What should I do If I've already got serial number for update to Mountain Lion but I can't
I brought my Macbook Pro on 26 June 2012 so I can upgrade to OSx Mountain Lion for free.
After I tried to claim serail number but I was stuck in step three (my internet access down when I was moving to last step)
Now I'm try and try to do that again but it's said that I've already got serial number so what should I do?
How can I get Osx Mountain Lion?
Your only option will be to contact iTunes Store support and see if they can help you. Click on this link and choose the Account Management option, and create a new case with iTunes Support.

Could be many things, we should start with this...
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at the top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair. Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.) -
I upgraded to OS X mountain lion, but now can't open any of my office documents - what can i do?
Can anyone help me here? I had no idea that my version of office would become inaccessible once I upgraded to Mountain Lion. What do I need to do to gain access to these important documents?
Office 2004 Applications Won't Work in Lion
You must have Office 2004 which is a PPC-only suite and will not work in Lion. You need to upgrade to Office 2011 - Mactopia - or you can try the freeware suite, Libre Office, that is functionally similar to Office 2007 for Windows except it works on Lion.

You did not buy Mt Lion from the Mac App Store because it came with the system pre-installed. So it will not show in your purchases area.
No you do not have to buy it again if you want to reinstall it. You use the Recovery system to do that and it can be done over and over again at no charge to you.
You can use either the built in Recovery HD partition that is on the internal hard drive of your Mac or the Online Internet Recovery system that boots the computer from over the internet from the Apple servers.

What a horrible way to treat customers. I was due for updates on my phones and thought I should maybe check some other prices but have been with Verizon for 20 yrs so ended up there. I got 2 new IPhones 5s and the wife couldn’t decide what she wanted so she stayed with old phone but this locked me into a new 2 yr contract . Within a wk one of the new iPhones started turning on and of like 10 –15 times a day. Wk 2 it turned off and would not turn on again . It was my sons who was in college at the time so we talked and he took it in to a Verizon store where he was told I need to come in since the account was in my name. He was away from home , Verizon could see on account it was his phone they said it was not abused, they could not even turn it on , they sold me the phone give him another phone maybe even a loaner till he gets another. So now I need to go to store and explain to 3 different people this is my phone and my son has it and I need a new one. what a waste of time after about 2 hrs and talking to different people and yes they said there were notes on his account from other person he had talked to from different store. So I finally walk out with a receipt in hand and being told I would have a new phone in a couple days. As I sat in my vehicle thinking this is stupid I looked at my receipt and noticed it said droid on it so back into Verizon I went. The salesman said that’s what your son has on his account. My son had activated a friends old phone so he has one since VERIZON REFUSED to give him one. Another hr 3 people and yes they can see he had a new iPhone and notes on it from other store. Sometimes sorry just doesn't do it. I was now late for a appointment . Now I walk out and have been told I will get a new iPhone in the mail in about 2 wk Yes 2 wks again I bought it there just give me a new one and you send old one back. I will also get a new droid that I have to send back because they said they cant cancel it . In about 3 days I get the Droid and sent it back Verizon mistake and a waste of my time . After waiting over 2 wks and not receiving a new iPhone back to Verizon I went . I am now bitter at Verizon after doing 20 yrs of business with them. 3 people 1 hr later I was told it got delivered to my post office . I got the tracking num called the post office and they say o yes that was the droid. Go back in to Verizon another hr of explaining I walk out being told I will get a new iPhone in a couple of days, We’ll see . Once again I got the phone in your store just give me a new one . Do you realize how much of my time you have wasted ? do you care? O what is Your Policy ? How many Billion did you make last year ? I am Locked into a new 2 yr contract . Why don’t you just release me ? After 20 yrs do you think I will ever renew my contract ?
Simple process. If an iPhone go to the Apple Store and not Verizon

Once you are in Recovery Mode, it's too late to do any backup. I am afraid you are going to lose your data.

My Master card card was rejected in the US store, it was issued in Jordan from Jordan Ahli Bank! However, it is accepted in the Jordanian store, any reason why? and what should i do to get to use the US store for future purchases?
Because they are the terms of use of the stores - terms from the US store :

And similar terms apply to all other country's iTunes stores. Part of the reason is licensing (Apple can only sell content where the providers have granted them licenses to sell it), amd part might be due country's laws (some country's have restrictions as to what can be sold within their country). What should I do if Leopard does not come with Excel for Mac STUDENT EDITION, and I am on a low budget because my parents insist that I should save the money until I finish High School.. BTW I am only 13 yrs old.
Do you think I should save up the money, but I really need it too. I can't really afford it when I have to save up my money for future uses.
Do you think I should use my Debit card and buy the Microsoft Home office (excel for mac) which is $199.99 but I have also heard a lot of things for the Leopard too. That I would have to upgrade my RAM and everything, but I don't think I have that kind of money, and I certainly do not want to borrow money from the bank and I am defineately not going to spend money on that stuff. I think I should have brought the Macbook Pro.
Did you think that a Macbook with only 1GB of memory and 2 GHz of the CPU speed is good enough? I also want to run windows on it too.
Do you people think that I would have to buy a virus scanner for the windows one? I really don't want to, and I'd rather know about this now because I really need it.
What do you think I should do?

Then download OpenOffice for free. It should do everything you need.

It is plenty good enough. 2 GB of RAM, however, would be very helpful. Plus RAM is quite cheap. Windows is not cheap.

Don't bother with it. Surf the web and check your mail on the Mac side and you should be fine. -

Berndh38291059 what version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you installing? Do you receive any specific error messages?
