I have a following question: What SAP-modules can be SAP HR integrated with? What HR objects and business processes could be involved in integration. What are the main advantages of this kind of integration.

The best advantage of SAP HCM is that we have Integration with other Modules
as per as SAP HCM i worked integration with FICO , SD
Business objects form FICO side will be Cost Center
and there are many Advantages with the integrations with other modules

Yes , ECM can be integrated with Oracle EBS (enterprise business suite) and other Oracle Apps as well like Peoplesoft , Siebel etc .

What Function Module can be used to create vendor master data in SAP R/3?

Hello -
I've been trying to find a standard SAP delivered BAPI that can be used to create vendor master records in ECC 6.0. Up to this point I have not been able to do so. With SAP MDM solutions and SRM solutions it seems logical that SAP would deliver a standard BAPI that can be used to create vendor master records in the ERP/R3 environment (similar to the BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEREPLICA for creating material master data records).
I have been able to find BAPI_VENDOR_CREATE but this only calls the online transaction and does not offer much additional functionality beyond what transaction code XK02 already offers.
The next best alternative appears to be IDOC_INPUT_CREDITOR but our preference would be to not use IDOCs for the project we are working on.
Can anyone offer any insight or personal experience on how vendor master records have been successfully interfaced with SAP R/3? Did you have to use IDOCs or create a custom RFC call? Thanks for the help!

Quite a gap in the BAPI arsenal. I think the options are IDoc, which you don't want, good old program RFBIKR00 (requires flat file for input, can be used via LSMW) or DIY (very complex).

SAP R/3 4.6 C Integration with Active Directory

Dear Friends,
We have a requirement to Integrate Active Directory User Authentication to SAP User authentication. Currently we are using following systems in our organization:
SAP R/3 4.6 C Kernel 46D
SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP4
Currently users are logging into Individual SAP systems with ther own User ID and passwords and they need to remember all the system passwords.
We are not looking for EP for SIngle Sign on.
Do we have any option to Integrate Active Directory User authentication with these 2 SAP systems using SSO method ?

Depending on the server OS (Linux, Solaris, Windows, etc) and client (web browser, SAP GUI, etc), you can accomplish this several different ways ranging from using features provided by SAP directly ([SAP GUI and Windows to Windows|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp2/helpdata/en/44/0ebf6c9b2b0d1ae10000000a114a6b/frameset.htm] for example) or by [several third party vendors|http://ecohub.sdn.sap.com/irj/ecohub/solutions?query=%22active+directory%22].

after this i have done disturbuted installation for sap .
when i switch node A (ci ) to NODE B (db) system workd fine
but when i swtich NODE B (db ) to NODE A (CI)
nighter my dabatase start nighter sap starts

its seems issue of db post installation steps in cluster enivorment everyhting is installed on SAN

Yes, you can keep your facebook contacts out of your contacts app.
Open system preferences>mail, contacts, and calendars>(your facebook account)>contacts
There should be a check box for contacts, if you uncheck it, your facebook contacts/friends should not end up in your contacts app.
I'm not 100% sure, sorry, I don't have facebook integration activated on my Mac.

What Netgear router can I buy to use with BT Infin...

I'm finding that the BT Hub 3 is totally unusable - it drops the wireless connection every 5 secons or so, I have tried changing to various channels 2,6,11 still the same problem
I've always had Netgear routers in the past and have never had any issues with them, can someone please recommend a good Netgear router that will work with BT Infinity

Lotus Notes have an SMTP gateway/connector your client will be able to
use it for sending emails. Be aware that the gateway should not use SMTP

I am good in Enterprise Portal administration and Development.I got strange doubt here.What exactly i can call SAP Portal in Netweaver platform.Can i call it as Application integrater.I discussed with some of them they are telling its not at all an application integration tool.Then what exactly i can tell enterprise Portal in Netweaver platform.AS for knowledge i think XI is Process integrator and EP is Application integrater.Needs others opinion.
