What should I do if I've got a problem and can't contact with call center
Hello guys. I just did purchase iphone4 from online store and just received it last Monday 15th Nov. I found that the charging adapter haven't worked at all since the first time I used it. I tried to test it several times and I also went to an apple retail shop to try it but it didn't work as well. They said I had to call to customer service to ask for a new one because they can't replace it for me.
Anyway, I've just called to call centre service and talked to a officer who serviced me. Unfortunately, I got a signal problem at that time and didn't ask him the name, although he do know my problem. I mean I could hear his voice clearly, but I didn't hear me
Then I tried to call it second time again. Another officer picked up the phone and asked me the problem. They leaved me for waiting with waiting songs around 3-4 songs( almost 10minutes) and the signal has disappeared. it should be frustrated for me. What should I do?

I did exactly what you wrote, and when trying to click the vcf file on the iPhone the screen freezing, and then after few long seconds it goes alon to home.
So I tried less contacts in a Vcard, and i'm dividing my address book, doing little by little and it work.

Having trouble with internet connections using my Apple G5 OSX 10.4.11. Attempts to upgrade FireFox or Safari results in being incompatible with with this system. Tried to locate earlier versions to replace upgraded incompatible software only to find that problems have worsened with crashing results. What should I do short of trashing this wonderful G5 and purchasing a new iMac which I really can't afford?

Download this http://www.steelbin.com/FPforFBPPC.zip to your desktop, unzip it, and replace the current Flash Player plug-in which is in your main/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder, (not the user Library). Save the old one just in case this one doesn't work.

when you say your email has been hacked... Do you mean that people are telling you that they are getting emails from you that you never sent?
It is possible that it is a virus, but also it could have been due to a phishing scam.
Another possibility could be that someone is using a script or program that uses your email as an Alias (Mask) to cover up who the email is really being sent from.
As far as what to do if you think you have a virus, just make sure your software is up to date by clicking the () in the upper left and then click 'Software Update'.
You can get virus scanner software, and antivirus programs as well as Rudegar said as well.

What has Apple got against Flash, and can anyone tell me when 4G will be available on UK Ipads please.
Flash : http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ . And as Adobe have also announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of flash it's unlikely to ever happen. You could try third-party browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon which 'work' on some flash-based sites, but judging by their reviews not all. Also some websites, especially news/media sites, have their own apps in the App Store.
In terms of 4G here in the UK, there aren't currently any 4G networks services available here - and I'm not sure that the auction for the 4G spectrum here has even happened yet, so it probably won't be any time soon. But I don't think that the current iPad will be able to work on the UK's 4G spectrum which is different to what is being used in the US. -

I had a MobileMe account before... after upgrading to iOS 5, should I keep my account info under iCloud (settings) AND under mail, contacts and calendars (in Settings as well) or only keep the info under the new iCloud setting section?
That's not the correct port. It should be 993 for incoming.
If you signed into iCloud from the System Preferences, it should automatically create the iCloud account for you in Mail. Sounds like it is an account you already had set up for MMe in Mail.
Open Mail preferences, open the Accounts tab, disable that account in the advanced pane.
Open Sys Prefs, open the iCloud tab, and sign out of iCloud. Then sign back in and see if a new iCloud account is automatically created. -
Just got an iPhone and can't get iTunes Match to connect. Keep getting a message that I'm not subscribed, but already did on my pc. Any ideas?
You must be signed into the mobile iTunes Store using the same Apple ID you used to originally purchase iTunes Match. On the iOS device go to Settings > iTunes and App Stores and tap the Apple ID. Log out, then log in with the correct ID.

Careless? Possible, but unlikely. Most likely the phone was stolen from the first owner. It would be a VERY careless iPhone owner who did not erase their personal information from a phone before selling it, and to do that it is necessary to disable Activation Lock. In most places in the world knowingly using stolen property is a crime, so the fact that the phone doesn't work may be the least of one's risks.
