The Net Pay generated by the system for an employee for the month of Oct.09 is wrong. When i analyse the payslip, the difference between the Gross Earnings and the Deductions is different from the actual Net pay.

Error in upading the net price amount for the PO line item

Hi all,
I'm using the 'BAPI_PO_CHANGE' for inserting a NEW PO line item for the given purchase order no(PO). A new item number has been generated. But the amount which i pass for NET_PRICE is not updated correctly. It takes some other value instead of the value i give.
For some PO, its working correctly. But for some other, its not..
Could anyone pls tell me why this problem occurs, and what are all the STRUCTURES, and TABLES inputs needs to passed for creating a new PO line item?..
Its very very urgent..

Neither Firefox or other web browser will access the net UNLESS I use the restore feature. The next day the problem occurs again and again I have to use the restore feature? It works on my laptop so not ISP problem do I have a trojan or something?

It seems that no browser will work. Firefox is my preferred browser but IE wont work either unless I use the restore function and then they work fine. However if I close my computer down for any reason they wont work and again I have to use the restore function. My email program works just fine (I use Agent) my ISP says there is no problem with my connection. My Firefox on my laptop works just fine and it uses the same connection as my desktop where the problem is.

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.

HT1245 My phone has all my contacts. they were transfered at the sprint store from my old phones memory card. But some are doubled. how can i erase them. there are about 200 i need to erase

I admit, I did screw up for not checking. I was just soo steamed with the customer support and going back and forth with phone and offices in Charleston, SC and here in VA, I was just getting frustrated with this phone that i had for 1 week, and couple with the craziness of the hustle trafflc of customers during the holidays.
Just a lot of crazy here, but my new phone is in, I had to get the service center to reset things, as the backup synch wasn't right, and I will get a new card.
I just wanted a new phone that worked, and oversaw the issues. This isn't the first time I had to return a phone, but last time, it was a slower pace, and no issues, and I reminded myself to get the card out.
Got 99% of my contacts. Just wishing there was somehow to track the phone, and have hope, but it was nothing that was life critical.. And cost of new cars is cheap.
Chalk up to "pay attention".... but oh, the frustration of 6 visits to the stores in 32 days I had that phone. Ahh!

"climbing in the server". But
the NET-MGMT port is
10Mbit so if your switch port
is set to 100-FULL and
autonegotiation is turned
off it won't work.
Or else you have a bad cable
or switch port, which is actually
fairly common.

Error while calculating the net present value

Dear experts,
Please help me in solving the following error.
I am trying to do project vaibility analysis through pre investment analysis in appropriation request, interm I'm trying to calculate the IRR for the project.
I have created the appropriation request and given all the data in that including the planed values for the project.
In Variants tab of appropriation request, preinv. analysis sub tab, i have clicked the button Calculate preinvestment analysis figures , ( I hvae not mentioned any values in that screen, its picking the plan cost from the planed values of the appropriation request) there I'm getting an error saying

If I open the message it is as follows:

Diagnosis
An error occurred during calculation of the net present value.
The yield curve for determining the net present value is not completely maintained. Possible causes are:
1. Evaluation type IM01 does not exist (table ATSYC).
2. Yield curve types 9990 (bid) and 9991 (ask) have not been created (table JBD14) for the currency of the controlling area of the appropriation request.
3. Reference interest rates have not been created for the yield curves (tables T056R and JBD15).
4. Interest rates are not maintained for the complete planning time period for the reference interest rates.
5. Under certain circumstances, the standard exchange rate types 'G' and 'B' may be inconsistent.
Procedure
Check your Customizing settings:
1. SAP supplies the evaluation types.
Remember, SAP supplies the evaluation types in client 000. You have to copy them into your working clients. If you do not have them in your system, you can create them in Customizing for the Treasury component (Treasury Management -> Market Risk Management -> Evaluations -> Define Default Settings). Create evaluation type IM01 with bid yield curve type 9990 and ask yield curve type 9991.
2. In Customizing for appropriation requests (under Planning), create a bid yield curve type 9990 and an ask yield curve type for the currency of the controlling area of the appropriation request.
3. Create at least one reference interest rate for each yield curve.
4. Maintain the reference rates, starting at the minimum fron the point at which you you have planned costs or revenue.
5. Check Customizing of the exchange rate types 'G' and 'B' in the IMG under Global Settings -> Currencies.
I have checked all the procedures of the said customization and the values are similar to that of the error message, but still I'm unable to proceed further.
I have goe through the note 160375, but did not succeed on this issue.
Can any one help me out in solving the above error and also can any one explain me the process in SAP to calculate IRR?
Is there any more customization missing or whats wrong going in that process?

A mac, a laptop and a pc can connect to the net, but pc can not conenct to mac or laptop

It's tricky. I have a wireless wrt54g router working off of a comcast cable modem. I have the mac, the laptop and the pc all wired into it. The mac (os X) and the laptop (windows XP) can see and talk to each other and connect to the net. The pc downstairs (windows XP, same version as laptop) can connect to the net, but not to the mac or the lap top, yet it does show up in the network windows of both. I ran the windows network diagnostic and it told me that Default IP Gateway 192.161.1.1 passed, but IP Address 192.168.1.101 failed. I checked the router and the starting IP Address is 192.161.1.100 The same diagnostic on the laptop tells me that IP Address 192.168.1.108 passed. Can anyone tell me why IP Address 192.168.1.101 failed? As far as I can tell both the laptop and the pc have the same internet settings. Thanks Mark

Yes, they need to run bonjour for windows.
The Extreme should also use all short names, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.. it has to meet SMB standard.
Hard disk should also conform to that.
Open Windows Explorer and type directly into the address the name or the IP of the AE.
\\AEName or \\AEIPaddress (replacing with actual name or IP).
If that fails.. try ping.. open a command windows and ping the AE by name or IP.
You can be pretty sure any failure is caused by name issues or firewall issues.. turn off all firewalls and force the computers to home location.

Increase the size of the net order value

Extremely slow file downloads from the 'net (Pavilion G5460uk)

We have an HP Pavilion G5460uk desktop with Windows 7 (64-bit) updated to SP1 and current, and use IE10 and Chrome. Protection is by Norton360 supported with Spywareblaster and Spybot S&D, and also access to Norton 'Eraser', ESET scanner and Sophos virus remover. The PC is ethernet-cabled into the router but with also use other laptops etc wirelessly (all all these are working fine, with the same antivirus setup etc, without the problems we have on the HP desktop).
Performance on the internet seems fine EXCEPT that the desktop is now extremely slow at downloading any files (to the point that it is timed-out on the servers). It is impossible to download anything large onto it directly from the 'net(we are using the other PC's to transfer files) - although MS updates seem to get on OK.
We tried HP 'Support Assistant' which recommends two updates: Ralink Wireless Network Controller (sp58084) & 802.11n WLAN (sp60924) updates. Of course we cannot download these directly but it is unclear whether these are relevant to the problem anyway.
It does not appear to be a network/internet, software currency or virus issue. Some setting somewhere? Please can someone advise on what now needs to be done.

Hello Brandon,
The reason for that is because Extend clients are not members of the cluster, so they require proxy servers within the cluster in order to be able to connect.
If you want to do this you will need to use a remote invocation service, which simply allows you to submit agents into the cluster for execution on the proxy server. So the proxy would execute the code you mention and send the answer back to the client.
This following page should shed more light on the subject.

In SE30 hit list, please help me to understand the GROSS and the NET column

Here a line from the Hit List :

Number = 6
Gross    = 5662 microsecond
Net       = 810 microseconds
The whole program execution takes 1.705.253 microseconds.
Can somebody explain me the meaning of the GROSS and the NET time using this example ?
The routine TRANSFER_TO_UNIX   has been executed 6 times. That is clear.
Is the gross time the total time required for a call or for 6 calls ?
=> following documentation , "the gross time is the total time required for A call. This includes the runtime of all modularization units and abap statement called by the subject."
=> but following a blog read on this forum, the gross time is the total times, not the times per execution.

yes
Check in your measurment setting what is traced separately, for an exercise you can switch off everything besides the call function, methods and forms,
then you will see gross = net if there no other call inside.
But the recommended setting is described in the blog.
Note, the sum of all net times is the total runtime, and the maximum of the gross times should be the same. Unfortunately there are slight deviations in the gross
times and the displayed total time in the SE30 is taken from the gross times.

Safari stopped downloading from the net.

For some reason, I can't figure out, Safari and Firefox all of a sudden won't allow me to donwload anything from the net. Safari switches the URL to the download site, then immediatley switches back to the URL of origin. I have checked the preferences and reloaded all the applications from my start up disks. Still won't work.

I think whenever you put a download "enhancer" on
your computer,
then just trash it, it leaves behind lots of files
all over the place.
Speed Download comes with an UNinstaller.
That's pretty much what you need.
You could try doing a "find"
(pressing the Apple key along with the letter "f"
key)
and type in the name of the application. Then do the
same thing
for the company name (SpeedDownload=Yazsoft, Pam).
Then delete all all files that you find, restart your
computer, and try again.
See if that helps, and then let us know how you're
doing.

I was thinking of uploading pictures, but it will not show the connections.

lol, my sister is set on it.
Shes gone through 4 blackberry's, orange replace them for free.
They break so easily, they have many software issues.
The TV's were both at decent prices, no too bothered on a massive TV.
I will be buying a 55 or 60 inch sometime next year but for the time being 32 is enough.
The house will be getting refurbed next year some time, so I will deal with all that then.
I dont want to pay for the Iphone 4 £130 or so and then £35 per month for the contract, but my sister wants to get the phone.
Since I pay for the contract shes gonna give me the money to buy the phone.

Netgear Setup

I just downloaded a song from the iTunes app, now it is showing up with the iCloud icon next to it but it is not in my phones memory.

Now the song is not in my phones memory anymore and when I want to listen to it I have to download it again. It picks and chooses songs randomly and for some reason it is usually the most current ones I download. How do I stop my phone from automatically sending things to the cloud without my permission?

The small cloud icon to the right of your songs means the song is not stored on you devices drive, not that it was uploaded to iCloud. You can listen to that song, but it's being streamed. If you tap on the small cloud icon it should download the song onto your devices hard drive. Once you do that the icon should not reappear again.
