as it says above, i downloaded and biught CS5 from adobe last year, and have lost the email with the serial number on and i need to reload it onto a new machine. all emails from adobe were lost during a breakdown of my laptop.
could someone shed some light as to how i get this serial number back? i do not want to have to buy photoshop again! it costs enough as it is!You will find your serial number in your account only if you have registered your copy with Adobe. Looking for an app that I can save what I highlight when I am reading an article without having to copy and paste
I looked at Bento and at first glance I think it would do everything I want it to do, then I saw a review or something from a customer that indicated the information in Bento could not be exported (say to send out a mailing). I may want a program that can do that as well, is there one out there? If not it does look like Bento will work. When you save a picture to a customer in Bento can you open it up full size?

I purchased Adobe CS4. I am now being asked for my serial number and when I put it in the program does not recognize it for Acrobat Pro 9 though it does for PhotoShop, Bridge and the rest of the suite. What can I do?

When i try to activaye facetime after i sign in and go over to the next page it kept goin back to the sign in what do i do?
1. Make sure software is up to date
2. Make sure FaceTime is enabled; Settings>FaceTime
3. Make sure Date and Time is correctly set; Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
4. Make sure Push Notification is enabled
5. Make sure phone number or email address is correct

I am getting drop frame error messages when in playback mode (final cut pro 10)? Any feed back on what i might do , I dont have a serial number and Im currently not upgraded to the 10.03 I am in 10.00. I inherited the finalcut pro from my old computer and now have the IMac 27! ant suggestion other than upgrade!

Did you click "proxy media" when importing? That will help playback. -
i was given a macbook 5.1 by my mom, being nice, she erased everything on it, but then could not find the original start up disc. i called apple and had the serial number and said that leopard 10.5 was the operating system that orginally came with it, so i bought it. when i got it,i turned on computer, put in dvd, and immediately shut it off, then turned it back on while pressing letter c. (they told me to do this) i can hear the disc turning but alls i get is blank screen then it shuts down, and restarts. nothing ever shows up on the screen. did i get a wrong disc? should there be something different than just the mac os x leopard 10.5 to get this computer to work again?? thanks for your help!
It means what it says. The "computer person" formatted it wrongly/ unsuitably. it needs to be formatted again.

Hi. My new computer had Acrobat on it. Suddenly, I was unable to open any PDF's. and then I tried to update and was forwarded to the Adobe site that said I had to buy a monthly subscription. I do not have the physical box with a serial number and was going to buy the one advertised on the website until I discovered it's only for students and teachers, which I am not. What should I do next as I need to use PDFs on a daily basis. Thanks! I would like to be able to download this and pay online. Possible? I currently have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. I have a Windows 7 system. Please help!

Just started up my Mac Mini out of the box, using a USB windows keyboard, it will not recognize letters so I am unable to enter serial number. Anything I can do to get the mini mac right out of the box to recognize the windows keyboard? Do I have to buy an Apple Keyboard to get it to work right out of the box?
Is this a normal USB keyboard or is there anything specialized about it? Does this keyboard require you to install any special software to use it on a Windows box? Or is it usually a plug & play keyboard?
Normally if a Mac does not recognize a keyboard it asks you to press certain keys to identify the keyboard. What is happening on screen with this keyboard? What serial number are you referring to? -
I purchased and downloaded Lightroom 5.5. After installing it, I was prompted for the serial number. When I entered it an error message appeared saying it was an upgrade serial number and I need to enter my original purchase number. This was my original purchase, not an upgrade. Now what do I do?
It sounds like you bought an upgrade from Adobe. How much did you pay? The upgrade is about $80, and the non-upgrade is about $150. If you bought an upgrade version and had no previous version, you would see what you're seeing.
If that is the case and I were you, I'd call Adobe, and arrange for a refund and to order the correct version.

I checked IMEI when I bought it, but now apple says serial number has been replaced
I recently bought an iphone 5 from craigs list. Before I did, I called Verizon wireless and had them check the IMEI number and make sure its clean. THey said it is, I even asked her 3 different times "so youre sure that this item is not stolen or reported missing or anything like that" she said yes.
Today, I decided to find out if the iphone is under waranty or not so I went on the apple website to check the serial number, and guess what I got:

when apple replaces a phone, do they no let the carrier know that this IMEI number belongs to a phone that has been replaced?
