What version of Adobe Reader X should I purchase if I'm looking to have the ability redline, insert and replace copy, highlight, and comment in a PDF? Please advise on the correct version of software to purchase.
I am trying to find the most appropriate and cost effective version of this software to fit the needs of my department. We need to be able to mark/comment on PDF documents and create PDF's. Please advise.

I have the 64bit version of itunes on windows 7. When I connect my iphone5 it says that I don't have the correct software and that I need to install itunes 64bit! And I can go no further! It sounds like you have installed the 64 bit version of iTunes, but you continue to the get an error message that suggests to download the 64 bit version any time you connect your iPhone 5. I understand that you have already uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, but sometimes you may need to uninstall additional components related to iTunes to completely remove it from your system.
I recommend following the steps in this article to completely uninstall iTunes:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

Once you have completely uninstalled iTunes, you can download the 65 bit version of iTunes for Windows here:

Recently updated my adobe reader to find a nightmare.
Can't zoom with cntrl + mouse wheel.
Can't click and drag navigate with the hand tool.
Can't highlight text with the text tool.
Is this some kind of sick joke? Only solution i've found is to use outdated versions of adobe reader or to use another solution.What is your operating system & version?

There are can be reasons PDFs cannot be opened. For example, some forms created with Lifecycle Designer cannot be opened.
Are you sure the file is a PDF? Can you open it in Adobe Reader or Acrobat on a Mac or PC? Does it give an error message when you try to open it? -
I am unable to purchase anything because " I do not have the correct privelages".But when I check in properties and the security tab, everything seems to be checked.

To clear cache and cookies do the following:

#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.

Every time I click on a video icon, the response I get is that I cannot play the clip because I do not have the correct flashplayer. However, when I click to download it, nothing changes. I even tried disabling my security setting but it still did not work. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting help was too complicated for me to figure out. Is there something basic I can do to make firefox work? It does work on Internet explorer, so obviously the correct program is in my computer - it just won't work on firefox.
IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here: <br />

Save it to your Desktop.<br />
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit <br />

I don't understand; did you really convert all your Excel docs to PDF (how?), or did you merely lose/change the file association?

Whenever I update my iPhone software, it asks me to sign in to iCloud with an old email address. My other devices all have the correct address. How can I get the correct address for my iPhone? The only Apple ID that works for logging in is my new one.
To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Big JakeIf the PDF is a form fillable PDF, which I assume that it is, email it to yourself or send it to DropBox and open it on your computer. You should see the fields filled in there. It works for me if I do it that way.
Adobe Reader supports it, but the other apps don't. I assume that if you email the PDF to a computer user it would be readable in Adode Reader. -

It's possible that the DRM (digital rights management) disallows you to port those movies onto a TV. What app are you using? Some apps are 'ipad only' and will not push out to another screen.

Part of the validation for credit cards is that they need to be registered to exactly the same name and address that you have on your iTunes account, which prepaid cards tend not to be. Do you have a proper credit card that you could use ? Or are iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you could try using them as your payment method ?
Until you have a valid payment method on your account and what you owe iTunes has been paid off then you won't be able to download any item from the store, including free apps (and updates to apps). -

You do. Your system is either Windows or Mac (or maybe a couple of other less popular choices) and a version of one or the other.
When you set up your machine, you were asked for an administrator user name and password. You need both of these to install software.
