Will the companies hire fresh engineering graduate with solaris background(scsa) without any experience.....people are always telling that the companies are looking for experienced people in solaris field...is it like tat? then whats the reason that many institutes are offering solaris course for freshers

Any Unix certification will help you in a job search. Many employers are all about the paperwork - certifications, degrees, etc. They have no clue about what's actually involved so they figure if you have the paperwork, you must have the ability. This is all BS of course, but that's what they like. Just be careful to not have TOO MANY degrees and certifications, or otherwise you'll price yourself right out of the market - they'll think they can't afford you and you'll just leave for a higher paying job. It's a fine-edged sword, but that's the market.

Execution Time:- 0.00869245 seconds
Returns 2 resultsets
2) SQL like (one %)
SELECT /*+ FIRST_ROWS(n) */ ROWNUM RNUM, A.* FROM LINE A
WHERE A.REFERENCE = 'KMF22600920%'
Execution Time:- 0.01094301 seconds
Returns 2 resultsets
3) SQL like (two%)
SELECT /*+ FIRST_ROWS(n) */ ROWNUM RNUM, A.* FROM LINE A

Execution Time:- 6.43989658 seconds

In Pagination, we are using Modified version of SQL Query 3) with ROWNUM as mentioned below :-

b) Instead of two % in the above query, if use one example REFERENCE like 'KMF22600920%' it is returning the 2 resultsets (execution time 0.03313019 seconds)
Issue:- When using two % in like in the above query i.e. REFERENCE like '%KMF22600920%' AND ROWNUM <= 20 ) , it is going to infinite.
Could you please let us know what is the issue with two % used in like and rownum

This would be easier to diagnose if there was an explain plan posted for the 'good' and 'bad' queries. Generally speaking using '%' on both sides precludes the use of any indexes.

actually i found out how to fix it
1 sign out of apple account
2 close down passbook app
3 change year to 2013
4 reopen passbook and sign in at the button with your apple ID
5 change the time to auto update and it should work from now on.

Actually, here's a clearer image. The middle stroke is with 20% drawing smoothness, and 100% pressure strength.
The top stroke is 100% both, and the bottom is 100% drawing smoothness with 20% pressure strength.
In all three instances, the dark watercolorish ring persists.

I've checked, and the same problem appears in Firefox on another computer.

You are on a Mac and that is a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerning kerning] problem. Don't you see the same problem in other applications if you choose the same font, font-weight and font-size.
I only find one other kerning [https://support.mozilla.com/questions/789254 question] here -- it is marked unsolved. I find it strange that Firefox got involved with this at all rather than leaving such things to the operating system and font metrics.
Does the problem go away with "command+0" (zero) which resets [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Zoom_text_of_web_pages zoom level] to normal. If you mess with the font sizes in your preferences because you want larger print that would have the same effect.
Also found this one recently reported for [https://support.mozilla.com/questions/892222 Firefox 7 in ubuntu 11.04] which appears much worse. If it involves Firefox and specific operating systems it becomes a lot harder to diagnose who or what is responsible.

I've installed the icloud control panel app and set it up to synch everything, but after initially downloading my icloud calendar, it won't process any calendar updates (new entries made on either iphone 4 on ios 5 or outlook).
So since the control panel installed, but the service doesn't show running in outlooks "trust center" add-ins list, anyone know the actual dll file it would point to so I can see if I can add it the hard way?

I had the same issue and figured it out. First you have to start Outook as administrator. To do this, shift and right-click on outlook and click run as administrator. Next you need to enable Hard-disabled add-ins:

Hard disabling can occur when an add-in causes the application to close unexpectedly. It might also occur on your development computer if you stop the debugger while the Startup event handler in your add-in is executing.
To re-enable an add-in
In the application, click the File tab.
Click the ApplicationName Options button.

In the details pane, verify that the add-in appears in the Disabled Application Add-ins list. The Name column specifies the name of the assembly, and the Location column specifies the full path of the application manifest.
In the Manage box, click Disabled Items, and then click Go.
Select the add-in and click Enable.
Click Close.
Then you need to activate it.

I need to know if the ACS support the AAA functions but from equal ip segments (ip overlaping) on diferent places.... with diferent client networks.
We are implementing the ACS on a central site (our NOC), so each field engineer will be AAA from diferent sites, same ip networks and diferent places....
We need to implement support activities where our field engineer get access on a cisco device on the client premises, but the point is that we have a field engineer force wich get access on each device on diferent places.

Just a quick question - have you looked at superwaba
and wabajump? Superwaba is basically Java for pocket
pc and palm, but wabajump allows you to compile to
palm (not pocket pc). You can also use Eclipse for
development in an applet - much quicker than deploying
to device/virtual device. Small memory footprint as
well.
