You question can't be answered. For a decision we need to know what kind of project you mean. What kind of application you want to develop.
Sample: if you need mobile there is only one version (stable or not), you can use. For SOA it's different, as it is for WebCenter.
Please providde more infomation.

The closest you get is hte Oracle JDeveloper 11g Release 2 (11.1.2) Certification for each of the versions.
In this document you'll find references to other certification documents like DB and servers which together provide hte info you are looking for.

About licensing the Jdeveloper and ADF

Hello everybody :
I have a little doubt about the "JDeveloper and ADF" license
I am planning to start my project using it and I have read the license [http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/licenses/jdev-license-152012.html] and I understood that everything is free for single user except Web Logic server needs to be licensed .
Is that what I have understood correct or not ?
Can I use this tool for developing my small project for my small business enterprise but the only one thing that I am afraid of is in the future I might face some limitations with the Web Logic Server or with any tool of Jdeveloper and ADF , So Shall I start up my project or should I search for another different tool such as Netbeans .
I would like to hear the answer before I put my self in trouble .

Well, this will cost you more money the buying a licence as you break the law. To find out what you have to pay you better call a sales person in your area (see home oracle page).

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)

IMac 21.5 inch mid 2011 white screen when I wake it, holding down mouse button and sweeping the screen restores the desktop. Any one else had this and what was the solution?

When the Mac is awaken from sleep mode the screen is white. I can hold the mouse button down and sweep the screen and the desktop reappears and everything works as normal..This just started and I am concerned that some hardware, video card or video memory is failing. Has anyone else had this problem and what was the solution?

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Post for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

If you didn't establish a rescue email address, you will need to call applecare support. Ask for account security to reset your security questions. After the advisor is able to verify your identity, they can reset your security questions.

How to tell what was the latest patch installed on VMware ESX Server 3i, 3.5.0, 207095

I have been running an old server that was installed as a test system on a DELL workstation - Optiplex GX620 (32 bit).
During the installation I had to confirgure the file: /usr/lib/vmware/installer/Core/TargetFilter.py to change the following line:
"return interface.GetInterfaceType() == ScsiInterface.SCSI_IFACE_TYPE_IDE" to read:
"return interface.GetInterfaceType() == ScsiInterface.SCSI_IFACE_TYPE_ISCSI" this made it worked and I have been using it for 3 years now. However, at this time I was hoping to update it with the latest patches and updates and I cannot figure out if I have ESXi or just ESX, nor what was my last update and what is required next.
I have used this command to get the following output:
# vmware -v
VMware ESX Server 3i 3.5.0 build-207095
... I believe the 3i indicates that I have an ESXi 3.5.0 but is build-207095 the same buid as ESXi 3.5.0 Update 5?
If not, how do I go about updating it? What is the KB # I should download?
I can manage it using vSphere Client 5.5 and I can SSH into it using Putty.
Note: When I run... "# esxupdate --bundle=ESXe350-201302401-I-SG.zip update" from within the folder where its at in the datastore, nothing happens... just a new line is scrolled.

I wanted to tell you that I appreciate the help so far.
Also wanted to point out to you, that the KB indicated above is older than Update 5, which from your instructions is what I have installed. That KB is for U2.
Now, the document definitely has step by step instructions on installing, querying etc. But my problem is ... NOT ALL COMMANDS WORK FOR ME!
This is why I am here because all the instructions I have been reading does not work with my flavor of ESX 3.5.0, 207095... WHY? It has me stumped.
For example, here are some commands the doc asked me to do and they failed: (Note that I had to unzip the folder on my windows box and upload it to /tmp using vSphere Client)

NOTE: All these commands were run sequentially and I just copied and paste it from my SSH Client (PuTTy.exe)

HELP: include another page in with JDeveloper and ADF

I am trying to make a layout page with JDeveloper and ADF. But I just can't make things work. I have the pre-coded header and footer html pages and want to include them in a jspx somehow. I tried panelPage too, but the rendering style is away from our pre-coded header and footer.
1. Use jsp:include.
header works fine but footer is rendered before the page content, even if the footer is placed after the page content. Is there a way to customize the position?

2. Use frameBorderLayout.

We are looking to upgrade ADF to 11.1.2.0 and looking for WebCenter compatibility.

Looking at 11.1.2.0.0 note on
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/jdev/downloads/index.html
and seeing, "This version of JDeveloper doesn't include the SOA and WebCenter pieces - to use these components you'll need to download Oracle JDeveloper 11.1.1.5.0."
Does that mean, 11.1.2.0.0 can't be used with WebCenter?

I think it does, but I'm not sure; since I wanted MTP, I only used .x firmware long enough to save the original Creative test files (with MediaSource, not ZMME) before upgrading to 2.x. And yes, I had to li've with 2..02's shorter battery life until 2.20.05 came out.
May I ask why you want to go back to .x firmware? The only thing that will get you is the ability to use it with Win98SE/2000/Me--but only if you can install Creative drivers on every PC you use it with. MTP requires WinXP SP or 2 and WMP 0, but doesn't need any Creative software at all to work. (Microsoft has made an MTP driver for Win98SE/2000/Me, but it requires customization and may not be supported by other software. I'm tinkering a bit with the customization part right now.)
There are other pitfalls in changing Micro firmware families, in either direction--you'll lose all the files on your Micro, you'll have to install a different ZMME (and I've heard non-MTP ZMME isn't quite as full-featured as MTP ZMME), and you'll need a new plug-in for MediaSource to work.

I frankly don't care what you think, Wade. I don't recall seeking your input at all. As I said earlier, I thought this forum was moderated by Adobe. I thought I was asking Adobe. Did I post "hey, Wade Zimmerman, let me get your advice"? No, I didn't. And believe me, just because you can't think of a reason, that doesn't mean there are none.
I set up print jobs in Illustrator. If you throw crops on the artboard when you start, you don't have to sweat format saves such as PDFs or save-to-web jpegs (which are less memory intensive than just saving to jpeg), grabbing content from outside the artboard. I realize there is a clip to artboard option in save-for-web, and a newly added 'use artboards' option when saving a PDF, but prior to CS4 you didn't need to mess with it, for everything to come out fine. My jpegs and PDFs are for client review. I realize you "do not need crop marks for web publishing", but when you use (in CS3) object>crop area, every other format you save respects those crops. I never said they should be visible in 'save-for-web', just respected. I want them visible when I set them on my artboard.
By the way, You're the only that I see in this thread, who says I'm complaining about nothing (frankly, I wouldn't care if everyone was). Do me a favor, Wade. Don't ever give me the benefit of your smug certainty or your "more logical approaches" on any further posts I may make. Let me suffer. There are a million ways to use this application. To assume that if you can't conceive of a use or process then it must be wrong, just drips with arrogance. If I want cropmarks, and apply them, then I want to SEE them on the artboard.
