What System Staus is Active() error

user is getting an error "System status is Active()" while he is trying to change the PO in SRM.When user click on the change icon the system throws the error "System status is Active()" . Could some one please suggest me in this

If you had deacivated availability control than you need to run reconstruct availability control for the project i.e Txn CJBN.
( Normally we are running this txn when we does cahnge in config. like You change one of the following indicators in the settings for the availability control in the budget profile for orders or projects:
Overall
Releases
Object currency
Please refer SAP note no. 922295 which describes the action to be taken after making these changes so that the availability control continues to work correctly. )
After changing the settings for the availability control you must deactivate the availability control data and then reconstruct it.
For projects, use the following transactions to do this:
CJBW (deactivation)
CJBN (reconstruction)
Note
It is not sufficient to simply reconstruct the availability control (Transaction KO31 or CJBN) without deactivating it first!
I tried to answer based on your inputs not sure this has only created CSER status or some other circumanstance

You should generate the export data source for 0FIAP_O03 again, if there is still a problem please goto
RSA1 > SOURCE SYSTEMS > and right click on the relevant source system, find the datamart application component and
right click on this to replicate the datasource.

error msg:
BW IDOC type ZSEA305 is not the same as the source system IDOC type ZSEA305 RSAR 371.

You can NOT unlock it. Only the carrier it is locked to can legally authorize unlocking it and the Japanese carriers will not do so.
In order to be using it previously with a non Japanese carrier, the phone had to be hacked to illegally unlock it. You can not get help here.
Buy a new phone you can use.

You have to restore your phone. To do this turn off your phone and disconnect it from your pc or mac. You then have to plug in the usb part of your sychronize cable into your pc or mac. Open itunes. Now press and hold on the home button on your iphone and plug the cable into it while still holding down the home button. Your iphone will now be in recovery mode and on itunes you will see the option that says restore. Click on that and your phone will be restored to factory settings. If you backed up your itunes all your apps will be downloaded back on to your phone. Including all your contacts and text messages. It took me a couple of tries to restore my phone when this happened so if it doesnt work the first time do it again. Took me two tries. BTW, you cannot have iOS 6.1.4 on an iPhone 4; that version is only for the iPhone 5. Could this be your problem?

Hi, I work for a software development company that does iOS apps. Once iOS7 beta came out I downloaded it. Both my iPhone and iPad are not synchronized with the developer ID but my personal ID, however, my two devices where registered with the developer ID from my company.
Now I'm getting the activation error and have no idea what to do, as there are really no options.
What should I do? I really am a developer and wasn't using the iOS7 beta in any wrong way.
