I TRY THE CALL SUPPORT BUT THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO GO TO APPLE SUPPORT I WAS SO CONFUESS WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MAKE A APPLE ID NEW ONE WOULD IT MISS UP THE ITUNE CARD I PUT N $100.47 THREE DAYS AGO AND MY ID IS STILL LOCKED!! WOULD I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I MAKE A NEW APPLE ID??

If you haven't received the email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

If you have music that was purchased on different iTunes accounts than the one you use, then you must provide the password, otherwise the tunes are not considered yours. You can turn off iCloud and just use the usual USB sync method. But I wonder whether you'll have the same problem?

Even if I'm not despertate, creating a new Id is good Idia. But I think I must create another email address also since I can't use the first email adress as an apple id for the new one. Is there a way to change my rescue email after I've set the security questions and forgotten the answers?

I am in high school and I made my Apple ID account at least 3 years ago in middle school and I used my school email as the recovery email. I have forgotten the correct response to my security questions and I no longer have access to my old school email and I was wondering if there was a way to change that email now. I have changed the "Alternate Apple ID" email to one that I do have access to, but it didn't change the recovery email. I was wondering if there is a way to change that one so I can access iTunes on other devices.

The rescue email address and alternate email addresses are different settings/addresses on an account, you won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When I choose 'security questions' and give the answer to the question: who or name your oldest sibling and I give the answer, it is rejected and I know who my brothers are. What's up with that?

Which website are you referring to?
Is it Apple's, a bank, or ?
If it keeps being rejected, you may have to contact the website. It might have been something as simple as a typo when you first entered that information. I'd try the "forgot my password" link and try to reset that - once you've able to do that, you should be able to go to your account settings and check/change the security questions/answers.

Apple does not have support for Afghanistan directly, so you would be better off using the link Niel provided, https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html and leave the Country blank and see if you can get the store support staff to respond.
This comes up for several countries where there is no suport and all we can do is suggest trying that form to try for help.

What does error 261 mean and why does iTunes backup fail in version 7.3?

I made a backup of my purchased music (all single items) in the previous version of iTunes for Windows. Now with version 7.3 for Windows I keep getting error 261:
After inserting a blank CDRW, CDR, or DVD+RW (all previously without any problems in older iTunes versions) and selecting File -> Back Up to Disc, iTunes says: "Checking items for backup..." after which it shortly says: "Burning Disc... Initializing"
To abrubtly end with: The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (261).
I used various burning options, including AUDIO and DATA CD, to no avail. The differences with my previous backup are:
- more tracks;
- complete albums;
- DRM free items (upgraded);
- audiobooks.
Although my main iPod contains the complete library (luckily it is small), I can use it for backup purposes, but after re-installing Windows and iTunes, my iPod would not be recognised and my data would be lost.

You are not doing anything wrong. This and many other errors have cropped up since version 7.3 was released.
For now, the solution is to go back to version 7.2 where everything worked correctly.

You can't reset your security questions withour knowing the previous answers. You may wish to contact itunes store support for further help. Here's how to submit your ticket for that:

Follow these steps:
All Products and Services > iTunes > iTunes Store > Account Management > iTunes Store account security
Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply.
