What settings does the MTS footage need so I can edit in CS4?

Hi guys,
I have imported AVCHD MTS files from a Sony camera into CS4. The audio is fine but, completely out of sync with the footage before or after editing.
I've looked through the forum and tried a few ideas but can't seem to get the right answer for my situation.
Please help girl going mad.

My mate's camera is a SONY HDR-XR520 and the settings are as follows.
1920 x 1080
25fps
pixel 1:0000
48kHz
16 Bit
16:9
I've used all of the AVCHD settings in Premiere CS4 i.e. all four 1080i settings and all five 1080p settings.
The audio is fine but the picture cannot keep up with the audio.
I've had CS4 for about a year.

Maybe I'm approaching the problem the wrong way. My problem is that I installed a new HDD in my laptop after cloning it to a backup drive, and I wanted to install the OS after formatting the drive using Disk Utilities from my desktop machine. Since I had Lion installed from the App Store as a paid download, I thought I'd start with a freshly downloaded install of Lion, but I can't access the internet directly with my laptop since it has no OS or apps. I believe it maps via CSS. I don't believe you can change this behaviour.
If you generate printed documentation, it is NOT possible to import the review comments.

Where did your files come from and what are you trying to do with them.
BTW, if what you are trying to do involves starting with commercial, copy protected DVDs, using HB, and then making copies of those commercial DVDs, we can not help you here under the Apple Forum Terms of Use. Sorry.

We currently have 3 domains for BPEL. We use them because they a) serve different purposes, b) we tweak the domain level threads.
I believe bpel manager will, by default, connect to the which ever domain starts with the letter closest to A.
I also think the user account is orabpel, which connects to the bpel schema.

May I please ask, what exactly does the TV check when I choose "check network connection"?
In other words, when I click the "check network connection", what IP address / servers and ports does it communicate to? What checks does it do?
Because my TV cannot establish a network connection via settings, but the browser works perfectly well,
I would like to carry out the same checks of "check network connection" on my PC.
Then, if failed also on my PC, I would turn to my ISP with the results, as I believe it is the one to fault.

I've been trying a few 3rd party apps which use the m7 in the iPhone 5s. None of them work. Also there seem to be no apps both built in motion activity under the privacy menu in settings.

Exactly what settings does migration assistant migrate?

I am using migration assistant to transfer information to a new mac. My question is this: At the "Select Items to Migrate" screen you have the options of selecting Users, Applications, Settings, etc... Under the Settings Section, you can select/deselect "Time Zone" "Machine" and "Network." Exactly what settings in the Mac OS is transfered when you select Machine and Network? I know Directory Binding settings and computer name is transfered when you check "Machine." What else does "Machine" transfer? What network related settings are imported when you select "Network?"

Yes, but you will not be able to erase it without the password if Find My iPhone is turned on. If you need to reset your iCloud password, read here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617. Of course, you can't reset the password unless it is your iCloud ID.
