If an app that you have purchased does not completely download to your iPad, the first thing I would suggest is to close all of your open apps. Then restart and/or reset the iPad. Next you can resume the download, or if it is not available, redownload the app. The articles below will explain this in more detail:

I would first try reinstalling your backup copy of your previous OSX version if you can and then try reinitiating the installation of Lion from there. However, if that doesn't work at all, then the stoppage of the download by the power failure most likely corrupted your harddrive. I myself would then take the safest course and reformat the harddrive by booting from your Original Installation Disks and reformatting the harddrive from the Disk's "Disk Utility". Then go thru the installation of the previous operating system to the point where you can once again proceed with the download and installation of Lion.

Instead of trying to re-invent the wheel on this one, take a look at an article such as this one to help you take care of these exclamations. Basically, it means iTunes is unable to locate the file on your computer anymore.

I came home, (the G4 was asleep) when I woke it, the trash was an eject button, I had two web pages minimized, I went on line and Firefox worked as it had before. After, I shut it down that evening, it wouldn't start up the next day, and, when, I tried, to downnload, it, I get Firefox app could not be launched -10661.

The sort fields should generally be empty unless you've putting in custom values to sort solo artists by their surnames. You can apply common changes to thousands of tracks at once, just don't apply the wrong change because there is no undo.
It is a good idea to backup before undertaking large scale changes. See this backup tip for a suggested approach.

I discovered the solution. The external drive I was saving it to was formatted as FAT32. In that format, the largest files can only be 4GB, which explains why it kept stopping at 4GB. I backed up all the files then reformatted it as Mac OS Extended (Journaled), this is possible since I am on an iMac.

The GB size of the download file is the compressed size (like .zip or .dmg). When the file is installed/uncompressed it can be 2-3 times larger.
How much space is used by your Other? You may be able to reduce.
