When approving email notifications the FireFox reply box has a 'K' in it..

hi all..
As above. It is generates an email reply box but with a 'K' as recipient, and not linking to anything..
The user is using Firefox email app. Is it some setting? A pop-up blocker? Has anybody experienced this where users have been trying to approve Purchase Orders and/or i-Expenses..?

I can't be certain if this issue only happens with Thunderbird. We do you get this ssue from time to time but not at present with anybody else. Where on:Can you obtaion, you have this error for specific e-mail or it happens sometimes to any email message?
I've checked the note and don't believe its related as this would be amuch wider problem than these one or two isolated cases that it is. I knew its not related :) i paste it coz this note is the one which i can find error related wiht mozzilla thunderbird :)

I believe that i have two problems. 1. How do i fix the Proxy Server.
(2) How do i access Torbutton?

When using the inline reply box and I misspell a word the red line shows to indicate I have misspelled and yet when I right click ont he world there are no spelling suggestions. uninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)
... the as suggested reinstalled the latest version of the firefox browser using the link you provided in the email ..; tested and several issues still remain present and unresolved ....
so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end .. Thanks for replying, but I tried that earlier and had that did not work. After your reply I did it again, shutdown itunes and rebooted system. I thought since it didn't do that earlier that might work but same results it deleted file from Itunes but no second questions to move to recycle bin.

3rd party email addresses have to be deleted on every synmced mac product, although I have 1and1.co.uk and my imac updatetes the mails in that account from mac mail.
Yahoo etc is a 2 step deleting process but good to get your emails pushed when on the go.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

I downloaded Firefox 4; it's in the dock, but when I click on the Firefox symbol, it says I should download Firefox 4; how come?

I don't know how to give any more details than I have. Although there is an icon labeled Firefox 4.0.1 dmg in the dock (It is a square kind of thing that looks like a piece of paper with the upper right corner turned down with a smaller square inside it), it just seems to sit there. When I click on the Firefox symbol (also in the dock), it opens, but with the suggestion that I download Firefox 4. But I already did that. I don't understand what is going on.

I had this exact same problem. I found this fix and it worked for me.
Step 1:
Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support and copy the filen named QTMovieWin.dll.
Step 2:
Browse and past that file into C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes.
Hope this helps you. I wish I could remember where I saw this originally so I could thank them.

OK, I'm new at this so here goes.

Make sure you have removed the tick for hide extensions in the save as panel and for best compatibilirty choose the format as Word 97-2004 (.DOC) or better still Rich text format (.RTF)
If the extension is not appended any one with a Windows PC will be unable to open the document.
Windows is dumb and without the extension doesn't know what programme is supposed to open the file !
That said they CAN add the extension themselves if they know what application created the document in the first place.
Also in the mail app click on the Edit menu at the top of the screen scroll down to attachments and in the pop out menu make sure Always send windows friendly attachments is ticked.
