Trying to set up bt wifi and it wants my @btinternet or bt yahoo email address clicked on link to check what I have and it says no email associated with my account.
Can't seem to create one so can't use the free bt wifi any suggestions on how I get one?
I am a bt infinity customer if that helps, tried logging in to bt wifi with my bt Id (that I use to access bt.com) and it says I don't have broadband lol

To log onto BTWifi:
If you are an "old" BT customer you need to use your primary email address that you were given when you first signed up with BT. This will normally be an @btinternet.com or @btopenworld.com email address. If you find that @btinternet.com does not work try using @btopenworld.com.
If you are a "new" customer with BT you would not have been given a primary email address. You need to use your BTID, which needs to be an email address but not necessarily a BT email address, in order to log onto BTWifi.

If you don't already have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - when you can, then there are instructions on the page that you posted from on how to add one.

How do I findout what my BT email address is.

I've been a BT broadband customer for some time and as part of the setup i got a BT email address setup which i have never used as I run my own email system. The thing is that I have never received the BT openzone vouchers that I was supposed to as part of my broadband package, and it occurs to me that they may have been sent to my BT account.
I now have no idea what my BT email account is, and whilst I know i've lived without the Openzone access for ages I've just signed up here on the forum an thought that I might as well ask the question :-)

I have a new iphone. It asks me security questions to verify my identity. I forgot answers and therefore it sends information to my rescue email to change questions. How do I find out what my rescue email is?

You can't after losing the answers. If guessing doesn't work, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Cannot figure out what my BB email address is.

Is this a device you bought used?
Do you have a BB Data Plan?
Look at Options > Advanced > Default Services. Is there an email address or two listed there?
Then the previous user did not remove his account from the device first. You can't use his.
You will need to call the previous owner and ask them to call their carrier and ask to have the PIN of that BB removed from his account.
Then you can create your own BIS account with the carrier.

What is the email address for Verizon Customer Support?

You have the WORST support availablity in the Modern world. Your "Live Chat" cuts off every time you try to type something. Your Call Me feature does nothing. Your 800 number has a 30 minute wait to talk to somebody in Asia. how can you stand to work for a company who cares so little about its customers?
I want a direct email address to Customer Support like EVERY OTHER PHONE COMPANY HAS. I am about to dump your service entirely, and I won't do it by waiting online or on the phone - I will just cut the copper line and call the Pennsylvania PUC about the Fraud you are perpetrating.

FYI, you're primarily talking to other customers here.
As you've seen, Verizon doesn't do support by email.
When I call Verizon I try to do it during weekday business hours. That often gets me a helpful representative located in the states. It helps if you get to the retention people by selecting the options to cancel service.

What is an email address I can contact for product replacement inquires?

Hello Apple Community:
Would anyone possibly know a direct email address for contacting "product replacement" for a first gen iPod nano? Apple has had it for well over a month and it still only says "Product Replacement Pending."
An email address would be great, but I would appreciate a phone number as well.

I'm trying to change my primary email address to what my emergency email address used to be, but it won't let me.

I changed my emergency email address a couple of weeks ago, so I can use the one that was the emergency as my primary, but it won't recognise that that email address is no longer the emergency

I use Mozilla Firefox almost exclusively. Yesterday morning I logged onto my HughesNet WebMail as usual and it downloaded, I could move items to inbox folders but I could not open any mail. Not in the inbox, the sent box, spam or trash. I do not use any other auxiliary mail box...just my webmail.
I tried periodically during the day yesterday and nothing happened...could not open anything.
I went over to IE and it opened everything fine.
I notified HughesNet of the problem and they replied that I should report it to you as the problem is probably on your side.

I tried to report this on the hughes site on your trouble page and it never went thru.

It is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.
