IPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8 is not posting English birth dates, only Chinese. Can anyone help?

This is a known issue with Yahoo email account, do a search in the top right yahoo email and you'll see a bunch of thread about it.
This isn't an issue with your phone.
Try using the yahoo app.

I've gotten defensive after reading the forums. The forums are full of posters just looking to prove someone wrong or stupid, rather than being helpful. I shouldn't have assumed you were one of those people. Sorry.
I did my homework and discovered that my PowerPC will run Leopard. It can be purchased for $129 by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE. This is much cheaper than replacing my laptop.
I hope to upgrade my Mac soon, though! Can't believe this thing is still ticking. I love Apple. -
I can't print using airprint from my iPhone 4. Everything with the phone and the printer and router are up to date. I can print from my iPad 2 with no problems. What's wrong with the iPhone 4?
I just wanted to leave a note that it's working now. I'm not sure if it was the latest iTunes update that got it working or that i decided to start a new library instead of using the one i had backed up on Windows 8 (it didn't occur to me to check using the old library when i re-installed iTunes). But if anyone is having this problem, it might be worth trying again with a new installation of iTunes to see if the latest update works for you, and if not, try using a fresh library instead of a backup (by fresh library i mean discard your old library completely and start a new library, not just restore as new iPhone, a whole new library).

Issue: I synced my iphone with itunes, I then deleted many songs from the iphone, when I sync to itunes again is there any way to have itunes duplicate what it sees on the iphone rather than the other way around?
so, if I delete all music on itunes then connect my iphone all my music on the iphone will then be deleted?

sorry but I think this wrong, I know that in Colombia there and two of the three operators already have 4G/LTE networks, what happens is that the iPhone should be expected to send the update software for computers that have this tercnologia activate them, that my Iphone or receiving 5 supports 4G LTE,

What's up with the Iphone-5 that my wife and I just purchased? Neither one is now connecting to my WiFi Network. All other devices in my home network work fine, including my old Droidx. Did we just make a mistake by switching to the Iphone 5?
I never said the devices are used concurrently. I imagine that if they were there would be a limit. What is being pointed out is that devices of various types, such as PSs of various manufacturers, I-Pods, I-pads, laptops of various manufacturers, gaming devices, etc., when family comes to visit, have no issue logging in to my home Wi-Fi. While I love Apple devices, why is it that when I buy the best and the latest I have an issue. In the end it turns out that the solution is quite simple, "before connecting to the home network, update the router software". If this caution is there, I missed it and telling folks to re-initialize the router simply will not do it because, as was explained to me, the I-phone 5 is not compatible with "Security Encryption:WEN". I am not a computer wiz, therefore I cannot tell you if that statement is correct, but telling people to re-boot the router will not work in this instance.

I was trying to indicate that I have noticed the upp part of the iPhone 3g has a sensor(s) above the ear piece. If this area is covered while talking on the phone I have noticed that when the conversation is over. The iPhone is blank. If I expose this area, the iPhone screen is once again visable.

Does anyone know what's up with the iPhone 4s' battery life? Some days it last a long time and other days it drains extremely fast.
Not to point out the obvious, but battery life depends very much on what is running and how much the device is being used.
If the battery lasts longer on a day you make no phone calls, but lasts less the day you make 5 hour long calls, this is to be expected.
If however the iPhone has the same level of use on both days, with different power consumption, this would infer a background process (or App) is trying to do something (connecting to server or creating a back up etc).
I switched off all thrid party apps from being included in my iCloud backup, which saves a huge amount of space on the cloud and allows the back up to take barely a couple of minutes.
Battery life seems ok so far on my 64GB 4S (Bluetooth on, Wi-Fi on, Location Services on, Push notifications on, Screen set to just under half brightness with Auto Adjust on) -

My friend just sold me his iPhone 3GS since he is buying a new one. He says that I need to update the OS version of the phone to iOS 6.0 by using iTunes.
I downloaded iTunes and tried to update it but it now says the error:

I have read some existing queries regarding the above error and I have did some of the workarounds mentioned but it is still not solved. My network settings are updated, network carrier is correct even the ICCID displayed is not blank.

Okay so my iphone is kind of messed up. I have a music problem ( in that in speeds it up, even though i changed headphones and it randomly pauses music) i have a slowness issue like most people, but to get frm the lock screen to messages it takes a matter of minutes, it takes 1 minute to get to the screen for me to enter my password and a minute or two to type it in and load then another minute to get on messages! im really annoyed. apple are suppose to be the best company out but with so many problems with their iphones i am really not believing this!
whenever i try to restore my iPhone 3G, i get the message 'the iphone softwae server could not be contacted'. my network settings are FINE. as i am on the internet. what is going on!? it wouldn't work last night either. i want to get back to 3.0 without jailbreaking obviously.
