What was suppose to come with the Jay-Z album?

I received my email saying the album was available. I clicked the link to download. iTunes charged me the original $0.99 for the Blue Magic single and $9.99 to download the album.
Am I missing something? It seems like I paid more then it should have been and didn't get the "extra"

You were even able to download his new album of iTMS? I checked earlier this morning and when I tried to pick up the album I got an error saying it wasn't available to the United States.
Now I'm searching tonight, and the album has been completely removed from their store.
First they had a big issue with the new Kanye and 50 drops, and it appears Jay-Z is getting the same fate. What's the deal.

My computer was supposed to come with AppleWorks but I can't find it.

I just got a mac mini. It has been working well and everything seemed fine. One day I wanted to use AppleWorks but I couldn't find it. I looked in applications and searched with spotlight but nothing came up. I thought maybe my computer just didn't come with appleworks but on the sticker on the box it says it comes with AppleWorks. My mac had panther originally installed on it but it came with a tiger instalation disk. I don't know if it got deleted when I installed Tiger but its not there. Is their any way I get AppleWorks back.

Your computer should have come with two DVDs with gray labels. Open the Optional Software folder on Disc One. Double-click on the Optional Installs package. iLife applications should be installable from that package installer.
