Everytime I try to reply to a text, send an email, google something (anything on the internet), or use any of my apps that require a keyboard my phone just automatically shuts off. I have an iPhone 4 runnung on the newest software. Please help me. I'm so frustrated and have no clue what to do!

i know extremely frustrating that there is no one to contact!
i got my friend to help not sure if your having the same problem but i had to download stuffit expander from the app store to expand the zip files that you initially download you should be able to open them and enter serial number from there
don't know if that helps theres no where that tells you how to do that so its extremely frustrating..

Blue screen when attempting to use the dedicated video card

I keep getting a blue screen when attempting to use the dedicated video card.
I managed to install the AMD driver for it but without the other components like the Catalyst Control Center as it blue screened on startup when attempting to load the Catalyst Control Center.
The OS loads fine. Any applications that don't use the dedicated video card runs fine. All other drivers install fine as well.
Applications like games and Photoshop that switch to the dedicated video card on startup automatically crashes, the OS freezes then a blue screen appears.
What could be causing the problem? This problem just recently appeared. Two weeks ago.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, empty trash, reboot when complete.

How much RAM & free space do you have also, click on the Memory & Disk Usage Tabs.
Open Console in Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when this happens.

No longer audio on .avi files when attempting to use Elements 9

I have compiled 20 years of videos from family videos and converted them to .avi files. I now want to edit these files into other smaller videos to give to my children. I have Premiere Elements 9. When I get one of these files using PE9 there is no longer audio on them.
There is audio if I play them on Windows Media Player but no audio on Quicktime Player.
I can edit in Windows Movie Maker but not in PE9.
The Quicktime Player states the following:
Format: Motion JPEG Open DML, 640 x 480, millions

Data Size 1.94 gb

The .avi file is a compilation of videos from multiple cameras from over the years. There is no 1 camera. That is why I am confused here.

What camera produced the MJPEG files, wrapped in the AVI container? The reason that I ask this, is because camera mfgrs. love to tweak CODEC's, and some take that tweaking to an extreme. If you have the utility disc, that came with the camera, it is probably best to install their particular version of the MJPEG CODEC. The Morgan, or the MainConcept might work OK, but having the exact version, from the camera mfgr. will get you as close, as is possible, and will save having to buy an MJPEG CODEC, that might not be perfect. Now, on that utility disc, one might have one of three possible choices: The MJPEG CODEC might be a separate installationThe MJPEG CODEC might install along with the camera's driverThe MJPEG CODEC might install with an included editing/cataloguing program (most common nowadays), and even if you do not use that utility, having the proper version of the MJPEG CODEC installed on the system, will get you as close, as is possible Good luck, and let us know if you have the utility disc for that camera. I was actually able to upgrade to the newest software, iOS 5.1.1 without connecting to my computer/iTunes but rather directly through my phone when I was home on Wi-Fi. After the upgrade I plugged my phone into a different USB port at the back of my computer and was able to do a full restore. I really don't think the USB port had anything to do with it because I use the same front USB port all the time with my external hard drive and other devices wuth no problems at all; regardless of what the actual solution was, I am now able to connect to iTunes and upgrade/restore without any problems so that half of my problem is resolved.
I have yet to leave my house since doing the upgrade/restore so I am not sure if the problem with my phone crashing when I use the interent on the 3G is still an issue. I will test it today and tomorrow and give you an update.

This is bullsh!t. How the **** can all 4 of my attempts result in the same freakin error???

My Firefox Mozilla is reduced to a tiny rectangle (upper left of screen) and does NOT RESPOND to my attempts to use the Firefox browser. What happened? Would Firefox please RESTORE the Firefox browser to my laptop.

I changed to Mozilla Firefox from Internet explorer months ago. Very pleased with features, service, etc. A couple of weeks ago, I got an update message while doing some work but did not install the update at the time. Another update message came up with an accompanying, confusing note indicating some dangerous possible consequences if I did not install the update.
A few keystrokes later and my screen seemed to go haywire, and my laptop would not respond to my cursor. I shut down. When I restarted and went to the Firefox shortcut icon a tiny (1"x 1/4") replica of part of the normal Yahoo!/Firefox screen appeared and continues to do so each time I attempt to use Firefox. I'm now back to Internet explorer. HELP me get back to using Mozilla.

Right-click on the Firefox image in that little Firefox window and see if '''Maximize''' is available in that context menu. If so, click on Maximize.
To be clear, Yahoo!/Firefox is a modified version of the official Firefox program and may have faults that aren't in the official version.

iPhone do not do automatic update. You have to manually trigger the updates.
If your Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Automatic Downloads > Music, Apps, Books are ON then when you purchase any new content/item with any devices/computer iTunes, it will automatically download. Switch it OFF if you do not want that to happen.
