What's the best sleeve to get for my X230?

I'm wondering since I'm going around Amazon, I live in the UK. But college is coming up and my X230 needs smaller but still decent protection. Carrying two bags will become a chore.
Which should I go for? I'd like something strong, but snuggly fit and it won't damage the system itself. Hoping that the build isn't so horrible.
Owner of: ThinkPad SL510, X131e, X230 (not fond of)

If she needs to run Windows apps, she can, and there are a number of applications that are cross-platform (the ubiquitus MicroSoft Office for example).

I agree with Larry that a Mac with an SSD boot drive and addtional standard drive is blazingly fast. I have an iMac setup that way and it boots in 14 seconds. With the system and applicaitons and iPhoto library on the SSD drive and most other documents, backup photos, etc. on the std. drive. it works beautifully. However, I do not let the free space on the SSD drive get less than 50 GB.
I also have an external HD that I sue with Time Maching to backup both my SSD and standard drive in the iMac.

What's the best MacBook to get for dual boot (SL & Lion)

I want to get a MacBook pro i7 13" that I can set up with both a Snow Leopard & a Lion boot partition so I can test apps on both. (Plus maybe add a bootcamp partition).
Can I just buy a new machine with Lion and be able to repartition and add Snow Leopard, or should I look for a previous generation one. (I'd like to configure it with an SSID and max out the RAM. I also want to be able to hook up an external monitor to it).
Are there any "gotchas" I need to worry about.

If you create a Boot Camp partition, then you can only have it and the OS X partition. You cannot add a third partition. If you do then Boot Camp can no longer restore your disk if needed.
Not all of the newest Macs are able to run Snow Leopard or require a version of Snow Leopard that is not publicly available.
You can find out all the rest by just going to the Apple Store and examining the technical specs for each model.

What is the best computer to get for editing?

I currently use Avid Xpress Pro on an iMac G5. I can't run FCP on it because it doesn't have an Intel Processor. So, I want to get a new computer and was thinking of either getting a 17" MacBook Pro and connect it to an external monitor, or a Mac Pro. Any suggestions? Are there any limitations to getting a MacBook Pro to run Final Cut Studio? I'll mostly be using FCP and DVD Studio Pro.

Haven't done it myself, but seems like the correct workflow would be:
From GarageBand (iOS), My Songs -> select song -> Send to iTunes
From iMovie HD (iOS), My Project -> Insert Media -> select by song name
I'm not sure if GB creates its own playlist for tagging exported songs in your iTunes library so selecting by name would be the next-best method.

Not so sure of that "just plain logic." Allowing sleep too often will cause wear on the drive -- excessive spin up and spin down. Temperature permitting, a drive will last longer if just left running.
For other hardware, a lot will have to do with the internal temps. When it's quite hot here, I allow the computer to sleep more often. But otherwise, it's a bit of this and a bit of that. I wouldn't personally recommend running 24/7, although I know of several here who claim they do, with no apparent adverse effects over many years.

Find My iPhone is good for misplaced iPhone but not good for thief and it was never meant to be.
You chance of getting it back is very small.
There are a few things you can try.
Try remote lock/wipe your iPhone through Find My iPhone.
