What table to find list of CREDIT MEMO REQUEST?

Hello people,
I was a given an assignment that deals a lot with Credit Memo request. Just a little help to get me started but what table in SAP can I attain this. Thanks guys and take care.

you could find it in VBAK, VBAP.
Credit memo request is similar to creating a sales order.
you could also get info through transaction VA01.

  • Withholding Tax all Condtion table not appearing in Rebate Credit memo

    Hi
    I am finding issue in rebate credit memo.
    Issue: In Acces sequence I have table 397 and extended 397 with additional fields.
    In normel credit memo I am able to find all these table in sales order Pricing Analysis tab.
    But in rebate credit memo, I am not able to find all table. Credit memo is showing 397 table but not showing ztable.
    Please check below screen shot for details
    1. 397 and 988 are identical and its appearing in rebate credit memo.
    I created 988 just to verify if any thing wrong in ztable generation or any thing missing to map.
    987 is extended table with addtional field sales doc. Type, Item category and its not appearing in Rebate credit memo.

    Question : How to get all three table in Rebate Credit memo?
    If 988 is appearing than why 987 is not populating.
    Both are Ztable and created together.
    I tried many combination but extended ztable not coming in rebate credit memo

    Routine 923 created as per SAP note 178824. And I am finding this issue only for rebate credit memo request.
    This condtion type (withholding tax ) is not part of rebate condtion. It is part of standard pricing procedure same like MWST.
    In Normel credit Memo (CR) all access assigned to this access sequnce is visible in sales order pricing analysis.
    But rebate credit memo request (B3) not showing all access (as in above screen shot). It shows only 2 access out of 3 access.
    One more addition
    If I am maintaining condtion record for visible access in rebate Credt memo request i.e. country / Tax relevant classifcation.
    SAP disble it in rebate credit memo request order.
    But normel Tax (MWST) is appearing in rebate credim memo request.
    I am not sure if this is due to standard sap.
    For Thailand we require withholding tax for Rebate credit memo.
    Please advice if any one can give some input on this.

    If i am not clear with my requirement let me put you all in much better way like this..
    Through FBO3 tcode i am able to get the document for particular date..But that datas which gets fetched has Debit memo, Credit memo and few other datas also.
    I want to fetch the credit memo document which should have only this flow
    order no, credit memo request no,credit memo number and Accounting document to be fetched via
    Condition. I think i am clear now
    Plz help me on this

    <b>Credit memo: Document type - G2</b>
    1.     Credit memo is generally issued in two cases - either when customer returns goods previously purchased and requires a credit or customer is credited without reference to any return of goods when goods sent to him are found to be defective and a return delivery or a repair would exceed the cost. in this case the customer is requested to scrap the material sent and is given an account credit.
    2.     Another case is when the customer is over charged for goods he purchased and we only realise that after billing.
    3.     when configuring the sales document type “credit memo request” G2 – you can automatically set a billing block that can be released by an authorised person during processing prior to billing.
    4.     It is the billing in the finance dept, which in turn is the actual creation of a credit note that is sent to the customer.
    5.     It is suggested to make the rejection reason, reference to billing document (invoice) and billing block in credit memo a mandatory field to ensure the traceability.
    6.     standard item category used is G2N; order related billing type – G2 (invoice)
    7.     Items in contracts and credit memo requests do not have schedule lines as there is no movement of material involved.
    8.     Update document flow is activated when using copy control rules for copying from an invoice to a credit memo request.

    I am trying to creat credit memo request with ref to credit contract invoice but receiving a Document Incomplete message(GL account missing). Iu2019ve clicked on the Edit button and gone back and reviewed everything but I still canu2019t complete the process as I still keep getting the Document Incomplete message.  Can you please advise me.

    Note: In T. Code: VA02, key-in your Sales Doc (in your case, Credit Memo Request) and go in to Sales Doc.
    From Menu-bar, Click:
    Edit --> Incompletion Log.
    This will lead to eror page, listing Error: G/L missing.
    Select line and click Tab: Complete Data
    This will lead you to another Screen: Analysis Account Determination
    Now, at left-side of the screen, you can see Columns: Procedure and Description.
    There, you will find
    KOFI --> PR00 (open drop-down option for PR00) --> 10 (KOFI) Cust.Grp/Material Grp/Acct.Key
    Double Click on it.
    IMP1: Instead of KOFI, it could be KOFK also; and instead of "Cust.Grp/Material Grp/Acct.Key", it could be "Cust.Grp/Account Key" or "Material Grp/Acct Key". Just note-down the entries, it will help you to assign G/L in T. Code: VKOA
    Now, at right-hand side of the Screen (i.e. Overview), You will find Access details 10 (KOFI)
    Now, there are two options:
    1. either System will determine the G/L, or
    2. still, G/L a/c missing
    In second case, down there on the same screen, notice the following:
    Field in condition table--Field in document---Value in doc.
    IMP2: Note-down the entries, under Column: Value in doc. as this will help you to maintain settings in T. Code: VKOA
    Now, go to - T. Code: VKOA
    Click on Table: 1 - Cust.Grp/Material Grp/Acct.Key (or as found in step IMP1)
    On to next screen, click Tab: New Entries
    now, maintain entries in to Fields:
    App: V
    CndTy.: KOFI (or as found in step IMP2)
    ChAc: INT (or as found in step IMP2)
    SOrg: 1234 (or as found in step IMP2)
    AAG: 01 (or as found in step IMP2)
    AAG: 05 (or as found in step IMP2)
    ActKy: ERL (or as found in step IMP2)
    G/L Account: You will get it from Accounts dept.
    Provision acc.: I don't think its reqd. as its being used for, say Rev. recog.
    Save the entry. Now, check the Sales Doc. in VA02 (as explained in the statring of Note).

  • Credit memo request with currency conversion to EURO

    I have a requirement in which i need to create a Credit Memo Request for the newly created sales organisation using the old billing document number created for old sales organisation.New sales org will have its currency changed to EURO.I referred to a FM named 'Pricing' where the currency conversion is done.
    The requirement is to get the current price in EURO from the price list instead of currency conversion to EUR.The current price has to be extracted from new pricelist.

        Am not on SAP system now, so will try to give you
    info with what i can recollect.
       You can use FM: SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE for creating
    Credit Memo Request. Note that reference document and
    reference type should be passed for identifying the
    reference document as invoice. Please consider these as
    initial inputs to explore on the same. Regarding the
    pricing, it can be configured either at order type or
    copy control to carry out new pricing so it can take
    directly from condition records.

    Table: cdhdr stores only the person and date of change and table: cdpos store the old and new value.

  • Cost center in Sales Order/Credit memo request

    Hi SAP Gurus,
    There is a requirement from our client. They are processing Credit Memo from SD VF01 via Credit memo request. The want to assign Cost center in the line items which is greyed out at the time of processing in VF01.
    I also verified in the Credit memo request in VA02 even there is no field available for to maintain  Cost center in line item so that at the time of billing it can  derive.
    Please advice whether can we assign the Cost centers in Sales order/Credit memo request line items?.

    Hi NTH,
    In the standard system, the field cost center is only ready for input
    if the sales document category is VBAK-VBTYP= I (that is, order without
    charge). For all other order types, you can make it visible by entering
    an order reason provided that the combination of the sales area and the
    order reason has a cost center assigned in OVF3. To change this standard
    behaviour, USEREXIT_COBL_SEND_HEADER can be used. There you can find a
    short example on how to make a field visible and modificable in the
    account assignment screen.
    Moreover, please take into account that the account assignment to a cost
    center is possible only at header level. So it is not possible to
    insert the cost center at item level, you can only insert it at header
    level.
    The cost center determination takes place in
    FV45KF0V_VBAK-KOSTL_ERMITTELN and is reading from table TVAUK.
    This table can be maintained in transaction OVF3.
    If you wants to be able to enter the cost center manually in the
    account assignment screen (header level), you can use  the user exit
    FV45PF0C_COBL_SEND_PBO_VBAK (SAPMV45A) - there you can find a short ex
    ample on how to make a field visible and modifiable in the account
    assignment

    we are using variant configuration and characteristic values for material are not being populated. Rest of the sales document is created but characteristic values are missing.

  • Mass change of pricing date and billing date in credit memo request

    Hi,
    Can i change the billing date pricing date on credit memo request docs using MASS transaction?
    If i enter the regular sales order number it prompts me to change the value but if i enter the credit memo request doc number,the message "No data meets the selection criteria" is displayed.I also checked with IDES ,message is the same
    Is there any different way to do mass change for credit memo requests or am i missing something here.

    Hi,
    Go to the transaction code MASS  and enter the OBJECT  TYPE as BUS2032 and enter
    It will lead you to the next screen where you can find the  Table and Field TABS
    Select the  SALES ORDER HEADER DATA  and choose the fields data and choose the fields PRICING DATE and BILLING DATE  and execute
    In the subsequent screen you can see the selection screen where you can enter all the Sales documents for which you want to change

  • HOW TO ADD A NEW ITEM ON CREDIT MEMO REQUEST DETAILS PAGE?

    Dear friends,
    Please help me to do this by personalization or extension. This is very important for sustaining in my job. Please post your thoughts as soon as possible.

    Here is the scenario:
    In credit memo request page, I need to add a new item.
    In the 'About this page', I checked for the view objects CMRequestVO and CMRequestLinesVO but the item is not available in the view objects.
    There is an item called Requestor Comments shown on this page. The item to be added is the Approver Notes. These 2 columns are populated through the workflow.
    How to find about the Requestor Comments item? If we know this then the Approver Notes item can be easily added to this page, I think.
    Also I enabled the FND_PERSONALIZATION_REGION_LINK profile option so that
    I can create a new item using personalization. But I could not see the create item icon in the create item field.
    Can adding the Approver Notes be achieved by personalization?

    You need to look at both VO's and see where to add the credit memo field.
    To extend the VO object...you have to use Jdeveloper.
    Check the below this site for the details steps:

    After extending the, you need to copy your objects under webserver and the bounce the apache.
    Then you need to do personalization..
    Here are the steps for personalization:
    Click Personalize page and click "Expand All" under Personalization Structure..
    Go to the corresponding Advance Table and Click on Create Item. This will create a Column Field
    1) Enter Unique ID-- ex; CreditMemoEx
    2) Rendered -- True
    3) Click Apply
    In the advance table search the newly created "CreditMemoEx"
    Click on the Create Item field again.
    1) Select Item Style " Message Styled Text"
    2) Data Type -- Varchar2
    3) Enter the Prompt = "Credit Memo"
    4) Scope -- Enter the full path of VO object...ex: /xx.../oracle/apps/...
    5) View Attribute -- Enter Exact name the attribute defined in the VO object.
    6) Enter other attributes required for Business.
    7) When Finished Click Apply.

  • BAPI to create credit memo requests in SAP

    Hi All,
    I have a requirement to create Credit memo request in SAP SD. I'm trying to use the BAPI which is used for Sales order creation - BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 since credit memos are also sales orders of diff. sales document type. However, the BAPI throws an error as follows
    "Unpermitted combination of business object BUS2032 and sales doc. category K". 
    Does this mean that the business object BUS2032 does not support creation of cerdit memo request ? If yes, can anyone suggest an alternate BAPI  to be used to address this requirement ?

    Thanks you for your post, your post has helped me a ton in my work, Infact I was working on BAPI to
    Create Credit Memo request i.e BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 as expected i got the same error as "Unpermitted combination of business object BUS2032 and sales doc. category K" and i tried on  other BAPI it worked, Just i need to know BUS2032 doesn't support Credit Memo Request, How we can find it
    to what Sales document it support?
