VO load translatable values inside from xliff file and then create additional logic to map values from programmatic VO to ItemsVO...or smthnig like that. But we are using xliff to translate UI titles, headings, name of columns... in our project and probably it would be good to store translation/localization in one place.
what is the best practice for this situation? should i use xliff or just translate codes in db? what is your experience with this kind of situations?

What should I choose? Canon SX280 HS vs. G1x

I have to choose between these two models. G1x with a better senzor and more MP, and SX280 HS with the new processor, 20x zoom and GPS.
I need the camera for video purpose, shooting video at 1080p, and sometimes also in low light conditions.
Which one has better video quality? Which one should I buy?

The G1-X has a CONSIDERABLY larger sensor and better ISO performance... but the zoom range is more limited. Also... part of what you pay the premium for in a G1 X is that it has a particularly large lens and sensor. It's image quality is much better than what you'd expect from a point & shoot -- but keep in mind that the zoom range is limited and you cannot change the lens... so it is what it is.
Have you considered the EOS-M? In a fairly small-ish body that camera basically has the SAME sensor that you find in nearly every Canon DSLR body -- it's the same sensor they use on the T2i, T3i, T4i, T5i, 60D, and 7D bodies... but in a much more compact camera. The lens is removeable and you can get an adapter that allows you to use regular EOS DSLR lenses.
The EOS-M actually does have a microphone-in port so you could connect a much higher quality mic -- i.e. one of the Rode VideoMic series mics which are awesome. It also has the hybrid sensor AF system similar to the 70D but I don't know if it's as good as the 70D's hybrid sensor AF (which I hear is fantastic.)
The new 70D is probably *the* camera to have, but that'll be in a whole new price range. The 70D is not yet shipping (dealers are taking pre-orders.)
I have a G1 X and can vouch for the fact that it's built like a tank -- although I really never shoot video with my cameras.. One of my "other" hobbies is astronomy. My better-half was using a G1 X with an adapter that allows us to connect it to a telescope and accidentally "dropped" the camera while he was trying to disconnect it from the telescope. It fell about 3' onto a concrete sidewalk. Immedaitely thoughts are running through my mind... is it totally trashed or will it be salvageable if we send it in for service?
Tunrs out... there's a _very_ tiny dent in the corner of the camera body (the G1 X has a metal body) where the camera hit the sidewalk and absolutely nothing else on the camera shows the slightest hint of damage. Camera works flawlessly. The dent is so small that unless I really draw your attention to it, you probably wouldn't even notice it. I must say I was REALLY impressed. I should post a photo of it -- but lets just say this completely changed my perspective on how solid this camera is. I normally think of them as delicate... I don't think that anymore.
The G1 X basically has a cut-down version of the 18MP sensor that you find on Canon Rebel EOS-M, T2i, T3i, T4i, T5i, 60D, and 7D bodies... but they've cropped it down to about 80% of the APS-C size. It's about as close as you can get to DSLR performance in a point and shoot camera. The EOS-M has a full APS-C size sensor and removeable lenses.
If you want to try the G1 X, I noticed LensRentals.com will rent you one ($39 for 4 day rental). You could try it before you decide if it'll work for you.
But if you REALLY plan to shoot primarily video, then consider an actual video camera or a camera more optimized for video such as a 70D.

Google Chrome has Flash Player embedded, you can not change the Flash Player. The Flash Player plug-in is useless and should be uninstalled.

I'm long time owner of T61p and I'm pretty satisfied with it.　It worked really great for me for the past 4 years but I think it's high time for an upgrade. I'm not that much into laptops so I would really apprectiate any kind of advice about what should I choose since I have completely no idea what models are popular and suitable for me. I use my laptop mostly for gaming and photoshop.

Should i choose Labview or CVI

I am a student of automatic control in VN .
I want to learn a language that can help me to progam app.s to control automatic system .
I 've ever read alot and i see that Labview and LabWindows/CVI seems to be the best suitable softwares . But i also see that may be they have equivalent ability .
So what should i choose ?

It really boils down to personal preference. There's the good, the bad & the ugly in any language. All languages require time to learn and to learn to code well.
The advantage that LabVIEW has over any programming language is the cult following and superb assistance you can get within this forum.

If your Mac is new-ish and has one of the Lions as its OS, the drives, cards, USB sticks no longer show up, even though they're there. Go to Finder's Preferences and tick the corresponding items in the General and Sidebar tabs.

I copied my Visual Studio 2008 projects to a new computer and am having trouble getting the database to attach to my website to continue with it.
I uninstalled SQL 2005 express and installed SQL 2008 R2 Express.
When I looked in the SQL Server configuration manager, I wasn't sure what should be running and what should be stopped and what protocols should be enabled, etc so I started everything and enabled everything.
However, the SQL Server Agent will not start. Maybe I did something wrong by enabling everything. I have everything to start automatically, and all enabled:
SQL Native Client: I right clicked and opened and under client protocols, have enabled all: Shared memory, TCP/IP , named pipes, VIA
and under SQL Server Network Configuration, I opened that and under there is listed protocols for SQLEXPRESS AND I enabled same things: Shared memory, TCP/IP , named pipes, VIA
When I could not start the SQL Server Agent before from the SQL Server configuration mgr. I went into services and started it that way and it did start. But since I have rebooted, it will not start that way either and I now get this message: Windows could
not start the SQL Server Agent(SQLEXPRESS) Service on local computer. Error 1067
I'm just trying to get my visual studio project working again. Would appreciate any help. Maybe I should uninstall SQL and reinstall 2005??

Windows could not start the SQL Server Agent(SQLEXPRESS) Service on local computer.
As the others already wrote, with SQL Server Express in Version 2008 the "SQL Server Agent" will be installed, but it's not a Feature of the Express Edition and therefore you can't start & use it.
In SQL Server 2005 Express the Agent was completly missing (not installed), therefore you haven't this "issue" before.

Check to make sure the iPhoto Advanced preferences are set to copy photos into the library when importing, i.e. a "managed" library:
If it is and you don't see any thumbnail in the Event they should be in apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with
Option #3, followed by #4 and then #1 as needed.

Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
If you are unable to get iPhoto to recover the photos MediaRECOVER can be used on the memory card to recover the photos as long a they haven't been overwritten. It will run in demo mode so you can see if it will recover the photo before you have to purchase it.
