What's wrong my iPhone 4? (See picture)

Here's a picture of it: It was used on T Mobile with a Gevey. The slider doesn't say slide to unlock, it says slide for emergency calls only. I have an activated AT&T SIM card since my wife has an activated 3GS with them and I have a microSIM cutter and adapter so will this help? I've tried restoring and I always get an error message. I have the latest version of iTunes with Windows XP. It'll be helpful if I could fix it and still use Gevey.

Jailbreaking iPhones voids your warranty with Apple, and you also forfeit your ability to get any help from Apple, including from this forum.
You'll have to go elsewhere for help.

Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.

I bought an iphone 4 from apple oline strore .
When i got the case , i feel very happy，but discover is the beginning of a nightmare.
I found the phone has a clear signs of being cut off, so I called customer service for replacement. Wait for a month, the new had arrived, so up to apply for a new phone Internet service.
But when i try to call a friend to share the joy, i found not hear his voices. So I called to customer service again, ask to see how it is.
God, need replacement again, but have to wait a month, without any compensation.
I'm going crazy out .

I feel your frustration. It sounds like you have tried every legitimate option. Make a genius bar reservation at your nearest Apple store and let them know. So long as there is no extensive physical damage, they will be able to swap it out for you at no cost. Good luck!

It was replaced by the iPhone 5C, which is essentially the same phone except for the case, better LTE converage and a larger battery.

Mail on OSX10.7.3 rejects my pswrd with the following message " iCloud IMAP server “p02-imap.mail.me.com” rejected the password for user xx."
This has started this morning. The account on OSx10.7.3 had been working with no problems before today.
The mail connection doctor shows a green light against iCloud service. I can access the mail service with the same account details on an iPad or using safari to access mail on icloud.com.

I am seeing the same erratic behavior across all my devices (2 mountian lion macs, iphone).
however, I am able to receive new mail (although maybe some is not getting to me?)
I am seegin behaviors like archive folder empty, vips, empty, mail on mac repeatedly showing mail activitiy downloading all (thousands) of messages. On my iphone, intermittently i have no folders other than my inbox. i refresh and somethimes they come back.

Let me see if I can help you with the basic WDS configuration steps:
Note: To help facilitate the setup, temporarily connect the AXn directly to the AEBS LAN port using an Ethernet cable. Once the setup is complete, you can move the AXn to the desired location. For all configuration steps you will be using the AirPort Utility. Before starting, be sure to jot down the AppleIDs for both base stations.
802.11g AirPort Extreme Base Station (AEBS) Configuration
AirPort Utility > Select the AEBS > Manual Setup > Wireless tab
Wireless Mode: Participate in a WDS network
Manual Setup > WDS tab
WDS Mode: WDS main
Allow wireless clients (checked)
WDS Remotes: <enter the AppleID for the AXn here>
Click on Update and allow the base station to restart.

I tried connecting to iTunes and neither the PC nor iTunes recognizes the device. I went through all the troubleshooting on the Apple website for this issue and nothing worked. I've reinstalled iTunes, the driver, everything and still can't get either the PC or iTunes to recognize the phone. I don't know what else to do :-( any help or suggestions are highly appreciated!
I would hate to have lost all my info, especially contacts and calendar items since I have no idea what was backed up prior to the phone getting locked on this screen. I've been told that my only option is to go to the phone carrier and they will reset it for me, but that means it will wipe out all the info.
I hope someone has a fix other than that one.

This is called "no backlight problem". Try a Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart, usually takes 10 seconds of holding both buttons.
This problem is usually due to Liquid Damage to iPhone, either Logic Board component or LCD Display.
If you have Warranty or AppleCare Coverage, hope it is not Liquid Damage and make Genius Reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution.
