What the pin out of headset of mini netbook 110-1033CL?

Would you please show me the pin out of the jack that plug in this HP Mini 110-1033CL audio, microphone socket so I can build one?
I tried:
4 Pole Jack                  Headphone Socket          Mic Socket
Screen                               Screen                             Screen
Tip                                       Tip
Ring 1                                 Ring
Ring 2                                                                         Tip + Ring
but only hear the sound but not microphone.
Thanks,

No USB, no Firewire problems. If they went and change the connector from one to another, I can understand and I would not buy the new one.
It is simple, I've used a iPods for years now. Since generation 2 and I've had nanos, iPods, Touch, all of them but an iPhone and the dock connector always worked to get a standard line out signal on the Apple specific connector.
Now, with no warning or indication that we are changing the signals on the Apple connector, it no longer works. Why on earth would I buy one if this is the only one which doesn't work with a very basic accessory ?
I might see if all the Touches used a new connector, but to change the signals on the connector going into the 2nd generation is crazy.
I've googled around and don't even see anyone selling an apple connector to standard mini plug used as inputs on car stereo inputs.
Again, I must be missing something ? am I the only person out there using the dock connector to plug a 2G touch into a standard line in on a stereo ?

  • What is the pin-out of the 4-pin audio connector

My brand new T440p has a single audio connector for both headset + microphone, similar to recent iphones and android phones.  But although all use a 4-rings 3.5mm jack plug it seems that the signaling differs. So my question is:
    Version1:
    Tip: left audio
    Ring1: right audio
    Ring2: microphone
    Sleeve: ground
    Version2:
    Tip: left audio
    Ring1: right audio
    Ring2: ground
    Sleeve: microphone
Which of the above version is the Lenovo T440p using?  This determines what kind of headset or y-adapter you can use with the laptop.
    Thanks,
    Simon

    Hi,
You'll find the pin out of the 6220 in the M Series Help (User Manual). Just download the ZIP File from this webpage (http://digital.ni.com/manuals.nsf/webAdvsearch/DD0F3F9A89B8A84886256EE6006D520D?OpenDocument&vid=niwc&node=132100_US) and open the M Series Help.
    Hope this helps.

  • What is the pin out connections of SCB 100

What is the pin out connections of SCB 100

    Suresh,
Since the SCB-100 is a terminal block, its pin out is dictated by the DAQ device to which it is cabled. Thus, the pin out is available in the user manual for the appropriate DAQ device. Below, I have included a link to the location where the user manuals are available:

    Good luck with your application.

  • Where can I find the pin-outs for 8-pin remote Hirose connector?

Where can I find the pin-outs for 8-pin remote Hirose connector?

Pin outs and wiring info is all in the Maintenance Manuals (same for all system cameras, F series, XDCAM etc.), - ask your local Sony Office if you want the info. The 8pin remote is for connection to the Sony RM-B150/170/750 remote control panels. For system cameras the same protocol is used between RCP panels, MSU, CCUs and camera heads. It is a proprietry system so extremely difficult to hack! The RM-B170 is the ideal panel to work with the PMW-F5/55. It will give basic painting control of R/B white & black painting, Master Pedestal, and Iris with the correct lens (Cabrio etc). It can also control remote Rec stop start.Regards, Clive. Sony ANZ.

  • Using final cut studio what the best way of getting a mini disc in to FCP?

I do some weddings and record some audio on to a mini disc recorder ( the small ones . On my avid liquid edit suite I just used to run it in live or ingest it on a 2 hour timer, and just record audio.
What the best way to do it with final cut studio and final cut pro?

Is there a reason you can't do the same on your mac system? What outputs does the audio recorder have?

  • What is the pin out for your PXI-2503?

    Hello,
I have purchased a PXI-2503 analog switch, and I have been unable to find the pinouts for this device anywhere. I have connecting directly from the PXI-2503 into my board.

    Hi Champ065,
If you have the NI-Switch drivers installed, then you can go to the NI-Switches Help.  This can be found by clicking Start >> Programs >> National Instruments >> NI-SWITCH >> Documentation >> NI-Switches Help.  When you open this up, navigate to NI Switches Help >> Devices >> NI PXI-2501/2503.  From there, select your topology and you can see the pinouts on the right.
Please let me know if you have any problems finding this.
    Thank You,

  • Whats the best way to connect mac mini to my DAC

I want to connect a mac mini to my DAC to then connect to my home stereo. The input options on the DAC are usb (b), coax digital & toslink optical. What is the best way to get the digital audio out of the mac & then into the DAC?

    IAW these specs:
    Features:
USB: 24/96 up sampling to 192 Hz
    Toslink and coaxial: 24/192Hz
    Galvanic Isolation: ADuM 1250 chips
    Asynchronous Burr Brown Chip AD1896
    DAC Chip: PCM 1798
    R Style Transformer
State of the Art Components: ESA Clarity capacitor filters, gold plated RCA jacks
(Although this was copy pasted from your DAC maker's web site, it should be 192 kHz not 192 Hz.)
The Toslink would be a better choice because the USB would have to use up sampling to reach 192 kHz. The USB would work though. Use a USB cable from the Mac to the DAC. Then use the Mac's Audio Midi Setup to select your DAC.
The audio output jack on the Mac is a combination Line Level Analog output and a Laser Toslink digital output. You can buy Toslink cables that have a miniature phono laser plug on one end and the more standard Toslink on the other.
Or, you can buy a miniature phono to Toslink adaptor.
    plus a cable
Note: If you don't have any digital source material above 96 Hz, then the USB and Toslink connection would be toss up, sic.

  • What the **** is OUT OF MEMORY !!!

We started a session everything is going well and just when i insert a plug-in on the master
the freaking Logic paused and gave me "WARNING" out of memory
the it says the plug-in could not be inserted or deleted, thats it CRASH
    we lost a good session
and now the good feeling we had when we started is not there anymore
i got people sitting looking at me like i wasted my money on logic and mac
    G5 Dual 2.5
    4GB of rams
    plus a Node
is it enough to run 7 instruments and 4 space design and 2 Audio tracks ?
    GOD
    Any one knows why?

hi stash, yes i've had the same problem - just another bug, i suppose.
here's another one - "memory too tight for drawing". generally occurs in matrix of score editors.
    man, i would - and i've been working in sydney as a musician/studio owner since 1965 -
NEVER TRUST a critical session to a buggy piece of software like logic is now.
whenever i do a vocal session i boot to os9 and use protools(with apogee in/outs). i simply do a rough mix of the track and port 'er in. logic is too unreliable - especially when people pay you money.
motu software is starting to LOOOK GOOOOD!!!!!
most of the gear we're buying is pro-sumer, not pro-fessional. it has a known shelf life. i still have really excellent stuff from my analog studio days which just KEEPS ON WORKIN'. my tannoys are 29 years young. my power amp has NEVER NEEDED A SERVICE in 20years.
as a comparison, since i went "digital" (DAWs), in 2000, i've had to pay out for a new logic board for the mac, been thru three cd/dvd burners, two monitors
2 external drives, one scsi card and two drives, 2 apple mice, never mind the dud blank media, etc. etc.
i know a lot of tech people in sydney and i take their advice seriously, and their opinions generally reinforce my own - digital gear ain't RUGGED enough.
statisically, i've have more failures in the last 6 years with digital, than i had in the 20 years before that with an analog studio.
i have many friends and clients and they are having similar problems, (excluding these forums) - maybe not as many but then they don't use the studio 24/7 like i do.
my suggestion to everybody who buys new gear: trash it! work it hard from day one - if it doesn't fall over, it's cool. if it does malfunction, take it back to where you bought it from and get your dollars back! if shop owners complain
to the manufacturers and start sending gear back, these people WILL take it seriously. nobody likes a drop in profits/market share.

  • What is the meaning, or significance, of the greyed out word "installed" next to the iBooks app icon in the iTunes list of apps on my new iPhone6, or slightly older iPad mini, retina display?

What is the meaning, or significance, of the greyed out word “installed” next to the iBooks app icon in the iTunes lists of apps on my new iPhone6, or slightly older iPad mini, retina display?  Both devices have iOS8.0.2 installed.  Both are having problems downloading some books that had been purchased previously for other devices.  And, before installing iOS8, the full list of had been downloaded to the iPad mini with iOS7.
Finding out what the greyed outness means may help me figure out how to get all my books loaded on both devices.  Any suggestions how to do that also would be appreciated.

Thank you.  Your explanation of why the word "installed" is greyed out makes sense.  But that raises the further question of why then is it shown at all.  There are other apps on both devices that can not be removed, and they are just not shown.  This is the only app that has the greyed out "install" notation.  All of the other apps shown are either identified by "remove" meaning it is installed and can be removed; "install" meaning it is not installed but can be; or "update" meaning it has been replaced by a more current version which can be installed.
All of the books that I want to install have been on an iPhone4 that was replaced by the iPhone6, and were on the iPad Mini with iOS7 before iOS8 was installed.  Installation of iOS8 on the iPad removed all of the books and only a few of them were later added by syncing with iTunes.  Since most of the books I am interested in are free or of small cost, I would be happy to delete all of them from iTunes and then reinstall the ones I want directly on the devices.  But I have not been able to delete them and when I try to install them on a device I am told that they already have been downloaded.  Very frustrating.

  • What are the counter channels on PXIe-6361 pin-out diagram

    Hello,
I defined three counters channels using DAQ assistant for the PXIe-6361 board (ctr0, ctr1, ctr2). I did not see explicit labels on the pin-out diagram for the PXIe-6361 card that indicate where these counters are. Can anyone point me out what are the pins / labels on the pin-out diagram for these counters?
    Thanks much
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hi Larrage,
The best way to find the default pins is using the DAQmx Help file. You can reach this in MAX by clicking on Help>>Help Topics>>NI-DAQmx>>NI-DAQmx Help. In the help file, you can search for "Connecting Counter Signals" and select the link for the series card you have (X Series in this case).
In your case, the default counter output terminals for ctr0, ctr1, and ctr2 would be PFI 12, PFI 13, and PFI 14, respectively. The counter inputs (for counting edges) would be PFI 8, PFI 3, and PFI 0 for the same counters. You can change the input/output terminals for counters in your VI or MAX, but these are the defaults for the card.

  • What is the Best Blue Tooth headset for the i-phone 3 G? And why?

Could anyone please tell me what the best Blue Tooth headset for the I-Phone 3 G is, quality and comfort wise, I have tiny ears and don't like the headset that they give with the i-phone it hurts in my ears! If there is a headset that is super comfortable, can you please post and also tell me the pros and cons. Thanks

    just opinions now.
I drive a truck so I use a Blueparrot BT150. Crystal clear reception, and no one, and I have asked, can tell that I am on a headset. Best noise cancelling mic on the market in my opinion. BUT, it is bigger than most headsets and some people don't like that.
On the smaller side...finally found what my wife and I think is the best bang for the buck for hers. The Jabra BT 530 Blackmagic. Its small, lightweight, and from my experience talking to her, an extremely good noise cancelling mic.

  • Whats the best method to deploy sccm 2012 client

Hello what is the best method to deploy SCCM 2012 client, is there a script that should be used as sometimes the client push fails. In particular pushing the client to server 03 /08/12 types.
    Thankyou
    SCCM Deployment Technician

Ultimately, the best method is whatever works for you. Every environment is different and has unique constraints and requirements. You first need to learn out each of the methods and what they do to be able to properly evaluate which will work best for you.
Kind of like mining for gold, who cares how you got it out of the ground, once you get it out, you're rich :-) But if you rely on someone else telling you what the best way was for their mine, you may not be doing it the best way for your mine thus you need
to geological surveys, exploration, trial and error, etc. In other words, you need to do some real grunt work.
Often, using multiple methods is best though because each has its pros and cons (yes, even my startup script -- thanks for the cheerleading Michael and Tim). But as mentioned, it all comes down to you learning about your environment and the different
methods available to make the best choice. If there was only one "best" way to do it, there wouldn't be multiple available and none of us would really be needed.
