Hi Julian thanks for your reply !! I'm an Italian customer and I'm a very Apple fan. I spend 700 € for this device but I'm very very  disappointed; this device have a serious battery problem it's impossible use it with this battery life. I hope Apple will fix this problem as soon as possible because in this moment i'm very repent to buy it. Excume for my let and thanks again for your reply !!

    If Apple inc really cares about there 4S user they should keep signing the previous version and allow the user to downgrade. BUT BUSINESS MAGNETS are PLAYING SMART. They want the user to upgrade their IPHONE which makes more money...I use to call them as __________Fill any words of your choice...
    Do allow your customer to be happy else this will be posted across blogs, sites and you will see tons of videos that shows breaking of IPHONE 4s.

    There's no reason to think any tool would be lost ( other than we do lose stuff when apple updates software majorily), but if they did it could be a Smoke 2013 killer. The editing in Smoke is so lame, and many of the ways to build effects are excruciatingly tedious. All we need is some 3D import, or at least true 3D text, volumetric lighting, mesh distort tool and er.. well thats enough to begin with, it would blow Smoke out of the window.

    No, sorry. It's Only for the 5 gen. But you can always trade in your old iPod Touch into apple and use that money towards the new iPod Touch

    Historically I believe its been 2-4 months after the release of the provider locked versions. You just have to be patient. Personally I am also waiting for Apple to release a truly unlocked device before I upgrade one of our iPhones.

    They keep trying, but haven't yet in all the time OS X has existed. Every version of OS X has had some WiFi issue with some group of users. The normal pattern is they release a fix for one group, and another group develops a new WiFi problem.

    there is no problem with B/T and iOS7.0.3 in my case used on iPhone 5 and 4 in several environments including in car

    If your phone is new - Does your iphone still have the clear plastic film over the front?  That will cover the mic and cause your problem. 
    If not new, then have someone check out your phone.  iOS 5.1 has been delivered to developers for testing, so something is coming around the corner.
