When are we going to see a new E-Series device??

Please Nokia please!!
I love the power of my E65 but being an X-Blackberry user I had gotten quite used to qwerty. I considered the E61i but although pretty, it was just tooooooooo big.
I'm eagerly waiting to see what the next version of the E61i will be. I'd love to see a slimed-down/lighter rendition. Maybe Nokia could even squeeze in a 3mp or better camera w/ flash.
Am I wrong to expect the next qwerty ESeries soon?

  • When are we going to see Lightroom 2.7?

When are we going to see Lightroom 2.7 with the camera updates that were added to Lightroom 3 beta 2?

With the anouncement by Adobe of PS CS5 due on April 12th, which will most likely come with an updated processing engine in ACR 6.0 which is now being used by LR 3 beta2, I am not sure you will see a LR 2.7.
It may happen if not the workaround would be to use the updated DNG converter that would be issued with ACR 6.0 to create dng files which you can then process with LR 2.6.

  • When are you going to issue a new version to overcome the problems with Firefox 4?

The problems with Firefox 4 are already listed on your help pages, such as Firefox freezing when a Google search is attempted. I've had to go back to 3.6.17 because version 4 just doesn't work. Whatever have you done?

It's not going to happen. Google announced withdrawal of their Google Toolbar.

The Google Toolbar will not be updated for Firefox 5 or later Firefox versions. ([http://googletoolbarhelp.blogspot.com/2011/07/update-on-google-toolbar-for-firefox.html reference]) Google finally decided that their [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problematic_extensions problematic extension] is beyond repair for the little benefit added for Firefox users. Google as with other browsers is eliminating or making toolbars less accessible.
Consider the features that you are using and see if you can match up features from the list created by Google and by Firefox users.

  • When are we going to see Apple Store in Bulgaria?

I am not exactly sure where this discusion should be but...
In lots of countries there are for about 10 Apple Stores and in Bulgaria there are none witch is sad!
What do you think should we (in Bulgaria)have Apple Store or no?

There really is no place for this question since these forums are for technical assistance from fellow users, not for discussions about Apple's retail strategy. We have no idea whether Apple will ever open an Apple Store in Bulgaria, and speculation isn't allowed here. We'll just have to wait and see what Apple decides to the in the future.

  • Dear Apple: WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO UPDATE TO A NEW IOS??

I have IOS 5.0.1 (9A406) and basically there is no difference on battery life. It drains too quickly.  I would charge it to the full, and within an hour or two, it goes down to 84% just by using it occasionally(not even youtube playing or dowloading).  I basically have to charge my phone at least twice or more a day. (trust me I'm not a heavy user at all.  i check email, playing with apps time to time, a couple call a day, that's it).
Of course, I turned off Siri, notification, email push, etc, to make the battery last long but doesn't seem helpful at all.
APPLE! WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO UPDATE A NEW IOS??
I had been an iphone 4 user, and it seems that 4S is worse.  it is slower, battery drains quickly.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT because it's already about a time to release iphone 5??

  • Hey Apple when are you going to fix the problems with IOS 8.3??

Hey Apple when are you going to fix the problems with IOS 8.3??
    Message is working weird.
I don't have internet service when I'm away from my WiFi, because my phone won't use LTE now.
Should I wait for a IOS 8.3.1 update or reset my phone to factory and start over?
If there's a fix coming when will we see it?
    (I'm using iPhone6 plus)
I've tried everything else to fix the problems I'm having. Soft restart. Hard restart. Used your chat line. Called Verizon. Reset network settings.... Help!!!!!
I've posted on the Apple Communities about all this and I've sent in a couple of bug reports.
I live up in the mountains and MUST be able to access my Verizon LTE for information if there is a fire! I'm in California!

I have a Verizon iPhone 6 and am having none of those problems.

Didn't they already have you do that? If you haven't, yes, you should restore your phone as new and test.

  • When are we going to get a 64-bit version of Acrobat ? ? ?

I started bookmarking a PDF of an old book from 1916, and I was unable to finish due to out-of-memory errors.
Near the end, I was closing the PDF and re-opening it after each new bookmark.  I finally reached a point
where I couldn’t add any more bookmarks.
That’s not all!  When I later opened the document and selected a page to begin reading,
I found that after that first page, I got an out-of-memory error whenever I tried
    to move to another page.
Fortunately, I have an unbookmarked backup copy of the document.
I have plenty of RAM on my computer, but the current version of Acrobat is a 32-bit program,
which I understand can access no more than 2 GB.
When are we going to get a 64-bit version of Acrobat that can handle book-size PDFs without
    running out of memory?

Thanks for getting back to me Dave!
The file is about 91 MB in size, with just under 400 scanned pages.
I’ve also encountered the problem when I’ve tried to OCR one of these old books.  I’ve had to do it 50-100 pages at a time, closing and re-opening the file each time.
Based on my online search for a solution, I had concluded that the 2 GB limit for 32-bit programs was the most likely source of the problem.  But I’m wondering now if Acrobat could use 2 GB  in processing a 91 MB file.

  • When are BT going to update the menu's???

    Hello,
I wonder if BT are planning to update the BT Vision menu's?
    1. When you press the BT Vision button> Replay, BBC Replay is still listed- when are you going to remove it?
    2. When you press the ''On Demand'' button on the remote scroll over to Replay- there is no option for BBC iPlayer, is it possible to get a direct link added here aswell?
    3. The menu's in the ''On Demand'' menu are all odd the first two screen Current Rentals & Downloads still have the striped effect layout which is old and dated- please update with the new format to match the rest of the menu screens.
    Please get it sorted BT.
    Thanks

I've just tested the Mozilla Firefox hardware acceleration stress test [http://demos.hacks.mozilla.org/openweb/HWACCEL/] on 4 browsers. The results are interesting:
    No hardware acceleration
    Google Chrome 2fps
    Apple Safari 2fps
    Hardware acceleration capable
    Firefox 4 8fps
    IE9 64bit release candidate 68fps
Is this showing that Firefox needs improvement or that only MS has fully integrated hardware support in IE9?

  • Do you know when Adobe is going to certify the new Nvidia K4200 GPU?

I recently bought the new Nvidia K4200 GPU card, but it seems Adobe has not certify this card

    Hi Bill
I am using Premier Pro CC 2014 and After Effects CC 2014
I have 16 GB of RAM, an SSD of 500GB, and the CPU is an Intel 3770
Attached you can find the screen where Adobe say is using Open GL 2.1.2
I feel the performance is poor, I asked Nvidia and they told that the problem is Adobe has not certify that card and to ask you when are you planning to do it

  • When are Adobe going to make it easier to deploy flash player to the enterprise????

I've been deploying flash player for well over 5 years now and in that time the deployment has only got very marginally better.
Why do they continue to allow installs just to fail when the control is in use??? I've written vbscripts to kill the handle to the ocx activex file, rename the ocx to .old which allows the installax.exe install utility to complete without errors. When Internet explorer next relaunches it uses the new control and the old one can be deleted. Why can't they incorporate this kind of logic into their installs?
Why do Adobe insist on using rubbish exe routines inside msi's that are perfectly capable of installing applications and don't just bomb out at the first sign of a difficulty? Using custom installer routines inside msi's makes it very difficult for people who have more than adequate repackaging and software deployment experience to be able to customise and get around the difficulties that Adobe forces upon us.
When are Adobe going to realise that the way they are releasing updates for flash player is costing companies a lot of money in company's helpdesk and systems team's time spent supporting and troubleshooting their buggy installs? At best I've only experienced a 95% success rate with flash player deployments. Some people might say "what am I complaining about?" and "that's to be expected". This has only been the case with weeks of work to fix the flaws in the flash player install routines. However 5% failure on 4000 machines is 200 possible help desk calls and 200 people not able to use various applications, view web content etc. Before we invested the time in scripting to get around the installer flaws the success rate was closer to 75%, that's 1000 out of 4000 that were failing. Does anyone think that's acceptable considering how widely it's used?
What has Adobe got planned for enabling large businesses to manage the deployment of flash player better? They've done it with other products why can't they do it with flash player?
For software deployment teams this is a constant and ever present headache.
Any Adobe representative want to comment???

It's ridiculous cause most website use Flash Player and none of them work on my LG 650v Smart TV.
Are discussions being held between Adobe and LG? If yes, are they close to a solution? If no, what seems to be the issue?

When are you planning to release a new firmware for the N95 NAM?
I am tired of waiting for the automatic screen rotation on the N95NAM. This feature is aleady available in the european version.
I switched from an iPhone to this nokia, and now i have second thoughts. Nokia seems to be the same as apple.
Do you guys know anything about a new firmware?

No one from Apple will respond. We're all just fellow users here. And all that Apple has announced thus far can be found in the press release:

Beyond that, no one here knows anything about future release dates.
