What's with the multiple home screens in 11.1.4.62?

In addition to 11 pages of home screens, some of which have only one app, I have a screen category called Finance and another called Photoggrapy. How can I change the screen names in iTunes?
iPhone 5s. Windows 7. Itunes 11.1.4.62

Did you upgrade from a PPC to an Intel?
Intels use a different format to partition than PPCs
I think it only matters for the boot drive but it may make a difference

When scrolling vertically there is an horizontal line which causes distorsion of the screen. I do not have noticed such concern on my iMac or on my macbook. What happen with the macpro ?

I hate that with ios 7 my bookmarks show up on the safari home screen. Is there a way to remove the icons from the screen without deleting my bookmarks completely?

I have recently updated to ios 7. On my safari home screen there are my favorites listed. I absolutely hate it. Is there anyway to remove the bookmarks from the safari home screen without deleting my bookmarks completely? I am resisting the urge to throw the whole **** thing away and buy another tablet. Please help me! I usually love the updates but I feel ios 7 is more than I can bare. If I wanted Window's crappy format I would have bought a Microsoft product!

On your safaris home screen is a square icons consisting of your favorites and the IOS 7 favorites ( Disney,Apple,Yahoo,Etc) and I knew I wouldn't use these so I wanted to learn how to delete them. So, after messing around a few times with them, I realized how easy it was to delete them. All you have to do is go to the top right corner of your homepage and click on the book icon (found left of the cloud icon). Once you click on it, your history for safaris searches should come up. On the top left corner above your history should be " <Bookmarks " written in blue. Click on that and a list consisting of these should come up ( top to bottom of list ) FAVORITES / HISTORY / GOOGLE /BING / IPAD USER GUIDE. Click on FAVORITES. Your list on the favorites on your home screen should come up. Simply slide over the item to your left (EX.. Yahoo) and a DELETE button in red should come up. Click delete and your done, the icons should disappear on your home screen. Only bad is that you have to delete them from your favorites too.

What is going on with the Iphone4 home button. I see lots of people having issues, but not resolution. I am running 4.2, but based on what I have read, 4.3 does not help. Apple has to do something about this, as it is affecting lots of people.

No they do not and no it is not affecting a large portion of the user community.
If it is an actual hardware issue, the only fix is to repair or replace the hardware.
If it is a software issue, restoring as new will fix it.

I'm a simple user, with many needs, i install so many wonderfull apps from nokia store, and test apps from nokia beta labs.
there is so many widgets and apps i use, and probably there is so many people that has the same problem.
there is no enough space on the home screen to put all widgets i going to use,
nokia never updates a phone between operative systems, so is imposible a update from symbyan s60 to symbian^3 and this feature is necesary
i recently find "spb shell" this giveme multiple desktops thats cool, but i can't use all the nokia widgets so i may ask if there is a plan o posibility of a update to s60 to make this posible.
and if is not posible the creation into nokia labs of a program like spb shell that create a fake multiple desktop but compatible with the nokia widgets, with a look and fell like the current home screen do.
please all people with this problem post here to aks for this feature is going to make your phone more friendly

Used to think the same way. But there is only so many apps that I used regularly, which meant that many apps sat on the home screen, was never used regularly and it only looked good that I 've filled up the screen.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.

Has Apple turned into big brother? What is with the analyzing of my volume size with the new update?

Downloaded latest update 7-27 and all I can say is it is the most pitiful piece of feces I have ever seen. Letters are blue with black background and you can't read **** because of the contrast . What was wrong with the white letters and black background, nothing except some idiot has to justify his miserable existence by making changes on a system that was just fine. Contacts are another issue now that it takes anywhere from 3 to 5 steps to get there. Unlocking the phone is another one , why should I have to unlock it just to have another screen to ask me where to go. I have been on the phone with Verizon as well as going to the store for help in deciphering this new pitiful update. The answers from the help at the stores is to email Google or Verizon about these issues .I purchased the original droid in dec. of 2009 and was happy with it. then upgraded to the razr jan 2012 and have been pleased with it till this latest update and now If I could get anything else I would, another thing is I would NOT recommend the droid to anyone for purchase.I have even tought about getting the iphone at this point because I am so dissatisfied . when I decided to post this I tried the user name of irked , it was taken as well as ******, so apparently I'm not the only disgusted user.

Folders & apps are locked when moved onto the 2nd home screen

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me. My little boy has a Playbook and he's moved a folder full of games from his home screen onto the 2nd home screen (when you swipe it across to the left).
When the folder has moved over it's now locked. We can't open it or move it back onto the 1st home screen.
I opened his Facebook on his first home screen and it opened fine but I've tested it and swiped that also onto his 2nd home page and that app is now locked and won't open or move.
Could someone please let me know why it's doing this and if I can move them back across??

Ipad icons shaking, NOT the customize home screen!

I've had an ipad now for about 2-3 months. While using it regardless of the app, the icons start moving randomly moving side to side and the search screen will show up along with the keyboard. This is NOT the customize home screen shaking that have a black x to remove apps, etc. This was happening before and after iOS6 upgrade so it has nothing to do with the OS upgrade, it seems to be a hardware issue.

internet, email, sending/receiving pics, facebook, twitter, etc are using part of the basic 2 gig allowance for data.

Currently, I can copy ONE tab's url and nothing else (not its name). Or I can bookmark all tabs that are open. You should definitely be able to upload multiple files by Shift-clicking or Ctrl-clicking the files you want to upload. Just to make sure you don't have an old version of the service cached, please clear the browser cache and then log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. After clicking the File Upload icon in the upper-right corner, you should be able so select multiple files for upload.

Unfortunately, iCloud does not offer equivalents to Mobile Me’s iDisk, Gallery or Web Hosting services. You will need to find a third party solution to replace these services. You might consider DropBox, SugarSync, MediaFire or any other service that offers online storage. (not all these alternatives offer all the services previously provided by iDisk)
