I just go my MBP 17" 6 months ago and I already had some quiet serious issue with that machine (motherboard replacement). I have also Apple Care. I wish to keep this machine as long as it is possible (5 years or so) and my question is can I buy another 2 or 3 years of Apple Care when the current one will expire? I don't want to be left alone, without any coverage and paying hefty prices for reparations. What are your suggestions guys?

AppleCare is a one-time extension of your warranty. You cannot extend your warranty beyond your initial AppleCare term through Apple. You may be able to find third party vendors to provide extended coverage.

So, when will the networks allow 99 cent tv rentals? I think the first Apple TV has so much more to chose from. What will happen with the Apple TV 2?

Anyone know what will be the outcome of Apple TV 2 as far as being able to rent shows from all networks? You can get just about anything on the first apple tv.

TV rentals were not and are unlikely to ever be available on AppleTV 1 (although I think in some ways it is still better than AppleTV2).
Other than for direct purchasing as opposed to renting I've not noticed that much difference in content availability but our content is relatively poor anyway in UK compared to US, especially in terms of pricing.

They will not be erased from your phone, they will only not be included in the iCould backup anymore.
If you take many photos and videos with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you might notice that they take up most of your iCloud storage. To check the size of the backup on your device in iOS 8 or later, tap Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage. (If you're using an earlier version of iOS, tap Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage.) Then tap the name of your iOS device. The backup size is under Photo Library.
To reduce the size of your Photo Library backup, save your photos and videos to your computer, then manually back up your iOS device. If you want to keep your photos and videos on your iOS device, you can turn off Photo Library in Backup using the steps above or purchase more storage. If there are any photos that you don't want to keep, you can delete them. Just open photos and select the item you want to delete. Then click the Trash icon and tap Delete Photo.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. If under warranty, as you say (the warranty is transferable) and not abused Apple will exchange it at no cost.

If you've reached five authorizations for that account, there will be a button in your iTunes Store account information that will allow you to deauthorize all systems associated with that account. Log into your Store account and you should see it. You can then reauthorize the computer(s) you're using now.
For the future, it's best to deauthorize your system before reformatting the drive and reinstalling. That will help prevent a single computer from using up multiple authorizations.

I don't want icloud either, because I don't want all my personal info on a server. I want to keep my personal information in my system. Am I making any sense? Since offloading can filter out the necessary information such as unnecessary columns and rows before they are passed to the database, I want to know what will happen to the data block? Will some new blocks be built at this time,which only contains the useful information?

Except of course that Thread's run() method is either abstract or does nothing, so that will either not compile, or the thread will end as soon as it starts, at which point I believe the VM will release it and it will become eligible for GC.
If you had a run() method that actually did something, then it would keep running until it was done, even with your t reference being null, as described in reply 1.
