What to do if Itunes has charged me twice for the same "in-app" purchase?
It is clearl seen in the Itunes invoice.
How can I get my money back?
BTW, I used a german Itunes account for it.

You need to contact iTunes Store support they are only available via email support and request a refund for a duplicate purchase. Use the following link:

Select the relevant categories and you should be able to create an email case and be contacted back within about 24 hours or so. -
iTune has created several folders for the same album title. How do I consolidate those folders into 1 without consolidating all albums?
I don't think you want to combine all of the HTML into one file. That doesn't make too much senese. If you wanted to, then just copy everything from all 3 files between <body></body> and paste into one html file between <body></body>. I think what you're trying to do is create seperate static pages. I would read/youtube how to setup a blogger website. I have rented a movie 8hours ago, and it will NOT play. The system also charged me twice, for the same movie! How can you help me please?
For the film not playing, you can use the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

I've checked your account—you have two ExportPDF subscriptions. One placed on October 20 2013, and the other placed on October 11 of this year. So, you were probably charged the auto renewal for the subscription placed in 2013, and then the new charge for this year's order.
Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help get things situated for you. There's no reason to have two subscriptions to the same service, so an agent can help you cancel one, if you'd like.

Contacting iTunes Support isn't all that hard. Just go to the Support tab above, click the Get Started link in the Contacting Apple Support area in the middle of the page, and follow the on-screen instructions.

try doing a full reset bay going to system preferences .the go to general .but first make sure you have all your content and information back up before you doing the erase all content and settings ,because it going to delete all the content and information on the iPad going back in to factory settings

Who else is going to boycot buying full seasons on itunes? I can't imagine ever buying one again after being treated like this. Shame on Apple and AMC.
If you have purchased something twice it's because you have made a mistake.
Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you. -
