What should I do now?
ok well this is a long story so bare with me.
I had 3 MBP replacements. All faulty (I`m not even going to go into that)
After the 3rd MBP I wanted my money back but because the first MBP was purchased by best buy my only option was to get a full refund through a store credit.
I was fine with that because I wanted to give the new intel iMacg a go since they didn`t have nearly as much problems as the MBP. So the day I got the store credit I wanted the iMac with the 256 MB VRAM. They did not have it in stock and weren`t sure when they`ll get it. (I`m talking about the apple store in Toronto at Yorkdale Mall) So I waited a week and gave them a call to make sure if they did recieve any. The lady I talked to told me that they do have it in stock so I headed down to the apple store (2 hour drive from my house) Once I got there I was told that they do not have the 256 MB VRAM version and the one they put on hold for me was the 128 MB one. So after I talked to the manager that I drove 2 hours for nothing he agreed to give me 10% plus 10%student discount on the 128 MB one and once they`ll recieve the 256 he will give me a call and I would be able to replace it even if it`s over the 14 day exchange guarantee. I got that in written statement from him.
So since they had no clue again when they`ll be getting any I called them 3 weeks later. Again I talked to a clueless person. I asked her if they had the 256 VRAM version. She told me yes. I repeated myself to make sure she again said yes they have it. Then I told her that I would want to make sure because the last time I was told that they had it I drove down there just to find out that they don`t have it. SO then she told me that she`ll check it out and once she came back told me that they did have it recently but are now sold out again.
I NEVER recieved a phone call which I was told that I`ll get. Yesterday I called them about 4 times throughout the day trying to get in touch with the manager that agreed to call me and finally after the 4th time I got to talk to him. He told me that he`ll look into it and will call me that day or the next day the latest to let me know what`s happening. The next day I again called about 5 times every time they just asked for my name and number and told me that he`ll get in touch with me which he didn`t. SO just before 9pm when they`ll close I called them again and talked to another manager and basically what she told me that They did have like 3 or 4 in stock but I am not a priority and they sold it and now they are not sure when if at all they`ll be getting any more.
I would like to know what and to whm besides the managers there I could complain about the poor service and how they ignored me after I was promised to get one as soon as they get the units.
I think I deserve some compensation because this is just getting ridiculous. Waiting for a month and finding out that they did have it and I never recieved a call tellink me that they do have it in store.
Basically the last manager i talked to told me that I should wait and see if they`ll get any more of the iMacs. I gave them my name and number again ( about the 15th time) and my email and she told me that they`ll let me know if they get some. I somehow don`t believe them since I never got a call from them the first time they had the shipement. They can`t tell me when they`ll get the units aswell so basically they are totally clueless and won`t do anything for me to satisfy me at all. ALl they do is frustrate me more.
I want to know whom I need to speak to in order to get some results or have something done for me after thye whole ordeal.
Not to come across as rude, but no one has any suggestions because the post is very long with lots of detail - and it is not a technical question.
What should you do? Call the store, call AppleCare, call Apple Customer Relations, but no one here could possibly do anything to spur on either the Apple Store or Best Buy.

i am using 10.7.5 lion there are a lot of problems in this OS.
like most of the programs quit's unexpectedly. some programs does not work on it. like adobe cs5 is not working. everytime time when i do click on adobe cs 5 icon it shows a message "To open “Adobe Photoshop CS5,” you need to install a Java SE 6 runtime, but you are not connected to the Internet.To install a Java SE 6 runtime later, open “Adobe Photoshop CS5” again" while i always remain connected on the net.
2. when ever i insert an avi or mpeg video disk it shows the file format not recognized. to **** with this macbook pro n its 10.7.5 lion. the same disk works/runs on windows on windows systems.

[email protected]it sounds like a fualty installation of Lion, this may happen from time to time.
The best thing to do in this situation is to reinstall Lion. You will not loose anything doing this, but you should always keep back ups of your information.

basically hold Cmd+R on boot..
first go to disk utility, verify and repair your disks and permissions. Exit out of Disk utility and then go directly to "reinstall Lion"
choose that and let it reinstall.
Adobe CS6 does need Java to run.
To play your movies you might need to get an application called VLC. VLC is a free app and will play most videos and music files you throw into it.

every time i connect my ipod touch 4th gen. it says this accessory is not supported by ipod touch so people recommended me to just buy a new charger, so i did, but the night before I got my new charger it stopped charging, what should I do now?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you have no service on the iPhone. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. There is one step you did not mention trying that i think is worth trying.
If you see No Service in the status bar of your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Remove the SIM card. If the SIM card is damaged, worn, or bent, or if it's too big or small for the SIM tray, contact your carrier for a new one. Then reinsert the SIM card.

I've just installed iTunes on my Windows 8.1 (64-bit) laptop, but i can't open it. It keeps telling me that Apple application was not found. What should i do now?

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
The section Install missing components has advice on breaking down the iTunes installer into the individual .msi files which might prove useful if AAS won't install normally.

i have erased my all phone contact list and then the message comes that it will be deleted with in an hour. but now my phone is not starting and only the apple logo appears on the screen. what should i do now..!
That number is for an apple server in the UK that is used for iMessage activation. A hidden SMS is snet to that number when you turn iMessage on and is used to verify your phone number. I suggest you turn iMessage off. In settings/phone turn on dial assist. Check with your carrier to see if you can send an international SMS as you end that possibility to activate iMessage. Rest your phone (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost).) then turn iMessage back on.

Ask them for a refund for a device which is not fit for purpose, if they refuse contact a solicitor or seek advice from other consumer organisations that may be available to you in your area. -
In a hurry, I opened an email that said "order was shipped from "ammazon". I downloaded the order document and it ended up being a zip file. I then realized what it was, and did not actually open the file. This was on my Iphone 5. What should I do now!?
Delete the email. The zip file will have no effect on your iPhone.

The phone was hacked to unlock it. It relocked when you updated. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. If you are not/never were an AT&T customer and you do not have an original store receipt from either an AT&T or Apple store in the U.S. for a no commitment AT&T iPhone, they will NOT unlock it.

i have around 2000 photos on my camera roll as back up and now i am not able to delete unwanted photos and they are not even getting synced wid d computer so what should i do now?? they are using 9 gb of the space!!!
