What's happening at Adobe's UK On Line store?
This may not be the place for this subject, but I cannot get an answer anywhere else
I ordered a copy of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium from the UK Adobe on line store on Friday the 7th October, in order to take advantage of their 20% discount offer that expires on the 31 October.
I have a receipt which says that it will be delivered on Sunday the 9th October. But it was not.
It still shows as "pending" on my order history, despite me having contacted Customer services at least 4 times.
Each time I was told that my problem would be "escalated", but its now 11 days from my order, and no-one has had the courtesy to get back to me.
I don't know if the order is going to be processed or not, and the terms and conditions state that the order cannot be cancelled.
Usually I get a delivery within 2 to 3 days from placing the order.
Have they got a production problem or are they inundated with orders?
I have downloaded a copy, in the meantime, but It would be nice to be told what is happening.
Is anyone else having such a problem?

It eventually came today from Germany instead of Ireland, which accounts for the delay - perhaps they ran out of stock locally.
Lack of comunication can be very exasperating.

There are probably better forums for this post however. It appeats that no one is using or posting or answering in some of the more minor areas of the forum. Where is the best place to get help on Adobe Media Player/Adobe TV. I am simply trying to find a way to download and watch the training videos offline. Any suggestions that work would be helpful. What has happened to Adobe? I can't even report a 404 on their site, they just don't care
I went to the Developers center page on adobe.com, drilled down to Adobe AIR and went to the tutorials column (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air.html). In the header is a MORE link. Clicking it goes to a page not found with a link labeled "Send us an email" (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/articles.html), I clicked that link but that page doesn't have any email links to report website issues. I chatted with a few people who said they were sales and couldn't help. I ended up on some other chat that told me to report this in the Adboe forums. Is this really the place to report website errors? No one at Adobe even reads these forums! Has Adobe just given up trying to hep customers?

Overview
Adobe Reader plug-in and Acrobat plug-in are not compatible with the Safari 5.1 browser, which will ship with Mac OS X 10.7 and for 10.6 in July. Adobe Reader and Acrobat will continue to work as standalone applications on Mac OS X 10.7 and 10.6, and will render PDF documents outside of the browser. In addition, Safari 5.1 renders PDF documents natively. However, the Adobe Reader and Acrobat plug-ins will not function as expected in LiveCycle and Acrobat workflows that require either plug-in to render PDF documents in Safari 5.1.
Affected Customers
Applications that require the Adobe Reader or Acrobat plug-in to render PDF documents in the Safari browser will be affected. For Adobe Reader, Acrobat, and LiveCycle customers who utilize functionality like forms, digital signatures, portfolios, guides, 3D, extended PDFs and rights management, and who require the Adobe Reader or Acrobat plug-in to render PDF documents in the Safari browser, Adobe recommends that you continue to use Safari 5.0.x and Mac OS X 10.6.
Workarounds
Adobe Reader and Acrobat will still work as expected outside of the browser. For cases in which a user can open a PDF document in Safari, but cannot use all of the functionality in the PDF because it requires Adobe Reader or Acrobat, the user can save the PDF file from Safari to his or her computer, and then open it directly in Adobe Reader or Acrobat.
In other cases, such as Adobe Reader, Acrobat and LiveCycle applications that utilize functionality like forms, digital signatures, portfolios, guides, 3D, extended PDFs and rights management, viewing a PDF inside the browser with the Adobe Reader or Acrobat plug-in may be required, and thus this workaround will not be successful.

And Master Collection I bought 6 months ago is now obsolete? I can't upgrade it and get files I can't read? Some way of giving the shaft to those patsies to force them to pay monthy like that investement was worthless?

What's happening of my submission to the app store?
I submitted my app on November 14 before Thanksgiving break, I kept waiting for its result for a long, long time. Unfortunately by today(Nov 3) it is still marked In Review, and this status has lasted for almost two weeks... Please could some one help to explain this... Is it a sign that my app fails?
Can you remember what date you selected for its available date? You just accidentally referred to today as November 3rd, if you made a similar error when uploading, it could mean that your app won't clear until December 14th.
I've mentioned in another message that my app, that was in Waiting for Review for nine days, was only in In Review for 33 minutes, but it did happen to be on the release date that we had set. Another app from the same client was In Review for a few days. So, it can vary for different reasons, and so long as nobody has contacted you, then your app should hopefully be approved eventually. -
Mailed back a new iphone. what will happen next?
I ordered a new unlocked iphone trough the Apple store, but it arrived damaged. The outside had everything ok, but as soon as I grabbed it I noticed that there was something loose inside the phone it also made noises. So I returned it back in to the box and mailed it back. It’s been a week since I returned it and I haven´t received any mails. Also there was no charge in my credit card. Will I get a new iphone or what will happen?

What happened to ADOBE workspaces files after being downloaded before retirement?
I had this problem as well! I was working on one of several projects I had, I'm pretty sure they were saved on the computer, my computer started to chug, I reset it, and they ALL disappeared! I can't find any of the files anywhere on the hard drive, but I also can't sign into the cloud to see if they somehow got moved. I reset again, and still nothing.
When I try to log into the cloud it tells me the sync failed. Since I only just signed up for the subscription I don't know if it's common for it to go down, or what. -

Well when i finally buy my new cell and get out from symbian os one off the first things i gonna do is install flash player for listen my music on last fm and see the movies from streaming but i am too disapoint cause i goo to google store and find a free app from flash this make me soo happy ok i download it when i see its only say the version i need to buy and its 5 euro i am a brazilian here is almost 16 R$ a big assalt for app but i know flash soo good and buyed it via paypal it send me to a download page i get it there but when i gonna install it, it say the app is not install, the pack seens to be corrupt, i see the forum i make my configuration for app from outside but even like this did not install someone can help me i am get crazy with it.

I've down loaded the new version according to Creative Cloud but when I try to launch the app the window appears saying there is a new version, so I click on download now and it crashes. What's happening and what should I do? Thanks.

Sometimes I see photos I like and save them to use as reference for various projects. Lately when I save the image and go to my camera roll for a better look, the image I saved is not there but an old photo I deleted is in it's place. The old photo shows up in the thumbnails but if I click on it to view it, it's a black square. What is happening?

Help! We have a form with more than 200 entries and when I looked at it yesterday it had one! When you download the form to excel they all show up. However, when I added another record today it disappeared. Can you tell me what's happening? I've been using adobe forms for 2 years with mass response feedback and have never had this problem.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.
