What does the S10e's serial number look like

I just had the most frustrating time calling Lenovo service about my new IdeaPad S10e.
They tell me the serial number is not that of an IdeaPad but a Thinkpad.
I checked the S/N on the shipping box and on the bottom of the IdeaPad and they
match.
The model is an: 4187-39U I pruchased it from Provantage.com but the same
model is sold at Buy.com and other eTailers.
My serial number looks like this:
L#ACW#H (where # are numbers)
It's 7 characters long. I also check the BIOS and that matches too.
Lenovo says IdeaPad's have 10 character S/N's.
So at this point nobody will talk to me about a service question.
I just want to know if I have a HD failure the recovery partition is
useless so how do a get an OS on the replacement HD.
God forbid that should ever happen.

If your iPod keeps on showing it and you can't control it and make it go away then ye. But don't worry it happened to me just restore it or upgrade it sometimes putting it into dfu mode helps or connecting it to the computer

What is license number? is it the same with serial number?

Hi My company global IT needs me to provide a license number to them for all adobe photoshop installed in my users computer. I don't know what they mean about license number. Is it the same with the 20 digit serial number that i can find in the system information that starts with "9"? i dont want to provide them with the activation key in the box. You need to ask your company global IT what the actually want from you in detail so you understand what they want since you do not understand what they want. With CC you need a subscription, Don't give then your personal Adobe user ID and Password for your Adobe account that has your subscription associated. Older Adobe products were supplied with a install key serial number on the CD or DVD jacket or induced in your download order. If your product is supplied to you by your company they should have all the required information for what they gave you. They need to keep track of site licences.

Adobe took down the CS and CS2 activation servers, but they put up a version of CS2 for those who previously had a license to it.
You will need to download the software from here, and use the serial number given on these pages. Follow the directions on this link, and you will soon be up and running again.

Adobe Photoshop Serial Number Problem

One of my friend has lost his Adobe Photoshop serial number. What to do? There is any way to recover it.

It should be on the media the bought.

Setup.exe gives a "LANG_LIST has some locales which does not match with the locale of serial number"

I ran the Adobe Customization Wizard XI to create a transform file and now when run setup.exe it always come with the error "LANG_LIST has some locales which does not match with the locale of serial number".
It does the same thing when using msi with the command : msiexec /i AcroPro.msi TRANSFORMS=AcroPro.mst /qb!

I don't know what goes wrong as took my serial number on my profile from the adobe web site, same thing for the download of the software.
Does it means that the serial number provided was invalid for deploying ?
NB.: My goal is to deploy our Acrobat XI through SCCM in silent mode and I don't know if there is extra consideration for that. For now it's only not working at the command line.
Another important point is that the install works great without customization ! If I just run the setup.exe from freshly extracted files and I use my serial number, everything is working fine.
So what goes wrong ?

I retried installing the initial package in French on a Windows 7 English and the software installed properly in French.
As I used to work with virtuals for those tests, I rolled back my virtual and redo my test installation with chosing to install it in English on my Windows 7 English and again the installation finished properly but I was surprised when I realized that even if I chose English as language, the software was running in French !
Of course I can change the language settings (in the edit-preferences-language) to follow the operating system witch is nice.
That gave me the cue I needed to know. I started from scratch my customization with choosing only the French language in the "Application Languages" and I left the MUI Languages blank and saved the .mst
I ran again the same command : msiexec /i AcroPro.msi TRANSFORMS=AcroPro.mst /qb!
And everything works fine.
NB.: As I used the .msi directly, of course I had to install the prerequirement Visual C++ 2010 first. Otherwise the installation failed without any error message.

In GET_S_STRUCT method iam getting all attributes but serial number is not filled..So could you please help here what to do..
