What's LZMA Support in AIR 3.8 beta mean?

LZMA Support – On iOS and Android, LZMA compressed swfs can now be packaged and are supported.
When I use AIR3.7 release ipa when packaged swf could not load the swf files. I have to convert all swf files content to swcs to use.
The new feature means the problem is solved?

At one point I was getting an error about not enough memory to use the compress feature, so I turned that off completely. The final IPA size wasn’t affected, and even the swf size was the same. That make sense in a way, because swcs are already zip compressed.

Do all of the 2012 line of LG devices support Adobe Air for TV?
If not, is there a list of devices that do and don't?

I posted the same question of LG's TV developer site (http://developer.lgappstv.com) and someone (who I think worked for LG) responded saying that all devices of the 2012 line support Air for TV. What's more, their documentation implies that LG supports the latest version (3.0) of Air for TV.

Lion 10.7.5 is as far as you can go. You must have at least 2 GBs of installed RAM.
Upgrading from Snow Leopard to Lion or Mountain Lion
You can upgrade to Mountain Lion from Lion or directly from Snow Leopard. Mountain Lion can be downloaded from the Mac App Store for $19.99.
If you sign into the App Store and try to purchase Mountain Lion but the App Store says your computer is not compatible then you may still be able to upgrade to Lion per the following information.
    Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mountain Lion, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion by contacting Customer Service: Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes international calling numbers. Or you can order directly on the online Apple Store. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax.  It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.
         Lion System Requirements
           1. Mac computer with an Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7,
               or Xeon processor
           2. 2GB of memory
           3. OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)
           4. 7GB of available space
           5. Some features require an Apple ID; terms apply.

  • What is it supported in BPC about SSIS pkg

I have some problems implementing SSIS dtsx for BPC.
A package with a sequenct container, or with a user variable to use to setting a property, or with a task to call another dtsx doesn't function!.
Does exist any technical documentation (not a user guide, please!) that describes what it is supported in BPC about SSIS dtsx?
    Many thanks.

    Craig,
You can do Partition in AS DB.
There was a bug in AS that didn't keep partititon information but it was fixed.
    Please try it.
Also you can find How to document in here.

    All,
A very interesting NOTE to this thread. In order to try and get the "ignore permissions" box to show up in GET INFO (so I could execute Matt the Magician's solution to file sharing issues)-- I ran the terminal command for disabling ACLs on my internal HD / start up disk (as indicated in the linked thread to BDAqua's forum).
Although I understand that this was useless for disabling permissions on the start up disk (as everyone here pointed out) and allowing me to see the "ignore permissions" check box - somehow it did seem to fix my file sharing problem...and that was the root problem I wanted solved in the first place! After doing the terminal command and a quick reboot, I went in and tested file sharing on the chosen directory and I can create new files or work from existing files in the directory, with both users being able to modify / and save from both machines and each machine sees the revisions and can build from them. Bottom line - I'm stoked and want to thank everyone for their help.
The only other tweak I made was going over to my wife's machine and instead of using her log in / password, I just used my name and password to connect to my main machine that was sharing directories. Maybe that's what fixed the problem or the ACL disable but either way...I'm up and running the way I want to be.
Hope this thread helps anyone else who has these file sharing / permissions issues with Leopard. Especially for anyone wanting to do such a simple file sharing set up between 2 computers. I wish I understood exactly which tweak fixed the problem, but at least it works the way I want now.
So happy to be done w/this one!
Thx everyone. Any additional input on what solved it is welcome, so my curiosity is quelled...
    TC

  • What DE/Wms support Aero Snap natively ?

I've always been a GNOME user, but like lots of users Iately I start feeling annoyed by some things in GNOME 3. So I'm starting testing other DEs, and I realize I'm really dependent on the window snap feature.
What DE/WMs support it out of the box ?

It bears mentioning that this feature is just a (very) basic approximation of what you get with a tiling window manager
I've used wmii for quite a few years now, and I was overjoyed when I saw the 'snap' feature in Windows 7 -- finally, I could be slightly less annoyed when using the workstations at the university!
...but it's still nothing compared to a tiling wm. I like knowing exactly where the next window will appear, and not having to spend any time dragging windows around

  • What SAP component support Flash Island in Web Dynpro for ABAP?

    Hi  Experts,
What SAP component support Flash Island in Web Dynpro for ABAP? I don't find flash island control to place it in the view.
    Thanks,
    Duy

FlashIsland is a native UI element like table or image - not a reusable component like ALV.  What release level is your system?  FlashIsland is only available on NetWeaver 7.0 Enhancement Package 1 and higher.
Also the FlashIsland UI element must be a root UI element. Therefore it has be created in its own view.  Right mouse click on the ROOTUIELMENT in the UI element hierarchy and choose Swap UI Element Definition.

  • What output formats support the play speed settings on a PC using windows media player?

What output formats support the play speed settings on a PC using windows media player?
Here is my need. I need to take my video clips with me on my small PC and view them at slow speed. My playback PC is small and a little slow, so I cant have a very high bitrate. It uses an ATOM processor. It uses windows media player. I noticed the slow playback option is available in some formats when opened with windows media player, other formats--feature not available. What are the best output settings to save my clips on my small PC?

Just to add a few details:
    As stated, WMP 11.0.5xxx
    OS = XP-Pro SP3
    Intel Core2 Quad 2.66GHz
    RAM = 4GB
Graphics chip = nVidia GeForce 8800M (recent, but not latest nVidia driver)
    I/O = 3x SATA II 7200 RPM 250GB
    Virtual Memory = Static 10GB on D:\
WMV's play pretty well in both Slo-Mo and at about 2-3x speed

  • As of 2010, what mobile phones support JavaFX?

Hi guys! I'm going to deploy a javafx application on a mobile phone soon for my project.
Currently, as of March 16,2010, what mobile phones support JavaFX?
    Aside from Java's official recommendations:
    LG Incite, HTC Touch Diamond
Any information is deeply appreciated. I would love to hear from those who actually deployed their JavaFX apps on the mobile phones they will suggest here.
Note: I've searched the threads in this forum and google and most of them are outdated - posts from early last year.
Hope to see some comments real soon! :) Thanks in advance!

    Hi tsubaki,
The official JavaFX Mobile developer device is the HTC Diamond, however unofficially since the JavaFX Mobile developer stack is a Windows Mobile executable, you can unofficially (since it's not supported) run it on any Windows Mobile 6.x device. I've been running JavaFX Mobile 1.2 for Windows Mobile (http://javafx.com/downloads/windows.jsp) on an HTC HD2 device and have been getting some nice results. But, remember if you run on any device that is not the HTC Diamond, we cannot guarantee any level of support for it.
    Thanks,
    Hinkmond

  • What parts of the MacBook Air are really sensitive and easily damageable?

I've been with my mac for over 3 weeks now, and I'm worried that some of the ways people grab it or something might damage it & I would like to know so this comptuer lasts a long time. So far it hasnt fallen. Thanks guys
    Rebeca Estrella

well, you asked  "What parts of the MacBook Air are really sensitive"
not   "HOW is the easy way to damage one"
The easy way to damage one badly is from a spill.
the  SENSITIVE parts, as you asked are the LCD display.  They are by nature rather fragile creatures to be certain.
    Cleaning Your MacBook
Use a very lightly damp, soft (if you can squeeze the cloth very tightly and even a drop comes out, its still too damp), lint-free cloth to clean the computer’s exterior. Avoid getting moisture in any openings and be very careful not to get the damp cloth around the trackpad edges or around the inside edge between the monitor and its bezel. Do not spray any type of liquid directly on the computer. Do not use sprays, solvents, or abrasives; do not attempt to use any solvents on the LCD display either directly (especially!) or indirectly. There is never any call to use any type of lens cleaning solvents on the screen of your LCD display. Again, do not spray any liquid directly on the screen. Never use Kleenex, or paper towels, these are abrasive. Soft cotton cloth only or a microfiber lens cleaning cloth.
No rubbing alcoholic, no glass cleaners of any variety, no acetone, no lens cleaning sprays, no AR coating sprays, no sprays sold as "for your LCD TV", no sprays sold as "for your notebook display".  Water only, and never sprayed on, and never dripping wet even slightly on the cloth.
Use a soft paintbrush, lipstick lens-cleaning brush, or makeup brush for cleaning
One very useful tool for cleaning dust from the LCD screen, the hinge area of your notebook and around the keyboard, is a very soft inexpensive small paintbrush or a makeup brush. The less you wipe your LCD screen with anything like a cloth, the better. This small brush is very handy, quick, and ideal for removing dust from around and on your notebook. Lipstick lens cleaning brushes are sold online, and used in the photography business for camera lenses and are ideal perfect portable cleaning brushes for your macbook.
Dont press on your LCD screen or spray it
Do not attempt to use any solvents on the LCD display either directly (especially!) or indirectly. There is never any call to use any type of lens cleaning solvents on the screen of your LCD display. Do not spray liquid directly on the screen. Avoid any touching or pressure upon your LCD screen.
Also NEVER pack your Air in a backpack where books can press against the LCD assy.
Dont 'backpack' your Macbook Air without having special consideration
Many college students or people in general are fond of using non-idealized backpacks (without a padded laptop compartment) along with their books. Sandwiching books around your notebook etc. is an extremely bad idea and can lead to your LCD screen being destroyed when heavy textbooks are pressing against same, or when dropping your backpack, these books slam into your Macbook causing great potential for damage.
The other "sensitive" part isnt sensitive anymore ,the USB ports are upgraded in 2013 and are hard to cause tab damage on.
The other "sensitive" part would be the fan and dust bunnies.
Dust and fuzz residue caked onto the internal fan
    Dust bunnies and Fluffy’s fur
Your Macbook’s cooling system, including fan and rear vents pull cool air in from the back and (in the case of the Macbook pro) also from the left ports bringing this air around the processor, GPU, and heat sync and blow it out the back, as such your Macbook acts like a little vacuum cleaner of the air around you. If you use your notebook in a dusty area or around a lot of pet fur, this can quickly, even under seemingly ideal clean rooms, accumulate inside your notebook especially on the fan blades reducing its capacity for cooling and in a worse case scenario seize your fan due to caked on dust on the fan blades. Avoid very dusty areas or places where, over the long term you know fuzz, fur, or even smoke can enter into your Macbook.
