I want to upload the new version but my iphone is not going to connect the itunes

my mobile was working right. last night i connect my iphone with my computer than itunes ask me to upload the new version. i click on yes.
itunes ask me to put your data on backup i click on yes. after 1 minute its coming one error that we can,not upload new version because of specific error.

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your iPod. Only if you back up your iPod manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Do this:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your iPod to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your iPod without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the iPod for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in iTunes and transferred your purchases.

my audio is not working
i had something wrong with my computer so i had to rewrite my hardrive witch whiped everthing clean luckly i saved my songs
i downloaded the new version of iTunes off of apple.com
when i downloaded it a little thing pop up said that there were problems with my audio
now i cant play any songs, its not like there is no sound
i mean i push play and the song dosent even start

Was there something I did? the phone has been acting strange for a few days. When i brought it to best buy they turned off the LTE but that did nothing for the problem. Did i do something? it was working when i connected to itunes then all of a sudden theres nothing on the phone. I have a friend who "hacks" iphones. He thinks he might be able to fix it. Should i let him or will that make matters worse? I dont understand why connecting to itunes made it worse either.

ive tried many chargers, & many different sorces (computer, dock, car charger, wall charger) nothing works. there is no possible way for me to charge my phone. even when i try to restore it , thats not possible because my phone wont show up. itunes it up to date so thats not the problem. ive deleted & reinstalled itune also and still not charging. plz help.

My iPad went dead and sat for a few days before I plugged it in. Now it will not start. It has been plugged in for 2+ days now with OEM charger. The apple logo will show for a couple seconds and it turns off. Reset DOES NOT do anything. If I unplug it, nothing happens, no apple logo, no reset, nothing. Plugged into iTunes it will not do anything. The only time I get it to show activity is plugged into charger and like I said, as soon as the logo appears it shuts down and repeats this over and over until I unplug.

See if you can have any success with recovery mode.
