When a site asks for a client certificate, not all certificates are presented.
At www.pkiuniversity.com/sandbox/index.php, I am asked for a client certificate. I get to choose from a list of the certificates issued by startcom but not my own. The extended key usage does mark it for client authentication. The root certificate corresponding to the signing private key is also in the store. Why don't these certificates pop up. They do in Safari.

This is designed to be a very insecure certificate with no chance of being added to the built-in cache.

I purchased Lightroom 5 and Elements 12 and installed them on a computer. I now have a new computer, and wish to install them on the new one. Since updating my iPhone 3GS on my friends laptop, it keeps asking for her iTunes Id not mine. When I log onto a computer it comes up with my Id but from my phone it's my friends. Thank you for the question. This behavior is normal if updated on another Apple ID account holders computer. To change the Apple ID on your device, follow the steps in the article below.

From iTunes, select the iPad and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad.

You could try a third-party browser app such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon which 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store.

Have you tried signing out of the App Store then signing back in?
From the App Store menu bar click Store > Sign Out

I have an iMac OS X ver 10.7.5. Processor speed is 3.06 GHz intel core i3, and the memory is 4 GB 1333 MHz RAM. My online banking app is being updated and requires OS ver 10.8 or newer. When I ask for available updates, the system says there are none available. How can I update my system to ver 10.8 or newer to accommodate the new banking app?
You can update directly to Yosemite (for free) through the App Store (this is 10.10). Make sure your existing applications will run on this OS.
If you wish to stay at 10.8, you can order this through the online Apple Store (it's $20), and they will email you a redemption code to be used on the App Store.

I've installed elements 12 but it won't open it's asking for the exe file but all it does when located is install again. I can't uninstall as it isn't present in control panel. When I open properties it asks to locate the exe or the other options don't work the target is invalid
